I came to the Dunkin in Apex the other day and went through the drive through. We got up to the window to pay, I was in the passenger seat and my friend was on the phone. I reached over to hand the worker my card. She proceeded to say "what the fuck" In such a rude way. She said "you couldn't just hand the card to her are you kidding." The window was left open and she was talking so explicitly about my friend and I to all her coworkers just standing around doing nothing. She was talking so rudely and literally was pointing at us telling them. She goes to give us our food and just throws it at us. The Dunkin' Donut's In Apex has nothing but rude employees, horrible service, and I have no idea how they keep their sanitation rating up because every time I enter there are crumbs, the counter looks like it was wiped off with a toilet rag and it's just down right disgusting. Another issue is that majority of the time this particular Dunkin' ALWAYS runs out of bagels, over half their breakfast sandwiches, etc. Finally my last issue that I will address is anytime you order any kind of iced coffee they will ask if you want cream and sugar, I say yes because I don't drink my coffee plain. Yet every time they either forget the cream or they forget the sugar and the sugar is never and I mean never stirred in, so you end up eating your sugar with a splash of coffee instead of drinking your coffee with some sugar. I will never go back, the lady was beyond disrespectful and I will be calling and speaking with a manager immediately. read more

Horrible wait (over 8mns) in drive thru even though you are first in line and they still got the order wrong.. ordered croissant and was sent along with bagel.. did not even bother to tell us.. had to come back, park and go inside and they still got order wrong.. worst experience ever.. read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin' donuts i've ever been to. There hasn't been a single time that i've gone through the drive thru without being yelled at, hearing the employees have an attitude, or simply just being flat out rude. Once I get up to the window they don't even make eye contact with u they open the window staring at the register screen and say "$5.37" (for example) and then rip my card out of my hand and then shove it back in my face. Recently though the worst thing drive thru experience I had was with my two friends and we all ordered and got up to the window and my friend (the driver) got a phone call from her mom so she quickly picked up and my friend in the passenger had to reach over our friend (the driver) to hand this lady her card and the employee had the weirdest and the rudest reaction that I was in shock. She said straight in our faces "WTF" and my friend in the passengers seat said "excuse me?" and the employee said "you really couldn't hand the card to your friend in the drivers seat to hand to me omfg" and then turned around with the window still open and started talking about us and pointing at us right in front of our faces. I was furious. She then threw the card back into the car and we had to search for it because it fell between the seats. She gave us our coffees and food and we drove off. I was completely taken off guard by the fact that someone who has an attitude like that got hired. She needs to be fired immediately and this Dunkin' donuts needs a new manager or someone who really cares about customer service and the restaurant. Multiple trips to this location over the past few years. I do not recall a visit where I was satisfied with both the product and service; always a lapse with either one of them (or both). From a customer service standpoint, a number of their employees are clearly annoyed to be in food service. This shows in both their demeanor and food preparation efforts. Until this franchisee gets their act together, do not waste your time. read more

Having to give them a 1 star bothers me, this is the worst DD I have ever been to, after repeating the order 3 times and waiting 10 minutes to get to the window she screws the order up, 2 coffees that was it, while we get yelled at by the guy in the back who had nothing to do with the issue at all, really, please go to Starbucks pay the extra buck, this place is a joke and they all should be fired. read more

Drive thru takes a really long time even if there are only a few cars. My orders have been completely wrong on multiple occasions. My coffee today was only half full. Kind of a rip off. Go to Starbucks. It will be more expensive but it will be right and quick. read more

Can't make a iced coffee for the life of them service is slow and they all suck and just sit around taking, I go there almost everyday and they have my order wrong every time, only 2 cara a head of me and I had to wait like 20 min then I went inside with only 1 person in-front of me and still had to wait forever and i just ended up leaving read more

I have mixed feelings on this Dunkin Donuts store. I don't eat donuts, but I do visit this store every other week or so. My kids do eat donuts and love when I buy them a treat or a whole box of goodies. The good news is that when I order donuts they almost always have a wide variety to choose from and their products seem fresh. I order bagels from them sometimes and really enjoy the coffee and chai tea...sometimes. Which brings me to the down side. Each experience with the coffee and the chai left me with a different product. In the fall I ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte with skim milk and whipped cream. Each time the taste was drastically different. Sometimes it was very good and sweet. Other times there was no whipped cream or sugar. When I ordered the Chai I sometimes go a sweet yummy tea and others I received a bitter old tasting product. I just wish they had a more uniform product. When I go to any Starbucks and order a coffee 95% of the time it tastes the same where ever I go. On the bright side I think their Chai is mush better! I know that Dunkin Donuts is not known for its bagels, but I get really upset when every other time I go they are out of like three kinds of bagels. Lastly I am not crazy about their location. It is good because it is close to my daughter's preschool for next year and on the way to her gymnastics, but sometimes it is hard to get out of the parking lot and back on to HWY 55. I will continue to visit this location, but I would love if they can start getting their coffee right and start making more bagels! read more

It's donuts, not rocket science. After asking me to repeat my order twice I got a cold, stale bagel with a dab of cream cheese on it. It was like trying to eat a rock. Save your time, money, and aggravation and go someplace else! read more

This is the absolute worst dunkin donuts/baskin Robbins I have ever been to in my entire life!!!! Worst drive thru service, they never have any of the ice cream, special sundaes they claim to have. There coffee is terrible I litterally crunch on the sugar snd choke of the special syrup that they don't stir. Food is also terrible I once got a bagel there and had a huge piece of plastic in it from the packaging I'm assuming and would have went back to complain but I had an appointment I could not miss. This place needs to go out of business and or have new owners. It really upsets me because I live close and normally love both baskin Robbins and dunkin donuts. read more

Have stopped there several times over the last few years but I have to say, the food is OK -- just OK -- and service the same but whenever I've had dealings with the manager (Al), he's got an attitude and at times, nasty! I think it's time for the owner to realize that he has to go as others in the store have witnessed the bad attitude that he has towards customers and even with some of the staff. I think he's burned-out and hates his job! Someone needs to tell him that he needs to put on a smile when he's working and to either say good-bye to this job or change his attitude because it's not helping the business at all! read more

I don't know what happened to this place....They've always been pretty confused at the drive thru but their food and donuts I thought were always pretty delicious...then last night around 8 pm my husband brought home a whole box of donuts...two each of different varieties...and NONE of them were fresh! The two pumpkin cream ones were rock hard! I mean as soon as I tried to pick it up I knew. Seriously? An employee felt that and still put them in the box? I still took a small bite out of curiosity and it was so gross, like something that sat in a refrigerator absorbing other smells and flavors. I took bites of several others and non of them were fresh. They seemed to range from one to three days old. I don't think getting them at 8pm had anything to do with it either because he got a box over a month ago when we had a party at the same time and those had all been excellent..even the next day! So I don't know...this was beyond what I could consider giving a 2nd chance to...a whole box...I'm done with this place. This is supposed to be their specialty! read more

I would give this DD no stars but it won't let me - worst DD ever. Do they not train their employees here? The last four drive-thru visits were awful but today I was so mad I just drive away mid order- whoever this girl is in there is losing DD business because I am not the only one leaving. This is by far the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been to. I would give it zero stars if I could. I have been there twice to order coffee, and each time the service was terrible and the coffee was even worse. Apparently, cream means half a cup of cream with a splash of coffee on top and dark roast means no cream and sugar. Last time I checked, that's black coffee. I actually had to explain this to them. This DD is horrible. We were there this morning and waited 25 minutes to order. The line was out the door with one register open. The service has gone down hill terribly and it seems to only be getting worse. It took 10 minutes to get our 3 beverages. I absolutely love DD coffee but the poor service makes it not even worth it anymore. Very loyal customer GONE from this location. read more

I've seen a manager kick a patron out for joking around with the staff (which she was friends with). It was extremely awkward for those of us in there. The rest of the staff has been nothing but friendly. I've only witnessed rude service from two of the managers. One out of three times my order has been wrong. that is annoying (how hard is it to make me black coffee???) Other than that, great to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. read more

I go get a chicken crossiant get to work and its burnt plus i go sometimes and the aren't open it its around 5:45 am...this is unacceptable on so many levels they are too expensive to be messing up people food! read more
