This was my first visit to this location and I have never been in a Dunkin before where they ignored me like this as a customer. The customer service is horrible. I will never go into this location again!! After I moved to another Dunkin' that is not too far away... 70 N Glebe Rd, where they did attend to me with a good morning! What can I offer you? I told them about my experience at the other location and to my surprise the response was. Oh! We always receive complaints from customers about that location... but we don't understand why no one does anything. ‍ I hope someone does something with this... read more

Worst Baskin Robbin's I've ever visited!!!! Having someone behind the counter who speaks English would help those of us who are not multilingual. I've visited several times and they NEVER have enough of anything! Cookies and cream-ice cream on another visit) Today there was NO HOT FUDGE!! read more

They were bugs crawling all over the donuts it was absolutely filthy dirty disgusting in the gas station like that just totally threw me off I would not recommend anyone ever coming here ever again and they barely had any selection of donuts they didn't even have a basic glazed donut prepared , Play down the Road but like I said bugs I don't even know what the Frick they were crawling all over the toilet absolutely disgusting if I could write zero stars I would!!!!! read more

Dunkin' - Dunkin Donuts Store - Donuts Near Me - Arlington, Virginia

This is the worst Dunkin in the area; possibly the world. There are others close by (e.g., Glebe Rd) that are better. I've been here many times and it's almost comical how bad the service is. Last time I went in at 6am and was only customer, the cashier looked at me and then went in the back and didn't come back out -- I left after 8 minutes. They've also messed up our orders more times then I can count, and if you mention it, they just stare at you emotionless because they don't care at all. Strangest Dunkin' on this planet. read more

Another Dunkin' Donuts to add to my list. This location shares its spot with a gas station convenience store. I stopped in late at night and that's not always a good idea when it comes to donuts. I'm looking over what they have available and the donuts a looking tired and reaching the end of their daily shelflife. So the lady behind the counter holds up this little sign that has a special written on it and she asked if I want to buy six donuts and get six free. And I'm thinking, why do I want a dozen stale donuts? I say, no thank you I just want a couple. But she's still trying to push the special and make it sound like it's a good deal. Again I'm thinking, I'm not going to eat a dozen donuts in one night and if I wanted donuts in the morning I could get them fresh somewhere. Besides, by morning these things would be hard enough to use as thrown weapons. Alright enough of that story. The Dunkin' Donuts side of the place is neat and orderly. I'm sure if you come during the morning you'll have better quality but I'm not gonna put any money on it. Not the friendliest crew but these franchises sometimes aren't. read more

This is my go to DD because it's the one closest to me but man oh man, the service here stinks. There is always a line every morning - doesn't matter what day of the week it is and the people behind the counter always seems so confused and you validate that confusion because they always give you the wrong order. The worse is probably when you pay for an order and you get less of what you pay for. Try another DD if I were you or better yet, just go across the street to McDonalds in the drive thru and you don't have to wait inside in a long line and more likely to get your order right anyway. Really disappointed despite giving them so many tries. read more

We should have known that this Dunkin would be a disappointment after our bad experience with the attached Baskin Robbins. Clearly ownership doesn't care about keeping the food in either of the establishments fresh. The store itself doesn't give you the impression of cleanliness and even had an unpleasant smell to it. We ordered two sprinkled donuts and the lady behind the counter was short with us. The donuts looked like they had been there a few days and tasted exactly how they looked. Again, we live down the street and were hoping for a great Dunkin to visit so this was a huge letdown. You'll be better off paying the premium to go to the Sugar Shack down the street. Their donuts are higher quality and their service is heads above this Dunkin. Avoid it at all costs, you won't regret it. read more

This location is inside a gas station. I've been coming here for about 15 years because it's convenient to my home. It's never been the best (it's perennially short-staffed) but after Sunday, I will never return. I was in to purchase breakfast and coffee for a morning event and was waiting for my order when a man in obvious mental health distress came in and began verbally assault me, calling me names and attempting to push me back. The owner finally told him to leave and come back later, and told me that he was harmless and I shouldn't worry about it because he didn't mean anything by it and he wouldn't actually hurt me. It was pretty clear that this was a regular occurrence and the other staff didn't even react. This man was clearly in need of help, but was also clearly verbally and physically threatening a customer and they didn't see this as a problem. I'll spend my money where people take safety more seriously. read more

I went this morning Wed, at 7:AM l informed them l pay coffee & it has a teeth inside on coffee & they started why you are coming back our store & l told lm a customer to inform you that one of the coffee l payed other day it has a teeth in there, they start shout on me even the store manager & they barely to speak English my suggestions is do not go there . Bottom Line: it's a DD. I knew what I was going to get and I got it. The ladies. Whine the counter were very nice and worked quick- it was a Sunday morning and there was a little bit of a line. Sometimes when you go into these gas station combo places they don't have everything. This one did. I got my usual coffee, a bagel and an apple fritter for later. The baked goods were fresh and the coffee hot and strong. Was glad this was right next to my hotel. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would because I am completely fed up with this damn store! I work nights (6p-6:30a) so I'm going to need me some strong coffee to get me through the night. I could go across the street and get free coffee from the 7-11 which I will do from now on. I'm sorry this location needs to hire people who speak English or at least can read and know their own damn menu. This is the 2nd time in a row I had to just get plain black coffee because the cashier didn't understand what I was trying to order. I wanted a Md Americano coffee with a shot of espresso and a sugar free sweetener added to it....after espresso the cashier looked like a deer in the headlights...all he kept saying was "cream and sugar"...I'm like wtf.? Really? Just give me a black plain coffee...and what he say again "cream & sugar"? Didn't I just say plain black? Smdh. I can't with this location every again...get people hired who knows what they are doing and can understand English or at least like I stated before know the menu they trying to sell. I'm spending damn $2+ on plain black coffee I can make at home. I'm not trying to sound racial but come on the customer would like to at least taste the rest of your menu instead of always haven't to opt for "plain black" because of the worker behind the counter....IJS read more

Came here a few times mainly for the Ice cream. Suppose to be close at 9pm. But it's not even that yet and they already close (both DD and BR) service sucks too. And there is no customers. read more

I'm not the biggest fan of Dunk's coffee, but in a pinch, it will do. This is definitely not the same quality service or know-how that you'd get in Massachusetts. When I ask to mix coffee flavors, I always have to repeat it, and they look at me like I'm crazy. Um...this is Dunks. It's what you do at Dunks. Obviously, the staff needs better training here. Also they don't have as many flavors as a real Dunks, because this is part of a gas station. There's no parking, either. The donuts are fine, and their assortment is good, but I really do like the cheddar bagel twists, and am happy those are offered at this location. Again, Dunks works well in a pinch, and unfortunately, it's the best coffee offered in my 'hood. read more

Continuing on my Dunkin' Donut reviews to follow up on the Columbia Pike -Bailey's Crossroads location. I preferred the Bailey's location over this one. Dunkin' Donuts combined with gas stations tend have more problems. This one is combined with a Shell station. This location is convenient in the morning for me since Bailey's Crossroads I have to back track a bit. So, I was going to this one. The parking is difficult here. There are 2 spaces + 1 handicapp in the front for 15 min. Sometimes I've gotten lucky and got one of those spaces. There is a tiny lot in the back and some street parking. The lot in the back is difficult because there is not much room to navigate my car. I use my free coffee card, and a lot of times they have trouble with getting it to work. They are pretty friendly. Sometimes I've gotten the croissant sandwich, but it tends to be overcooked at this location. In February, I got my free Iced coffee on two days one week, but I was sick that week; so, I felt naucuous later in the morning. However, I went here on 2/29, and I was healthy, and I felt naucuous later in the morning. I couldn't even eat all my lunch that day. I'm thinking that they don't always have the freshest milk. So, I stopped going here, and started trying out the College Park location (since my office is in Maryland). read more

Food was okay until I saw a cockroach. The roach was walking around under and around the table. Terrible having lost my appetite so early in the morning. I'm still hungry. read more

Dunkin' - Cockroach. - Donuts Near Me - Arlington, Virginia

Stopped by on the weekend and decided to grab some hot breakfast. The store was pretty busy and the tables were mostly filled. We got a couple of donuts, cheese bagel twist, hash browns, a wake-up wrap and hot cocoa. The donuts here are about the same as the other Dunkin Donuts - not great but not bad. The cheese bagel twist was ok - it didn't have much flavor or texture. The bagel at Safeway tastes much better than that. The has browns were mushy, oily and we didn't care for the seasoning. There was only 6 little hash browns in the bag, but we couldn't/didn't finish it. The wake-up wrap was something anyone can make at home (a soft taco wrap with egg and your choice of breakfast meat). The hot cocoa was only thing that was good. The whole thing came to about $10. We will probably not stop by here for hot breakfast any more. read more

Easily the best DD in the area. And I'm from Rhode Island, so I know. Always good deals if you buy a few packets of coffee. Really nice guy works there on Sundays. It's in a gas station, which is usually a bad sign. Not here. read more

I only went here on the night Baskin Robbins went on sale for 31 cents per scoop. This location that we went to was in a gas station. The line was longer than usual (coz everyone wanted their ice cream, I assume.) I had 2 scoops of strawberry cheesecake and a scoop of Reese's peanut butter cup while hubby had 3 scoops of Rainbow Sherbet. I would give an A+ for the ice cream and a C+ for location, ambiance and cleanliness, does it really matter, though? I just did not want to miss out! read more

Gets extremely busy with limited parking (two spots out front, four in the back) with generally friendly, effective staff (once in a blue moon you get someone who struggles), oddly enough this location has more selection than a brand new dedicated Dunkin' location nearby. read more

ok, I guess I am officially addicted to dunkin coffee. Recently discovered that if you use a travel mug you get a huge price break - $1.08 for 16 OZ vs $1.84. Great news for my new years resolution to save the planet in 10 easy steps this year. For a while, I wasn't sure about the travel mug - I had become a "regular" which has been a lifelong ambition (though not necessarily at a dunkin donuts shop) and the guy was always getting my coffee ready ahead of time, when he saw me off in the distance...but he has adapted and I am still in the "regular" club. The gas station still has injera which is good to see. I'd add a star for the travel mug discount, but I'd have to just take it away since they did a renovation (goofy mural) and they got rid of the bulletin board that used to have hand written signs in Spanish, Amharic, and English. I miss that. read more

Everything most people say about the staff is true. I'm not sure if any of them speak English well enough to understand minor alterations of menu items. The food here is exactly how it looks from in front of the counter....dry and days old. My crossant was hard and my hashbrowns, usually the highlight of my DD experience were even harder if you can believe that. Totally inedible. Skip this DD and try the location on Glebe road. read more

Had some donuts because you know it is donut week! Went late morning, probably a mistake because choices were extremely limited and the two different donuts we got were stale. On a positive note, the service was friendly and there was not a line. Skip this place when the replacement for Sugar Shack opens..........to sum it up "Quick, friendly and stale donuts" read more

Been coming here a couple times a month for the past year and a half. They get my food order wrong about half the time. That is not an exaggeration. I've even seen the food prepper look up at the screen, realize her mistake halfway through making my bagel and try to serve it to me anyway! I stopped going for a while, but stopped in today, to give them another shot. Guess what?! They screwed up my food again. Wouldn't recommend coming here for anything besides coffee and donuts. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is situated in a gas station convenience mart. I've been here many times; I forget to check-in because it's early (give me a break ok?). Honestly, I have not had a great customer service experience at any Dunkin Donuts locations in Northern Virginia. At this DD, they were out of pumpkin muffins on two separate occasions, they often forget simple things, and their drinks are inconsistent. I would come here if I' need my DD fix, but there is much room for improvement. read more

I am a big fan of Dunkin Donuts bagels, specifically the cream cheese used on the bagels. While I usually use the Chinatown DD location (which is excellently run and managed for maximum effficiency), once in a while I'll visit the closer to my home Columbia Pike location. While the food is fine, no different than any other Dunkin Donuts, the service is lacking. I am almost guaranteed to have my order delivered wrong, especially once you mix in instructions like "only a little cream and Splenda" for an iced coffee - some part of that statement will get ignored, or more likely just not understood. Language barriers seem to be an issue at this location. read more

4 stars because it's on the Pike and if you like Dunkin Coffee, you get it here and the customer service is top notch. The morning staff (5:30 am) are on point and take care of the regulars with a smile, early in the am. Good attitudes and coffee make my day first thing in the am on my way to work. It is located inside the gas station, so parking is a pain, you can park in the back or next door, since its early. Nice to see all my fellow commuters, neighbors, Arlington Police and Soldiers from Pentagon/Ft Myer getting their coffee fix every morning. read more

I have been in this location a couple times. It seems like there is only one girl in the staff who can speak English - the cashier one. However, she is not friendly at all, does not have even a hint of smile. Also, it seems like they just disregard orders with any substitutions. Very unprofessional and rude. read more

Shitty service!!! - I went in. asked them about the sale they had: 6 donuts for $3.99. (at the time.) - the cashier, (i think she smoked weed before comin' in to work.) i asked her a question, and she was like: "huh???" (seriously.) - there was another person there also. and just like a movie: she was: "dazed an' confused" as well. (jesus, where is "good help" when you need it.) - i wanted a certain doughnut. cashier #1 was like: "this is the last one we got." (last one?!?!.. "wtf???", it's morning. you're a donut shop. yall should have: "plenty!!!") - i had to explain to cashier #1 about: which doughnut i wanted... (example: "lower. few inches more. "there!!!"... perfect.") - she held one of the dougnuts like she was holdin' "a ran-over cat". then, she plopped the doughnut back on the shelf like: "i'm done with you." - i was just, inches away!!!, from jumping over the counter to say: "this is what i want!", (an' grabbing the doughnuts. but that didn't happen, an' that's kool :\ ) jesus this is soundin', "a little sexual!", (lol) but anyway.... - lessonz in lyfe: stay in school, folks! - i worked at fast food joints. i was: "outstanding!!!", (what happened was: dealin' wit the stupid-azz managers!!!) - she crumpled up "the receipt". (ya know some people, "might need it!", not me. but still.) - welp, that's about it. i wasn't happy. just glad that i've gotten a few doughnuts, an' jetted. read more

This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever gone too! The workers don't wear gloves, and they don't comprehend online orders.
