Standard Dunkin Donuts. Tuesday morning service was quick, short line, friendly staff and my coffee and donuts were ready in minutes. There is a small eating area. But good place for morning coffee and a donut (or two). I'll be coming here frequently in the future due to my job location changing. read more

This place is the worst. If you want anything other than a donut do not go here. Service is terrible, and the food is worst. IDK how you can mess up a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich but they did. The bagel is almost impossible to bite through and they refused to give me a tea instead of coffee with my combo eventhough the tea is cheaper than the coffee. The bathroom is "out of order." There's no sign saying this. So, at 6 months pregnant while eating the breakfast I paid for at this establishment, I had to walk two blocks to find a bathroom somewhere else. The ambiance is grim. employees clearly don't like their jobs and don't value customer service (something as simple as responding to a "thank you" was clearly too high of an expectation). We visited this Dunkin' Sunday morning. There was no one visible for the first minute or two. A woman finally came out of the back. They had very few donuts to choose from and most were labeled incorrectly. I wanted apple spice and she tried to tell me they only made apple fritters. However, they had the sign for them. They just had chocolate glazed in that spot. The worst part was five of the six donuts were stale and I mean super stale -- like days old. If I'm spending $8.87 on six donuts, I expect them to be fresh. Save your money. Walmart or Safeway donuts are much fresher and this is coming from a former Dunkin' are the best donuts on the planet fan. read more

I got some gift cards for Dunkin' and was heading into DC. Wanted some coffee and some food. The woman taking my order was an older woman with an extremely disrespectful way of talking to me. If I spoke too quickly for her, she would begin to bark at me. I used the Dunkin' app for my gift cards. This woman seemed unprepared to handle my request. The food was good and the other members of staff were super helpful. The place is clean. Please, if you offer Apple Pay and QR scanning, have a better infrastructure so I don't have to explain this to the people who work in a Dunkin' in a super densely trafficked area. read more

This location seems never to be busy but always slow. Walk into the location and no employee is around, 3 more customers come in and there is a bell to notify them customers are inside. Finally 3 girls come from the back, no mask, no hands washed, and no apology or acknowledgement of customers that were waiting. This isn't the first time I've experience this. I've been in this location several time and half of which I'm waiting for someone to come out from the back. read more

Only go to this location because it is soo convenient but I'm always disappointed with the hazelnut coffee. Unlike the dulany location, they actually have the hazelnut flavor. But the drink is not good. But it's always with this one person that it is not good. Sad but it's like she doesn't know how many pumps to put in the drink, so the coffee just taste like diluted milk. I always end up throwing the whole drink away. But I still pass the store every now and then to maybe see someone different? Who can make the drink better? Also, employees are not too friendly either, like they hate the job or something. read more

So far so good, I really like this Dunkin. I preorder sometimes after a workout and get a protein muffin and iced coffee. The place is so bright and airy and my order is always waiting for me and the people are always nice and smiling when I enter. I really don't like the Dunkin' around the corner on Dulany- it's a stark contrast to this one. It's dark, they are always out of something, the people are funky and look like they hate life and never engage. Even though parking is easier over there- I stay far away. read more

The women in the store are attentive and make sure your order is right. Christina does a lot of make up work for the lead manager. The two males in the store (the manager and ethan) will both give you expired expresso shot while fumbling with the recipies for food items. When brought to the managers attention he catches an attitude then shrugs you off. I've witnessed the lead manager and ethan constantly hand out expired espresso shots. I worked in the coffee industry for a number of years i can taste when the espresso is expired. When i brought this to the lead managers attention I was banned from the store but told by someone else the next morning. read more
