I wish I would have know that before I spent $8 on an ice cream cup because it was not the great ice cream I remembered! First off I wish I would have watched her making it. We ordered the caramel butter pecan & I'll bet there was less than a 1/2 teaspoon of pecans in it and I don't think she put any caramel in it at all. It definitely didn't look anything like the picture - no caramel on top either. When she handed it to us it was basically a milk shake almost completely melted. I don't know if the slab wasn't actually cold but the "ice cream" was very loose. Very disappointed to have spent this much on 2 scoops of basic vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips. I could have gotten a 1/2 gallon of something fabulous that tasted so much better from Publix next door. Great American cookie company - you wrecked a really good thing. Your cookies suck - they are thin as paper and now so does your ice cream . I will never step foot in here again!! I'd like a refund please
