Staff was very friendly and quick with the orders, even though they were really busy. There is very limited seating, as it's a hole in the wall type of establishment. I've stopped here the past two years before hitting the road after an Oktoberfest trip to Helen! Each time, I've gotten the same drink: iced crackerjack latte with almond milk! This time, I did the 16oz with just one shot of each of the syrups (caramel and hazelnut) since it generally comes with 1.5 pumps a piece and I didn't want it to be too sweet. It was super yummy! Cute little coffee shop. The young lady who served us was very friendly and helpful. She was able to answer all our questions about the menu. The prices were comparable to other coffee places. Delicious Iced Cowboy. Wish it were bigger. Wish it weren't $8.55. But 4 shots in a delicious drink. I could drink three of them and then I'd be happy. Their lattes looked great but sweet, but only 2 shots of espresso. I have no doubt they would add shots, and charge me for it. Probably end up with a $12 latte. We stopped at this great little coffee shop while we were visiting Helen, Ga for July 4th weekend. They serve real espresso and it was very good. My husband got a proper macchiato and I got a cappuccino with soy milk. Despite the crowd we got our drinks quickly and enjoyed them while sitting at the counter and people watching through the windows! It was a nice break to our walking around all day. A great place! Popped in for coffee after purchasing pastries from the nearby Hofer's Bakery. This establishment was so busy with the server acting as the cashier and barista at the same time. After a very lengthy wait which caused me to downgrade Yonah to 4 stars, our coffee and cocoa arrived. The coffee was above par but the cocoa was slightly too sweet. The guy taking orders (he had red/ginger hair) didn't greet us, didn't speak, and didn't acknowledge us at all. First let me say Yonah coffee is great in a pinch. If nothing else it is better than stopping at a Starbucks or Dunkin. My biggest qualm with Yonah is that their drip coffee is very inconsistent. I went 3 days in a row for a small drip coffee and all 3 days the coffee tasted different. The first day it tasted roasted and balanced, the second day it tasted very weak, and today it tasted burnt. Drip coffee is a staple for any coffee house unfortunately not this one. I can't comment on the specialty drinks they had since a honey suckle latte isn't quite my forte. read more
