    Frozen Coffee with SOUR MILK/CREAMER
    Leona H.

FOOD SAFETY VIOLATION ‼SOUR MILK/CREAMER‼ **I want my money back!** At this particular location the coffee ALWAYS has a bit of a sour taste to it. Today I ordered a small frozen original coffee. Once back at my office I took a sip of my coffee.... PURE SOUR MILK!!!! GROSS!!!! My coworker who was a former Dunkin employee years ago tried my coffee just to see how bad it really was.... she tried it... after her face went back to normal..... let's just say this genuinely nice human being was so angry that she demanded that I go back to the Williams street location and have them remake it, give me my money back, and if anything give them some words of wisdom. Went back and reordered my coffee at drive through after explaining that the coffee tasted like straight sour milk.... I got No Apology, just a monotoned voice "we can remake that for you". (Yes I was polite and not one of those ranting customers at a drive-thru). Once I received my coffee the lady at the window walked away and started talking on her headset. I tried the coffee.... STILL SOUR!!! FUCKING GROSS!!! At this point I'm mad, i don't have a face mask so I can't go inside, the drive thru is packed with cars, the employee shit the window and walked away, terrible customer service....... rather then blow the fuck up in the drive thru and ruin the employees day by taking it out on them I just left. The real problem is with the Owner or the manager. Whoever is the one who keeps ordering and allowing their employees to use SOUR CREAMER/MILK in the coffee served at this location. If the owner is reading this, get your ass to your store and check the milk, creamer, yeck! All of your products to make sure they are not expired!! This has happened to me at this location way to many times for it to be a one time deal. That is a Food Safety Violation. I'll be requesting my money back.

breakfast "sandwich" from the Apex location - yowsa!

The worst Dunkin in the area. The drive thru is horrible. They always forget to give you half of your order.

Small little spot on the inside with more seating on the outside. You can order from their prefix menu of donuts or make your own! I'm one for being told what to choose so I got the French toast donut and it was anything but plain. Their donuts are a bit crunchier than other varieties and all around delicious. We also had their breakfast sandwiches. All very reasonably priced - under $20 for two breakfast sandwiches and three donuts.

I popped in on a Saturday around 12 noon, and although there was a bit of a wait (not surprising given the weekend crowd), the smell of warm cinnamon sugar in the air made it feel like a treat worth waiting for. I ordered a vanilla with sprinkles, a classic glazed, and 10 cinnamon sugar donut holes. For me, the cinnamon sugar flavor was the clear winner. Little bites of joy, I tell ya!!! The vanilla and glazed were fine, but in hindsight, I wish I'd been a little more adventurous. Duck Donuts has a fun variety of unique flavors like maple bacon, blueberry pancake, or peanut butter drizzle. That creativity is what really makes the place stand out. My son, who is firmly Team Dunkin' and not at all a Krispy Kreme fan didn't love Duck Donuts--he's just not a fan of soft, warm donuts. As someone who usually prefers a good Krispy Kreme, I have to say this was a very different donut experience--more homemade flavor and less sweetness. The vibe was relaxed. A few families were dining inside, a couple folks were enjoying the patio, and the pickup counter stayed busy. It's not the kind of place I'd visit weekly (I'm not a donut junkie), but I'd absolutely come back to surprise a donut-loving friend.

The pastry case is a showstopper: berry-topped croissants with fresh whipped cream, fruit danishes, ube buns, almond twists, and savory options like the garlic-herb bun and hot dog danish. I came for the bakery but stayed for the drink menu, which is huge -- milk teas, fruit teas, yogurt smoothies, sparkling teas, and a full coffee lineup. One heads-up: the Coffee Crush ($4.95) is essentially just Dalgona coffee -- that whipped instant-coffee-over-milk drink that went viral a few years back. It's tasty, but know that you're paying café prices for something you can whip up at home with three ingredients. Would've loved a little more transparency on the menu there. Pastries are fresh (seemingly), drinks are solid, and the space is genuinely lovely for sitting a while. Worth a visit -- just go in knowing what the Coffee Crush actually is.

Being so used to many boba options back in CA, it kind of makes it feel weird to struggle to find a boba place nearby.
