Anyway, in a town that (IMO) has been going downhill for a while when it comes to dining, the modest pan-Latin Cantaritos Cafe is one of the better restaurants to open in Athens post-COVID. In my experience, they've done a great job with everything: breakfast burrito, a Venezuelan (I think?) breakfast sandwich of some sort, massive heavy (a little too heavy, maybe) arepas, all terrific. The menu is huge. Prices have been reasonable, but it's been a few months since I was there. P.S. The review preceding mine by two chronologically is a disgrace: "I love this place," but one star because a single employee on a single occasion didn't adequately kiss her pinkie ring?
