We have never had an order without mistakes from this Dunkin. They make the drink differently every time we come (Cocoa Mocha Iced Signature Latte) and it usually tastes horrible. We also ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants and received sausage instead. Came here on national donut day for a free donut with any beverage purchase. I liked how they have oatmeal for the coffee which made it very creamy. The doughnuts were fresh and a good selection. There are some new selections for breakfast sandwiches like tomato pesto grilled cheese, omelet bites and avocado toast. read more

They're nice enough here which is more than I can say about a lot of places, but I placed an online order for a bagel and I got there only for them to tell me the only bagel they had were the nasty multi grain ones. How are you out of bagels at a Dunkin? I left with a croissant which I'm not a huge fan of. Last time I went they were out of the brown sugar cinnamon for my cold brew that I ordered. They are apologetic about it which I appreciate and they will work with you, but no point if they never have anything you order. read more

Do not go to this location!!!! I normally go here often because it's very close to where I live. But at least 75% of the time they completely mess up your order and will not correct it. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered an iced Matcha, when it was handed it to me it was half empty, there was no Matcha and it was full of what looked like soap bubbles. Finally we have a Coffee place somewhat close to home ..... 20 miles. But you can't complain when you are a lover of the coffee bean. Having just opened the place was clean, staff were friendly. Little disappointed that they were unable to warm my original donuts up, they taste so much better warm. Staff member informed me they didn't have a micro wave so could not warm any donuts up. Friendly staff but not particularly adept. For example, if you go through the drive-through and order a hazelnut coffee, about 50% of the time you'll get regular coffee. I've gone here enough to figure out exactly how to order to increase your odds of getting what you want. Here's the formula: You: "I'd like a medium HAZELNUT coffee." (Emphasize hazelnut) Them: "Is that hot or cold?" You: "Hot." Them: "Would you like cream or sugar?" You: "Yes, cream and one equal." If you don't follow this pattern-- cream and sugar specs only after they ask-- the order will be wrong, generally regular coffee. Watch the corners in the drive-thru, they are blind and the pattern is convoluted, but it is a good location. UPDATE: Ok, just forget it. Why oh why do I keep coming here? No more! Unless you get black coffee in the drive through you're virtually guaranteed to get the wrong order. You'll ask for cream, sweetener, flavor shots, whatever and it won't happen. You won't realize it until you've already driven off. The fundamental problem is that the employees don't care. You can tell by their attitude and lack of attention to details. If you want drive through coffee, save yourself the hassle and go down the street to Chik-Fil-A. Their coffee is at least as good and their employees care. You'll notice the difference right away. Ok, so my roommate and I have given this place several chances and each and every time we have been disappointed. First visit, I went inside to place my order and stood for several minutes at the counter before being greeted, My roommate and I were the only customers in the store so I don't really see what would take so long to acknowledge us. Ordered and paid for a large strawberry milkshake and was given a small watered down, half milk half ice cream mess. I was shocked that the guy actually thought that could pass as a 5 dollar milkshake..... Second visit, again my roommate and I went around 8pm. My roommate experienced the same milkshake issue that I had on the previous visit and asked the guy to remake it. Once he finished he handed it back to my friend and said "is that right?" I don't really know if he was asking for his genuine approval of the second shake or if he was just being rude. Not to mention the girl behind the counter that was being totally rude to the other employees in such a manner that it was totally obvious to all of us customers. I ordered a total of 4 doughnuts, that she proceeded to randomly throw in the smallest brown PARER BAG that she could find.... I love coming to this Dunkin in the mornings. There are several employees who seem to genuinely enjoy, and care for, their customers. If you are polite and open to talking with them, you can see a whole new side of coffee. I constantly see many elderly individuals coming in and they are given respect and smiles. A few of the employees have even taken the effort to try and learn most of their regulars names. If you have any questions, even if you can't figure out the DD Perks or how to log onto the wifi, they are willing to take the time if they can to take your through it and get you going. And in the even you have a problem, the manager is very willing to correct the problem for you. I can't say enough good things about this store. It's a great start to my mornings for sure! read more

I live really close by to this dunkin donuts so I often swing by to get a coffee or breakfast. Most of the time the person at drive thru seems hesitant or confused if you order anything other than a regular coffee. But today is my last day going here for sure. The manager attempted to try and argue with me over rather or not a "egg white flatbread" or an "egg white omelet" is same thing. I had ordered the omelet thinking it was an actual omelet made of eggs, not flatbread. Anyways, was just looking for clarification and for them to simply apologize for the misunderstanding and offer to get me something else. Instead, the "manager" stood there trying to make me feel like an idiot. What a great manager!! There are too many options in Athens to keep spending my money here. read more
