Very cute place! I would definitely recommend this place to families. There isn't too much seating so it can get busy around lunch time- I went on a Friday around noon and there were a few available tables- but I can imagine that it gets busier on the weekends. There were also tons of board games! I got the strawberry fruit tea- it was wonderful. Not too sweet, had real strawberries in it with lemon slices, as well. Strong green tea flavor if you're a fan of that. Prices were great! Very affordable. I got the crab rangoons which were very good and crispy. The dumplings were alright. The pork and shrimp ones didn't really stick out to me. The beef ones were good! My favorite of the three I tried was the chicken with shiitake and bok choy. Came here for lunch, and it was fine! We were greeted, and told we could order from the table QR code. We got a variety of dishes, a few drinks, and sent it in. It's a pretty spacious restaurant with board games to play, a few random kitchen appliances for sale, and peacock chairs to chill in. The lady working here was really nice, and clarified a few things on the menu for me. She seemed busy with tickets, and pick up orders. The food took a while to come out, but it wasn't too bad of a wait. I really enjoyed this restaurant. You can order from your table or go to the front to order. They bring the food right out and it doesn't take too long. It's hard not to order so much because everything sounds so good and is reasonably priced. Everything was pretty good but the shumai was a little bit fishy tasting. As soon as we walked in the staff at the counter walked through the menu with us and gave us many recommendations. We ordered at the counter, chose our own table, and they brought out the food. As for the food, I'd say that it was average. Unfortunately, the soup dumplings didn't have much soup in it, and the dessert dumplings were a bit burnt and didn't have enough filling, so they tasted like burnt sweet wontons. But the Bao Zi (pork buns) were pretty good and the best items on the menu were the regular dumplings which you can get with a mix and match of many options for fillings in your order of 6, 8, or 10 pieces. I found this while looking for more affordable dumplings than what was offered where I usually went, and I'm thrilled I did. This place is an absolute delight that's well worth your time. My personal favorite dumplings are the beef and onion, but all of them are great, the soup dumplings especially. And they color code the dumplings, which is helpful if you're eating with food restrictions. There is also a pretty good variety of foods, it's not just dumplings and a few sides. A buddy of mine got sweet potato fries once, and they were pretty good, and anytime I go, my mom asks for a poke bowl. I haven't had a dish I didn't like. The boba is also good quality, and is adjustable to your tastes---you can control ice, sweetness, anc caffeine levels. The honeydew milk tea is my personal favorite. The wait time is also usually fairly short, though if you're worried, they have multiple board games along with various knick knacks to look at. What a gem in West County! I found this place on Happy cow and it had good reviews so I met a couple friends here before a concert at the Factory on a Tuesday evening since it's close. My friend and I ordered boiled and pan fried tofu dumplings to share. The pan fried ones were better than the boiled but both were tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got some milk tea and it was yummy. My Main suggestion to make this place better is to clearly mark what is vegan on the menu because it was very confusing. I also had a greens salad with ginger dressing which was delicious. I accidentally ordered spring rolls they were ok. My daughter got chicken ramen which first came out with a hair and had to be remade. The 2nd bowl was also not good very bland. I liked my daughter's fruit tea but my drink (blue flower tea maybe?) was not great. The egg rolls were the best thing. An amazing spot in Chesterfield! The name here does not lie, the dumpling and tea selection is great. You can choose between boiled, pan seared or deep fried for your dumplings! There are hot & iced teas, bobas and fruit teas or smoothies to choose from. The menu is well diverse & will leave you wanting to try everything!! All of the food comes out nice & hot. It was a solid good for me. Nothing memorable, it tasted fine, and I thought it was cool that they dyed the wrappers so you're able to distinguish which flavor you're about to eat. Although my party and I were only able to know about that after looking at the painted walls. It wasn't explained to us by an employee. She said it would take 12 minutes for our order to be ready but it really took about 30 minutes. We ordered the chicken and the shrimp dumplings pan fried. Also the crab rangoons. The shrimp dumplings were really good while the chicken ones not as much. They kind of looked like beef when you ate it which was weird to me since I don't eat beef. The crab rangoons were good. We also ordered the chicken teriyaki udon noodles stir fried and the salmon poke bowl. These were very good and a good size portion. The guy behind the counter was pretty cold. Couldn't tell if he was having a bad day or if he just didn't care to deal with us. Cons: - Lack of condiments for dumplings and bao buns. There's a single bottle of soy sauce on the tables, but no chili oil or vinegar to elevate the flavors. They do sell small jars of chili oil for $6 at the counter. - This is really a personal preference, but I hate when dumpling fillings are mixed to create a paste (literally like wet cement). It creates such a weird and gross texture in the mouth, that I much prefer there to be small chunks (like small bits of green onion or garlic) so I know what I'm actually eating. - Didn't like any of the flavors (pork, beef, chicken). Noodle dishes are either Ramen type with broth, or Udon type stir-fried, also choosing your protein (beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, tofu) when ordering. Also have Build your own Poke Bowls and plenty of specialty tea drinks. Overall solid 4+ for my 1st experience. Expect pricing $10-15pp for a meal, plus beverage. While both noodle dishes we tried were excellent, I preferred the Udon stir-fried version. The pork was flavorful and blended well with mixed veggies, eggs and noodles. The Ramen version had a mild broth, and thinly sliced tender pork. For Dumplings starter, we shared a variety - 4 faves were Chicken and Shiitake mushrooms and Bok Choy, Pork and Shrimp with Chives, Beef with onions, and Pork with Chinese veggies - all tasty in house-made dumpling wrappers, and prepared either boiled, pan-fried or deep fried. We ordered pan-fried, and they were a bit over-fried and slightly greasy, not quite as I expected yet still good to eat. The dipping sauce had a hint of soy and sweetness. Although we tried the Shrimp with Zucchini and Egg, I voted for others. Plenty of good options for Vegetarians, but limited on their GF selections. Ambience was relaxing and quiet at lunch hour on a weekday. They've only been open a few weeks, so need to get the word out to check out new place. We came here for dinner on our first night in St Louis. It was near our home so thought it was worth visiting. When we entered it was busy, front desk told us to order online. Due to employee shortage, they currently have ordering done through an app which is actually a bit annoying and I almost left at how frustrating it was to navigate it (it works much better if the menu is more concise). I loved that it wasnt too thin to break apart or too thick to be overwhelmingly stuffy. Pan-fried were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My friends loved their Ramen and their Udon noodles, so make sure to get at least one of the Noodle dishes. Bubble teas with perfect boba! Cool stuff to know: 1) if you forgot which meat you got for the dumplings, check their wall out and see which protein is next to the color of your dumpling. 2) all sauces for the dumplings are made in-house. 3) there are sauces you can purchase to take home, next to the counter. Brand new in chesterfield before the outlet mall, this place has a decent amount of space for seating for you to chill, eat, play board games, or do your own thing. We got to order and try as many things as we could: all the dumplings / buns can be boiled, pan fry, or deep fried. I think if you're going to do take out, avoid the deep fried dumplings; they didnt seem to last that well, very crispy when they first come out. We got to try their traditional pork bun, beef bun, tonkatsu ramen, beef teriyaki udon, one of each of their dumplings, and a spicy donburi poke bowl. We also ordered a Hong Kong milk tea and fresh mixed fruit tea which were awesome! Boba was fresh, chewy, and delicious, teas were strong but also not too sweet (half sugar) Everything was tasted perfect. The buns were tasty, not too salty but flavorful and awesome The dumplings were great! They are color coded based on what's inside, and big and delicious. Ramen is darn good too. One of my coworkers recommended this for lunch today and I'm glad he did! It was delicious! He got the Chinese Hamburger, he said it was pork and he absolutely would get it again. I was excited for a new Asian joint in Chesterfield and especially one that has boba teas on their menu. I was with my two kids so it reading the menu happened in a hurry. I got the pork vegetable dumplings-steamed. I was sad none of the dairy milk teas didn't really contain teas (exception of Matcha one), but were more flavored fresh milk with boba. I got the Oreo one half sweet. It was very good but wish it had tea in it. They do have non-dairy milk tea, which I will have to try next time. The dumplings were fresh and delicious. The soy ginger sauce dip it came with was a necessity. It's very fresh and definitely home made.
