It was the most fragrant shot I've ever had. I fell in LOVE. Definitely the best coffee I've had in a couple of years! Belux speaks coffee. This is the only purist coffee retailer I'm aware of in Georgia and am so thankful, albeit 45 minutes drive. Also, they are the only one to offer Gesha outside of a special event. The staff was helpful and friendly, and they were actively roasting coffee beans when I arrived, which was fun to see and added to the experience. The atmosphere and experience of seeing the beans roasted had me setting my expectations higher, for something that might completely knock my socks off. The chai didn't quite reach that level, but it was still very enjoyable. I'm going to give this a strong four stars, mostly because I reserve five stars for the best of the best. While this was really, really good, I have had better. That being said, for a smaller local town, this coffee shop does an amazing job and could easily hold its own against some of the best coffee shops in much larger cities.
