The Tea Spout is located in Chesterfield Valley in a small plaza. They share a parking lot with several other businesses. I've driven past them so many times and I finally visited. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. When you walk in, you grab your own menu and you seat yourself. They have high top tables, booths, low tables and a conversation area with comfy furniture. You place your order at the counter and pay ahead. They give you a number to place on your table and they bring your food out. The first thing that impressed me is that the food menu is local and organic. They offer organic coffees, so many teas and tea accessories, herbs. Their cafe menu has many vegan and vegetarian options. The service was friendly and helpful. Our drink order came out almost immediately, and our food came out fairly quickly. I really enjoyed my breakfast bowl that I added avocado. It was quite nourishing and flavorful. I don't know how they cooked the sweet potatoes absolutely perfect. I also ordered a protein cookie to eat later. What absolutely blew me away was my lavender Matcha iced drink. It was the best Matcha I've ever had. They also have an area with various hot sauces and so many flavors of infused, honey. They have various types of sugar, agave and Stevia, but you will not find any Splenda or equal here. So if you are sugar-free and don't like Stevia, bring some from home. I really liked the whole vibe of this place, the food and the beverages. I will definitely be back soon. What a great find in the Chesterfield Valley -- The Tea Spout. The space is bright and calming with tons of natural light, a cozy boho feel, and really comfortable seating. Their tea selection is excellent, with flavorful herbal blends that also focus on wellness and immunity, plus mushroom coffees and a few gluten-free sweet treats. My husband loved the avocado toast, and I had the eggs and greens (small), which was surprisingly filling and delicious. Everything comes beautifully topped with fresh microgreens. Groovy music, a cute little kids' area, and a peaceful atmosphere made it an especially relaxing stop on a rainy day. We pre-ordered online, and our meal was ready the moment we arrived. Service was excellent; our server checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh, light, and delicious, with generous portions--more than enough to satisfy. Being a Tea lover, I was so excited to find Tea Spout. When you first walk in there is aargw seating area and to the right is a counter where you can get a seink, pay for merchandise etc. The back of the store contains teas for sale as well as an array of other items. First let me say there is a lot to look at. The selection is wonderful and they have items teas for health and honeys along with accessories for tea (bamboo spoons). Each Tea is described very well and I ended up with a great selection. Just finished a mug of Cherry/raspberry compote and it was delicious. Staff here is wonderful. So friendly and engaging. I was asked my name and they used it when speaking to me, a very personal experience. I found them engaging and open to suggestions of places where different teas can be acquired. Overall this ja a great addition to the area. All the tea shops that were here have close so it is unique in the area and has the right attitude to become a mainstay in the tea drinking community! I am not the biggest joiner in the world, but if they began doing events here I would definitely be there. In terms of cost, this is not your grocery store inexpensive Tea. However, compared to many places I have ordered from online they are fair and provide quality Tea! Speaking of which I bought one Tea direct from Japan and they went over with me how to brew it and face me information on the company as well as a guide to brewing in case I forget. This was definitely useful information so that I had the best experience with this tea. I am definitely a happy girl and will be returning to get more twa and try their food. read more

Where have I been!!!! Clearly under a rock as three times in a week and a half I was asked to meet up there with friends. For whatever reason it didn't work out until finally today I got to go and see what the buzz is all about. I LOVED IT!!!! In fairness, I don't usually drive that direction where I would pass it on airport road, however, now I will be going that direction all the time! I love tea! I've grown up drinking herbal tea with honey and lemon! To look at a menu, pages full of different teas, (and a hot chocolate page in the back), there is no shortage of options to suit everyone's tastes. Coffees, Matcha, Black Tea are also available along with a tea flight!!!! In addition to a plethora of every kind of tea you could imagine they have a breakfast and lunch menu. There are not a lot of items but definitely enough to choose from. I had a yogurt/fruit parfait, there were 2 options. My friend ordered an egg sandwich with gluten-free bread. They also had an avocado toast and a Belgian waffle option amongst other things as well. They have a honey station, where you can also find a variety of sweeteners. Our teas were served in small teapots with the tea leaves in the strainer. You can take it out if it's getting too strong. They even give you warm glasses to pour your tea!!! The whole area is quite large, but it is decorated in such a lovely way that it just feels really cozy. I can imagine a light snow fall outside and sitting in there and just taking in all the lovely fresh smells and the surroundings. They have a section where you can purchase items and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Everything about this place was right! If there were one thing I would love to see more of, an assortment of different flavored honey. I love honey and there are so many different flavors out there. I think it would be fun addition. Everyone here is so friendly. The environment is very inviting and open. It's very refreshing to find a place in the Midwest that has such an organic take on food. The food is very good and very high-quality. You can tell that this place did not skimp on any aspect of the experience that they want their customers to have. Even the utensils, the plates, and the mugs are of high-quality. We do not have kids, but there is a kid corner for people's children to play in. They truly thought of everything. I highly recommend this place. We almost didn't see it because it was not popping up on our maps, but luckily we were going next-door and saw this. This is a spot you will not regret picking over Starbucks or scooters that is down the street!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They even have the curious elixir's, which are the non-alcoholic beverages.
