I don't know if the slab wasn't actually cold but the "ice cream" was very loose. Very disappointed to have spent this much on 2 scoops of basic vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips. I could have gotten a 1/2 gallon of something fabulous that tasted so much better from Publix next door. Great American cookie company - you wrecked a really good thing.
