Diesel donuts is our favorite donut place. My husband and I live about ~30 minutes away, but we make the drive! We always get 6 artisan donuts, and it's less than 15 bucks. They have so many premium options to pick from. We love the Cinnamon Toast Crunch donut! It is the best!! I recommended getting there earlier because they sell out. They also serve other pastries (like danishes and bagels), Jittery Joes coffee, and water. It is downtown in the square area, so the place itself if pretty small, but there are some booths inside and a nice patio for outdoor seating. read more

Run to Diesel Donuts. Their coffee - is amazing, their bagels - soft!, and their donuts - fun and flavorful. Parking - small lot and you can try to find 1 or 2 spots, but mornings are busy and you may have to park across the street and walk. Service is down home and the shop is always busy. It s small corner shop with some sitting inside and outside right in the Jefferson square. read more

Every so often, someone from our team will drop in at Diesel Donuts & Coffee and pick up a dozen donuts to share at our team meeting - and boy is it worth it. They have the neatest selection of specialty cake donuts that are made from scratch daily. The bagel sandiwches are also pretty tasty! The restaurant is located where a filling station was located in the 1950s and 60s, hence the name and the decor. They serve Jittery Joe's coffee (not my favorite, but it's not bad either), as well as a handful of other baked goods. It's definitely worth stopping in and trying them out! read more

We had gone for lunch in the same shopping center and they recommended this coffee shop... and man, the donut was delicious and the cortado was perfect. There was a slight chill in the air and the coffee was the perfect thing to hit the spot. I love the little Esso mascot on the counter and the antique automotive theme. Wish I lived in the area just to enjoy this spot more! read more

Such a good spot! Donuts are delicious, place is so cute. The family (I believe) are always so nice, I appreciate young folks working, I did it when I was their age. I try to stop by when I'm in the neighborhood. read more

Wowzers! This little place caught me completely and utterly off guard this morning! Nestled in Jefferson proper, it's a cute little gas station styled coffee and donut shop with the BEST, you guessed it, coffee and donuts! These donuts are cakey and not overly sweet they are the absolute perfect pairing of ingredients to give you the ultimate breakfast treat! I ordered the Maple Donut (my fav), the turtle donut (this one was ordered for Bob but I stole most of it for science right?! lol! So good!!) and a chocolate with sprinkles for my kiddo :) Whenever I go to a new coffee shop I always order a dirty chai latte with oatmilk this latte knocked my literal socks off I was wearing sandals lol but still literal 10 out of 10! It was almost a spiced mocha coffee type drink but so unbelievably creamy with a great amount of spice and coffee flavor absolutely delicious! As an every day multiple time a day coffee lover I am so glad I tried this spot and will for sure be back! Also, if you all go be sure to save a maple donut for me! read more

What a great place!! Everyone was so friendly when we arrived. The choice of doughnuts was perfect. Now I am usually not a fan of cake doughnuts, as they are typically dry, but these were so soft and moist!! Loved them!! The bagels were excellent too. Loved the auto theming inside and the outdoor seating for beautiful mornings. read more

Diesel Donuts & Coffee - The other donut company I had to go to because diesel donut doesn't seem to wanna keep posted hours - Donuts Near Me - Jefferson, Georgia

The donuts are so good here. Not greasy or pre-made in any capacity. Just fresh made donuts, bagels, sandwiches, and waffles. I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch donut and my boyfriend got the traditional/old fashioned cake donut. He's not huge on sweets and this one has just enough glaze to keep it moist and give it a little crunch but not too sweet. They also have Jittery Joe's coffee, a locally owned brand, hot and cold. You can also buy bulk coffee for home. They do catering as well. All drinks and sandwiches are made to order so you may be waiting a while but it's worth the wait and the staff is so friendly. I love the old gas station decor. It has a perfect little Route 66 feel to it. read more

This place is a gem! Ordering through their app is super convenient, and their donuts are hands-down the best around. It's great to support a local small business with such amazing quality. The BLT was fresh and absolutely delicious--loved the bread! Highly recommend stopping by! read more

First time here. Just needed a caffeine boost and a warm place with strong WiFi. It's 2pm on a wintery Wednesday and clearly this is a local hot spot. One barista working. So kind, so personable. He knows a few customers by name if not by order. He has checked in on me twice asking if I need more coffee or water. Just truly epitomizing southern hospitality at its best. This is what customer service should be. I shouldn't be surprised or taken aback by random kindness. Oh yeah, and the cinnamon roll is hella good! Tons of cinnamon and icing. I'm in a sugar coma and I love it! Got two vanilla sprinkle donuts for my sons to go because I'm not just a writer. I'm a good mom too! Mariah Carey's "All I want for Christmas" in the background. It's a good day! read more

Diesel Donuts is my fav local shop for coffee and donuts. They serve Jittery Joe's brand coffee which is always smooth and never bitter. I love their cold brew. Their donuts are great, there's always a lot of flavorful choices and they make my fav, the classic glazed sour cream. Most importantly, their service is always kind and caring. I've never left this place feeling like they weren't glad to have my business. Happy to support this local biz rather than the large chains! read more

I finally made time to try Diesel donuts and I was not disappointed. When I heard they had bagel sandwiches I had to give it a try. I went with the spicy chicken which has bacon, egg, and cheese. It was everything I hoped it would be. They order their bagels from NY so if you're a bagel snob you definitely need to stop in and get a sandwich! I also had to grab some donuts. I had the red velvet one and it was perfect, moist and bouncy, with a cream cheese icing. My husband had a zebra striped donut which he enjoyed and then they threw in a chocolate one that I'm saving for later but I'm sure will be yummy. The employee was very polite and was happy to tell me about their most popular items. I'll definitely be back. read more

We dropped in here today to get the kiddos a treat. It's a cute place with lots of different doughnuts flavours to choose from, as well as coffee, non-coffee drinks like lemonade and smoothies, bagel sandwiches, and other desserts. They have non-dairy options for their milk-based beverages (soy, oat, and almond milk)z There are a few tables inside with additional seating outside. We found parking right out front, but I imagine it might get pretty packed on weekends. The doughnuts were 4/5 stars for me - a bit too greasy for my tastes but overall delicious. If we're back in the area I would definitely stop by again! read more

How has this place not been added on Yelp. Located on the public square in downtown Jefferson. This is a local spot for specialty coffee and donuts. So many options to choose from. The service was great! You have options to eat in, eat on patio, or take out. I picked up a few options to take home to my kids. Reasonable pricing too. I will be back before I go back home to take to my hubby. After sending him a pic he wanted me to bring some home. read more

Súper friendly great food . Customer service was great . A huge variety of selections to pick from

We love Diesel Donuts and Coffee! They always have the freshest doughnuts and some of the best coffee around.

Service, donuts and music .... First time trying this place as I pass it daily almost . Let's start with service the two young ladies working were good, this being my first time I would recommend that the counter person ask if this is your first visit and could then offer some help to best sellers etc, but again they were great smiles and fast. Donuts, I won't say I'm an expert but I proudly refuse to eat one from Dunkin' Donuts . These donuts had many options but most appeared to be cake based not yeast unlike a lot of other places that offer both and maybe it's the size of the location . The flavor I tried 3 donuts chocolate peanut butter , Oreo and Samoa . Chocolate peanut butter , the flavor of the cake donut seemed different it then had chocolate icing and a ring of peanut butter , the peanut putter was slightly runny as if closer to peanut butter sauce maybe mix a small amount of powder sugar to thicken it yet still be able to use a pipping bag to frost. Oreo also had same chocolate cake donut vanilla frosting and pieces of Oreo . Flavor was good the frosting did not take away from the flavor as it was ample amounts of Oreo Samoas was a plain cake donut, this was my least favorite which is odd cause it's my most favorite cookie from the Girl Scouts. Maybe toast the coconut or try a different Carmel . Still love the idea and I'm sure it is a huge seller . This is a strange review as I score it a 4 yet I have issues , I think cause I want this place to be amazing even with my one visit . All in all nothing would prevent me from going again . read more

Let me lay it down for you. I'm a DMV girl (Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia). I was part of building a major independent coffeehouse in DC that put a Starbucks out of business. I have been to so many coffeehouses including the Pacific Northwest. - small and retro (love it) - friendly service, so good they were excited to see me when I came back and knew my order right away - approachable but still efficient - espresso for me - solid roaster - agghhh good bagels (I was so worried there may not be a place down here) - love the funky travel mugs - definitely kid friendly (donuts looked good, couldn't try them post surgery currently) - boyfriend who hates anything modern admitted he loved the breakfast sandwich and the turnover. So gotta hand it to this place. read more

Donuts are too cake like, but their coffee is Jittery Joe's coffee and so yummy. It gets very busy in the mornings, so it's best to order online and skip the line. read more

Hard to review a place when you didn't actually sample any of the products. I've been here several times over the last few years and although not a Starbucks, it's good. This past Wednesday was a disaster. Mid morning around 10 with one person ordering and another waiting for their order when I joined the line. No response from the counter help. After several minutes and she had taken the order in front of me, she dismissively looks up at me and says " I'll be with in a minute " no hello, no smile, just a employee not engaged at all. She then proceeds to poke at the register for the next 5 minutes, never helping the girl behind her with orders or taking mine. Finally I just left. We vote with our wallets, I voted to spend my money where they appreciate my business. Do better Diesel Donuts, if they built a Dunkin' or Starbucks you'd be through. read more

Great breakfast sandwich! Maybe a little more QT "hellos" when you walk in. Been there twice and nobody says anything to you when you walk in. Once you get to the register it's friendly. The way it's setup is when you come thru the door everybody's attention is to you so that's why I think a hello is the way to kill the awkwardness. But love the business and will always support this small biz. read more
