Service was friendly and the store (bathroom) clean. Got a breakfast burrito and it had more potatoes than I would want but it was tasty.

On a Sunday morning, despite being the only customer in here for a while, this was loud loud loud. More so than any other Starbucks I've been to. It's changed a bit in the 14+ years since I was last here! A couple of single seats against the wall but the main seating for drinking your coffee and eating your food are two long community tables. Not ideal but they do have power outlets and the wifi worked fine. I stayed for a bit but didn't find this particular Starbucks to be great to working on a laptop. Stopped in after a long road trip for some extra caffeine and a snack. Honestly the baristas were very nice and attentive and made some delicious drinks as well! The ambiance was like an average noise study space and there were several others getting work done around the store. I'm glad that Starbucks keeps all these stores consistently good! read more

Starbucks is usually my go to coffee shop... however recently I have been disappointed in their drinks and their baristas. A tip if you don't want to be disappointed ...take a sip of your drink before you leave. They are no longer consistent as they have been years before. How do you mess up a order from the speaker to the window when only on car was in front of you? How do you get the sizes wrong twice when told directly (face to face) in less than a minute? This is our local Starbucks and yes, they are always busy due to the location but they are so thoughtful. I recently had to become dairy free due to allergies changing and today ordered a pumpkin spice (I'm basic I know) and did coconut milk. As we were at the window remaking the drink because of whip cream they shared the pumpkin sauce had dairy in it and proceeded to make me a whole new drink though they were SO backed up. So thoughtful and what a way to make an extra effort for me when they did not have to and I wasn't going to ask. Made my day! read more

Rude and inattentive people each time I try to order. They either ignore you or are condescending. Should all be fired.

We pulled up at 8:05 and the door was locked. The sign on the door said the restaurant was open until 8:30 but the lady told us when we placed the order they lock up at 8 but serve coffee and food at the drive up. I guess the real reason they have to lock the door is because about 2/3 of the help is outside smoking. I wonder if they are required to wash their hands when they return inside to work and that's if they go back in before 8:30. It's a shame that they don't respect the customers or the very company they work for. Typical of most Starbucks across America. They need to educate their employees on the harms associated with smoking. Stop trying to fix the world just fix home base. read more

Needed caffeine again - pulled off Interstate 85 in Commerce, GA due to the Starbucks sign on the Interstate. Ordered a triple shot Grande iced latte. Spent about 30 minutes here - pulled out the MacBook Pro and did some e-mail while enjoying my beverage. Drink was strong and tasty and just what my cardiovascular system and my neurons demanded! Coffee was fine - but I witnessed a very poor guest interaction!! The gentleman in front of me - ordered a black coffee, the barista that poured his coffee had just finished taking out a bag of trash and did not wash her hands. The gentleman asked her to get someone else to pour his coffee because she had not washed her hands. The shift supervisor came over, asked what he ordered- poured it and put it in front of the man with lots of attitude!! No excuse - not ok - it would have taken so few words to turn this around- a simple apology! Yes the store was busy, yes everyone has bad days, yes you all fell far short in customer service! Possibly the worst service even by Starbucks low standards. Five employees but only one at the register. The woman ahead of me could not make up her mind and kept wanting to taste things. Two employees stood and watched me wait but didn't offer to help. Finally my turn came and the cashier turned and walked away. Another cashier then came over. Very disappointed in this location once again! Used my points for a free Venti Medicine Ball! While waiting about 5 mins barista comes to me and says there's no Peach Tranquility tea! What?? I stumbled into this Starbucks half alive from a weekend of traveling and drinking. I was half-asleep on 85 and searched for the closest coffee. I am so glad I came to this spot. I have been to Starbucks and coffee shops all over the country and this was the nicest staff ever. Hands down. They were super sweet when I wasn't coherent enough to make sentences or to figure out how to stick my card in the hole. They didn't judge me for eating two desserts too. In fact, they supported me and my life choices. I felt loved and supported and caffeinated enough to continue my 5 or so hour drive back home. I will definitely stop here on my next trip to Georgia. read more

Love having a Starbucks so far outside a major metropolitan area on I-85 for the commutes between Atlanta and the Carolinas. Also a perfect location for a stop at the Tanger Outlets or a weekend trip out to the Atlanta Dragway. Always make it a point to stop at this location and have even worked out of the lobby during rain delays at the dragway. Everything from hightops, tables, and leather sofas inside to several shaded couches and table / chair combinations outside. Wireless works well and service for me has always been spot on. They also carry all the new eats and food stuffs thanks to close proximity to Atlanta. read more

Asked if the bagels contained dairy, due to an allergy. Was told they could not "legally" tell me. Had to explain that they are required to provide an ingredients list, but can add a disclaimer (should be on the package anyways) that it may have come into contact with dairy (or other allergens). After several hours of shopping at the Tanger Outlets on a Saturday afternoon, my friends and I were in major need of a caffeine boost. Thankfully, this Starbucks was close by, and it wasn't busy at all. Although I briefly considered ordering something that I had never tried before, I ended up ordering my usual - a tall Iced Caramel Macchiato. My friends and I had our choice of seating (cushioned chairs with coffee tables) since there were only three or four other customers. This Starbucks was a decent size, not too small but not large, and it was kept pretty clean. I'm not sure if it's normally as quiet as it was every Saturday, but it was a chill spot to hang out and chat with my friends for well over an hour. My Iced Caramel Macchiato was "OK" but definitely not great. It wasn't very sweet because it probably didn't contain as much caramel as I would have preferred, but I didn't bother to ask for more. Less caramel means less calories, so that's better for my health. (Boo, I know...) Overall, this Starbucks gets 3.5 stars for being a decent and quiet Starbucks with plenty of seating available and quick service. If you are in a hurry and need to grab a coffee and go, this seems like the perfect Starbucks to do so if you're in the area. I probably won't return unless I'm shopping at Tanger Outlets again. Wow Open on Christmas. Wrong:( Sign on door says inside closes at 2:30 Outside closes at 3:00. After reloading family, barista comes out and says drive-thru is open, so we sit in line for 10 minutes At 2:50 we pull up order 2 coffees only to learn that there is no more coffee, they dumped it. Better to just have said it all closes at 2:30, than to waste peoples time and disappoint. read more

Was hoping to get a wake me up before heading home. Store closes at 10:30 on Saturday and with this one being close to I-85 would've thought they'd be open 12 mins to close. No such luck. People who work here were very rude as I pulled around to ask if they were open after I pulled through drive thru and lights were off. I love Starbucks but this location is terrible. (Not first incident for this one but was hoping night shift would be better). All other locations stay open until close. read more

This place is the slowest, most uncaring Starbucks that I have seen in quite a while. Cashier made me wait while she had some other employee help her with her phone issue. Venti plain ice coffee took 20 min at least. Manager must be non existent or permanently out to lunch. Will move on to different coffee option than this poor location. read more

The worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. It's the holidays, this location is right off a major interstate, and I came in prepared for a bit of a wait. At the time of my order I was given no indication of exactly how far behind they were running. The baristas worked at a snails pace without a word to the waiting crowd or a single apology. I waited 38 minutes (not that anyone was counting, good gosh) for my drink. Several people paid and left without drinks out of frustration. I watched a drink prepared where they ran out of almond milk, steamed the half portion, made a few other drinks, and then shrugged and dumped it into the drink. guess who was that lucky person... My drink was all of 2/3 full with a few desperate extra pumps of gingerbread rendering it completely undrinkable. Pulling back on to the highway behind a 2 hour pile up that had occurred while I stood waiting for a $5.99 almond milk gingerbread latte that tasted like death was icing on the cake. Here for an iced coffee after work. My Iced Caramel Macchiato is good but the barista who made it is incredibly surly. She looks so pissed off and when she finishes making her coffee she just sets it down and doesn't call your name out. KEEP DRIVING! After waiting 45 minutes for my order, I asked for a refund. The manager, female with green hair, ( no judgement---just an identifying detail) began the refund when she was interrupted by a "barista". I told the manager that I had waited 45 minutes already and asked that she finish my refund. I was told that her baristas are first priority. I commented that her customers should be first priority of which she responded that her baristas will always be her first priority. She continued her conversation with the employee and then finished my refund. She ended the transaction with a most sarcastic "have a nice day". Rude behavior by a manager like this creates the culture of poor customer service. The price of their coffee should dictate excellent customer service. This Starbucks location would never survive if it were not on a busy exit off I-85. I recommend driving on down the exit to the next available Starbucks! read more

I actually think this was one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Staff was hugely helpful and nice; I got my usual Venti Latte and my other half, who is not-so-much a coffee or Starbucks fan, got something mocha. Both of us were quite happy; we had a very pleasant chat with the barrista guy (tall-very tall!) just before he went off-duty at 10ish AM about a zipline tour we were in town for, and a local resident who was so very pleasant and welcoming. I was so happy with the service, I would plan on revisiting the NEXT time I find myself anywhere near Commerce, GA. Had we not gone to eat *ahem* elsewhere the next day before we returned home, I'd have gone back to this Starbucks 2 days straight! read more
