Made a mobile order. went inside bc the app said my order would be in the mobile order bin. I waited and waited then finally sat down. a lady from the back asked my name. i told her what i saw on the app and the order number. Why should i have to tell someone when it's a mobile order. the purpose is to get my order without having to interact. this is something that needs to be worked out. My bagel was cold and not toasted and the bacon is rubbery and the cheese wasn't melted. Not sure what's going on in this location but with a new building there should be some new protocols. read more

I have been a loyal Dunkin customer for a few years now and most recently am a daily customer. I work earl mornings so am usually there before 7am. This is the nicest, friendliest staff I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant. They are happy, helpful and efficient. It would be really easy to be grouchy and unapproachable on a freezing cold morning at 6am. But I have never dealt with anyone at this location that was not pleasant and cheery. This is VERY welcome when I'm usually the grouchy one! Major kudos to this management and team--I look forward to seeing them every morning and am happy to give them business. read more

I did not give this place a 5 because very limited parking and the drive through backed cars into the parking lot.the parking lot was full even though there was only 6 other customers in the store. read more

While I was sitting inside Dunkin'Donut I noticed the two employees didn't have their hair pulled up. However then I saw the employee eating and serving people for the drive through. Employee noticed I had video of what had taken place. And she followed me to my car. That was kind of creepy. I then called and reported this to Dunkin Donuts corporate office. read more

We placed an online order (for delivery) two hours before their closing time. We ordered a box of coffee and one dozen donuts. Someone contacted us shortly thereafter to let us know they were out of donuts (yes, the donut shop does not have donuts, and they are still open for two more hours). They asked to substitute bagels and pastries in place of donuts, and we accepted that. When the delivery person showed up, he had two boxes of coffee, nothing else. No cups, no sugar, no creamer, no bagels, and no pastries. He said that not only were they out of donuts, but they were also out of bagels and pastries now, so he brought an extra box of coffee instead. Nevermind we had nothing to drink the coffee from since he brought no cups. We had to call and request a refund for the bagels and pastries. This was an unplanned late-night troubleshooting session in an office with no kitchen and no dining supplies, hence the reason we ordered the coffee and donuts. But we literally had to pour the coffee out because we had no way to drink it, and we didn't have anyone who was able to run out for a sleeve of cups. If there is a next time, we will use a locally owned coffee shop, and hopefully the service will be better than this. read more

Came here with my sis because I am constantly craving coffee and crullers. Dunkin' Donuts's crullers are the best donuts ever-- light and doughy and flaky. The trifecta. Once again, they were delish. The place was decently clean! And the service was actually good! The service is usually my biggest qualm with Dunkin', but I asked for only a little bit of milk in my coffee and the cashier was very intent on getting it right. The reason the I am deducting a star is that they just don't put very much jelly or pudding in their donuts anymore, sometimes it takes one or two bites to get to anything. So cheap! Sub-par is the word I'd use to describe this Dunkin' location. If there was a closer franchise location, I certainly would go to a different one. The staff is pretty rude; they never greet you when you pull up to the window or say "thank you" when you leave. I come here 5+ times a week, and if I don't say hello or anything first, I receive my order in full silence. They've gotten my order wrong several times, and they never apologize for the mistake when I have to come back around the drive-thru and ask them to fix it. When they do get it right, the food and coffee is good just like any other Dunkin' location. I'd say hiring some new, friendly & polite staff would go a long way, or underlining the importance of hospitality in the food/bev industry to your current staff. read more

Got a frozen coffee with caramel and it tasted insanely sweet and somewhat sour. I immediately brought it back and the employees were very nice and gave me a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement tasted even more sour and somewhat rancid, and I realized that both coffees tasted JUST like spoiled milk. Been here on 3 separate occasions for dark roast coffee to go. The first time it was room temp so I just warmed it up in microwave. Second time it was cold so I returned it for a hot one. The third and last time it was cold again. When I went back in the employee admitted to serving me cold coffee and said it was because they don't sell much dark roast and that he could give me another one but it would be cold also. I come here at least twice a week because I drive by it on my way to work. If I drove by somewhere else with a drive-thru I'd probably not stop here. They're constantly out of normal iced medium tops lately and give coolatta covers, doesn't sound like a huge deal but it's annoying. They've messed up my food order a lot too. They also have the drive-they randomly shut down a lot and if you get there when the trash guy is there which is oddly during breakfast hours he blocks the drive-thru. Got some of the munchkins and a French vanilla latte here on Thanksgiving Day. Very friendly and helpful people here. I came to get iced tea and a donut and when I asked for a green iced tea, the cashier in the drive thru started explaining that they could make hot tea and put ice in it but that it wouldn't be the same as iced tea and I said "then why is it on the menu" and she goes "oh is it? i didn't know that" How do your employees not even know the menu?? it's iced tea, a commonly ordered item. Once I got the iced tea, it was a large cup with the tea bag still in it and 3 ice cubes... i had to ask for more ice and I looked back and saw the cashier laughing about something and looking at me so idk what that was about but iced tea is supposed to have a good amount of ice. This is the worst Dunkin in the area by far. Ordered two frozen coffees and we got frozen chocolates. Ordered egg and cheese croissant, got egg and sausage. Ordered chicken and bacon croissant and got only chicken. Ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar and got hot coffee black. Hash browns cold. Unacceptable, I have consistently had horrible experiences at this location and normally to the drive to hull. They always get my order right. It's out of the way but worth it.
