We wanted to stop by the mountains close to the metro Atlanta area and came across this scenic coffee shop. It is located right off the road and we were able to get some delicious coffee + good views. Plenty of seating (indoor/semi- indoor and outdoor) and good options. The drinks are more geared towards specialty lattes. I recommend the TRIPLE but with half the sugar. The prices of some of the larger drinks are a bit pricier. HUGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

Let's start off with this location. The peak of the experience at this coffee shop is definitely the views and the glass see through outdoor seating area. It's not everyday you get to have a cup of coffee with this view. Service was friendly and the inside area had lots of seating but definitely sit outside after you get your coffee. When you walk into this place you can immediately smell the infused coffee bean flavor. For those of you that may be into more specialty coffee, this is not that kind of place. I'm not 100% sure if they roast their own coffee but from the looks of it they have their own branded coffee that is infused with different flavors. I will be honest and say this is not my first pick when choosing coffee but I was along for the experience. I ordered the peppermint bliss with whole milk and to my surprise I liked it! Flavor infused coffee beans are not my preferred flavor profile but it was a balanced drink and enjoyable. They also had alcohol which is a nice touch for those who prefer another liquid beverage and a view. All in all I think it's worth a visit. read more

So, this is actually my second time coming here. I understand why it's busy because this place literally has the best view in Georgia. You can't beat it. The drinks here are fantastic! However, when I came here, I ordered a breakfast burrito and a PSLatte. The latte was done first. I had to wait for the burrito for a pretty long time, which I'm not sure why since they just nuke it in the microwave. Their serving system needs to be changed in my opinion. There's multiple people getting the same order. The lady called for a breakfast burrito once it was done, I thought it was like since I had literally just got my latte. She essentially scolded me like a school teacher in this busy coffee shop which was embarrassing. Like sorry I thought it was mine, I was going off of order of people getting their food and the lady who just got her food was the one who was right in front of me in line ordering... Needless to say, figure out a better serving system. Either start getting names for the orders and call that name when it's their order so no one accidentally grabs something they thought was there. Or, tell people to sit down and you have your employees serve the drinks/food. I really didnt appreciate the scolding from who I'm assuming is the manager. It looked bigger in videos we saw online so we brought a ball to kick around, but it didn't have space for that. Kids got bit bored after 30mins but the adults enjoyed it. What a lovely place to spend some time! This place has some good coffee, even better mead. Our baristas were so sweet and the man behind the mead counter gave great recommendations and service! We went around noon on a Tuesday so it was very quiet and only had a few people, but I can tell how lovely it would be when they have live music. This is a dog friendly place- although service pets only inside the cafe- but they have warm outdoor seating and a dog park too. Wow this place is good! I loved the old time vibe and feel of the building and store. The customer service was great and helpful. I ordered an iced brew made half sweet. She nailed it! Smooth and not acidic tasting at all. She also gave us a sample of some really good candied almonds that taste liked a heath bar. Highly recommended. The price is a little high but that seems normal for the area. Be careful pulling out of the parking lot because oncoming traffic is fast. read more

The breakfast burrito tasted like it was a week old and heated from the freezer. The chicken salad croissant was also old and premade. The coffee was weak and when i asked for it plain you could only get it premixed. For a coffee place i was very disappointed. The view was nice. Out of the three coffee shops I tried on my Helen Trip this was my favorite! I am more of an iced coffee girl than a latte girl so this was the perfect place for me! When we walked in the cashier was immediately greeting and helping us choose what we might like the best along with her recommendations. I tried the glamping and loved it! Ambience was fantastic. The view and live music were on point! The coffee and food were okay, but nothing I'd go out of my way for again. My husband got an iced americano that he thought was pretty good, and I got a sweet cream cold brew that was kind of sickly sweet. We also got a blondie that was okay and an açaí bowl that was pretty good, but definitely not worth almost $12. Overall, I paid over $30 for two coffees, a sparkling water, and two food items that required little to no preparation. The service was pretty awful. My husband's coffee was ready almost immediately. After several minutes of waiting, we realized there was an iced coffee sitting on the counter that ended up being mine. Then, as more minutes passed we continued to wait on the açaí bowl. I saw another customer who ordered after us get a warmed up muffin, so I started to wait by the counter. After about 15 minutes, I was able to get the attention of one of the girls making coffee and told her I was still waiting on an açaí bowl. She asked me if I had already ordered it, and I said I had. While she went to start preparing the bowl, the other girl who had been serving coffee began to speak to the cashier in hushed tones. Then, she too came over and asked if I had paid for the bowl. I said I had, and then she asked what else I had ordered, and I pointed to the other items at the table with my husband. Then, she had to ask the cashier if I had paid. I guess it was a good thing she remembered, since we had never been provided a receipt. Usually I go out of my way to support small businesses, but in this case I would only recommend going here if you want your order forgotten about while you are low key accused of trying to steal food. read more

This was one of the best finds on out trip. 4 miles out of Helen up a steep hill sits Jumping Goat's main location. The view is spectacular and the first time we were there they had live music to add to the ambience. I ordered the triple delight the first time abd chocolate marshmallow the next. This is a small, roadside coffee store at the south end of Helen, Georgia with the brew of the day and maybe a decaf hot. If you're looking for a barista who will whip up your favorite California skim goat's milk latte with cinnamon and no cal whipped cream, you'll be disappointed, but they do have a larger shop a few miles down the road that may be better equipped to deal with your more esoteric needs. If you're just looking for whole bean or ground coffee and a cup of what's in the pot today, you probably won't be disappointed. Their signature blend was very good was a robust and flavorful cup of.coffee and my wife has been pleased with their signature decaf. We also have several sample size bags of other blends to try out at home. One star off because you can only get ground coffee ground for pour over brewing so if you're using something else you need to buy whole beans and grind it yourself. We'll worth a stop if you're passing by and like coffee. Parking can a little tight. read more

Great little coffee shop as you enter into the main strip / drag of Helen Georgia. They feature so many different type of coffees and are a roaster. The shop was really cute and had so many varieties of coffee to choose from! The store itself isn't very big, but they fill a lot of great stuff inside of those four walls. Best of all? You can get a coffee there too? What's better than buying a bag of coffee and then ordering one to take with you? The woman working was super friendly and allowed me to ask questions and was really knowledgeable about all things coffee. More than I'll ever be for sure, but i loved this cute little shop. What a cute little spot! Located just a couple of miles before Helen city limits (across from Habersham Winery and next to Nora's Grist Mill, both which are must visits too). This adorable little shop has a great selection of locally roasted coffee to take home...including K Cups. I bought the Ivory Snow, which was recommended by the friendly lady who worked there and it is superb. I'd consider driving all the way to Helen again just to get some more! They also have a selection of gift items like candles etc. Will definitely come here again to try some more coffees (and get more of that Ivory Snow...seriously, it is so good! LOL) read more

Excellent little coffee shop with a large selection of coffees sourced from all over the world. We purchased sample sizes from Ethiopa, Colombia, Indonesia, and Mexico. I had a cup of the coconut coffee over ice and it was yummy. The store itself is small and there isn't much seating, but the girl working was friendly and answered all our questions about the beans and the process. Apparently the beans are roasted in a facility close by. They also have a smaller selection of teas. Go check em out! read more

Lovely! We have been here on 4 separate occasions and every time was fabulous! They have these delicious infused coffees (as someone who HATES flavored coffee) that are a must try (chocolate one is best). The whole shop is adorable and the location is 10/10.
