No cortado today but the barista was able to prepare a terrific small latte instead. They have a few pastries. Street parking along this small street in Commerce. Inside, a few chairs, a "meeting room," some tables with power outlets and a wifi (which was a little slow but better than nothing). Very quiet this early, I was the first customer for the day.
