I initially stopped in to request receipt reprints for company credit card reconciliation, and the staff was helpful. However, after misplacing those receipts, I returned two weeks later to apologetically request another set. This simple request was met with unnecessary attitude from a staff member who loudly pointed out they had already helped me before. The interaction became escalated (too much to convey here), then uncomfortable and unprofessional, even after I calmly explained the situation. When the manager got involved, I was told the receipts would be ready later that day. I returned the following Monday, only to be met with a noticeably cold reception. To make matters worse, my food order was handed to me in a careless and dismissive manner. Customer service should be consistent and respectful, regardless of the situation. While I understand my mistake in losing the receipts, the response I received made a simple request far more frustrating than it needed to be. I hope management addresses these service issues moving forward. Perhaps some additional customer service training and less group think. Sadly, one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch.
