I'd like to take back my nice review. I order a lot via the McDonalds app (maybe it's a sign that I shouldn't) but, for the last several months, the fries are undercooked and soggy with oil, missing sauces, or in today's case getting a POUND of onions on my burger. Frankly, I think convenience has kept me ordering but, this was the final straw. Also, I'd like to note that the DoorDash driver complained to me about being treated rudely by your attendants when asking them if everything was in the bag (ps: I was missing the sauce that I paid for!!). I know it's not an ideal job and working with the public can be difficult but, serving this cold slop and treating customers that haven't mistreated anyone badly? That's unacceptable. Whomever you had managing and working this McDonalds between 6:30-6:45pm should be doing their job better. Otherwise, much like me, I will never support this location again. You want to have a successful McDonalds? Go to the one in Mountain City, GA. They always have the best and quickest service and the food is perfectly done! The food comes out so hot that it burns your fingers (in a good way). They always get the orders right and even the cheese on the burger is melted. Service is slow, most of the staff is unfamilar on how to take an order let alone fill it! I go inside to make sure the order is correct. I don't know if this is the right place for this but yesterday I witnessed an older women employee who I assume was the manager on duty berate and lecture and talk so incredibly rude to other employees that it stuck with me the whole day at how horrible it was. I don't know what I may have missed prior to entering the store but the way that women spoke to the two younger employees was disgusting and unacceptable. All while making me wait for my order that was bagged and ready to go. She ignored me the customer and belittled and scolded her employees. If I was in their shoes I'd have quit on the spot. No one deserves to be spoken to that way. Shame that people who act so disgusting to others are placed in charge. That woman needs to go home and think about how she treats others because that was one of the most foul acting humans I have ever witnessed in a public place. Shame. Horrible service and food , I have never had a worse fast food experience for $32. Go anyplace else. Went inside not even just drive through but service was aweful and food when finally recieved after 25 minutes was all dried out... 2 fish sandwiches had been under heat lamp for hours. We wanted 4 triple cheeseburger. We couldn't do the triple so they added an extra patty to each which we got charged for. We also asked for a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal and only got 4 nuggets. Either someone cannot read, can't count, or didn't care. Service is terrible and takes forever. Everyone here has an attitude and is rude. Just sat in drive thru line for 40 minutes at 6:30am to get an ice coffee and they managed to screw that up. I would love to give this McDonalds a great review because it is so close to our home. But, we have not had good success with the location. Tonight our burgers were on stale buns and hastily prepared. Two days ago my grand daughters 4 piece nuggets came with only two. I wish I could say these were the only times this has happened. They got my order wrong which I didn't realize until I got home, and did not apologize. They also didnt let me keep the single sandwich I got even after I asked if they were going to throw it away and they said yes. Might as have driven an extra 10 minutes to a different one. Took 5 minutes of repeating the order and 15 minutes of waiting to get a messed up takeout order. Quarter pounder with cheese the size of a regular burger- with no pickle, onion or mustard on it. Worst McDonalds in Georgia. I live in a nearby neighborhood and have been to this location 20+ times at various time of day. The food has never once come out hot and fresh. This is the closest McDonald's to where we live so we stop in occasionally, but every time I have stopped the burgers are burnt on one side. Tonight not only was my burger burnt but I ordered a mcchickens with cheese no lettuce and well done. They gave me cheeseburgers only mayo wrapped in a mcchicken wrap. It also wasn't busy. The lady at the bag window was the nicest person even read my order back. So I wasn't expecting to get home and have cheeseburgers in place of my mcchickens. read more

This place needs serious management help. Especially in the evening. I'm not sure who the young blond evening manager is but I have officially stop going here when I see her. The drive line is always 15 minutes or longer. The orders are NEVER correct. Tonight I waited from 850 til 907. I ask for double cheese burger no pickles xtra ketchup. It was cold. Extra pickles. Not sure if it was a kids meal hamburger because it wasn't in a kids meal hamburger wrapper. The bun was wet and smashed flat. Fries where cold. I trashed it all. I am official done. Absolutely hands down the WORST McDonalds. The drive thru is terribly run, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes if there are 3 cars in line. Inside service Is no faster by any means and the food quality is so poor. Normally the food is so cold that the cheese hasn't even melted onto the burger... or they'll be so careless to put a giant hunk of cheese on the burger instead of taking the time to separate slices. Our on-the-go food choices are very limited in this area so I wish this location would get their act together so I can be a quick option for my kids. read more

They have a friendly staff that tries to get your food out as fast as they can. They have messed up my order a couple times in a row but they were busy and had to deal with a lot of rude customers. Their nuggets are always fresh and ice cream machine is rarely broken if at all. They will make your order fresh if you aren't satisfied without any complaints. Only reason it is a four star review is because they have messed up my same order three times in a row but finally got it right. read more
