Actually, stood behind a guy that was asking to track a package, and he had no tracking number. He had no receipt. He was just like, "Well, man, I sent it through here. Do you think you could track it?" Like, wow. That being said, the clearly overworked guy behind the counter was nice. He was going as quickly as he could, trying to read people's minds. I don't envy his job, but at least somebody's doing it so that our mail is moving around.

I wasn't sure how many stamps I'd need for the oversized envelopes but she helped me figure it out, purchase stamps, and also got my packages shipped out. I was given a week timeline for standard shipping but much to my surprise, the packages were all delivered within 1-2 days. I got an email receipt each time one was delivered which gave me peace of mind, too. Each package only cost about $8 to ship which I thought was excellent. I recently shipped another, similarly sized package via UPS and it cost $20! I would definitely recommend this location if you want efficient shipping at a good price. I was very pleased with the customer service and patience the staff provided to me.
