Chesterfield is lucky to have Tea Sprout bringing healthy, flavorful cuisine to the area. The décor is inviting, and the open, airy space creates a calming atmosphere--perfect for recharging before tackling the rest of the day. We pre-ordered online, and our meal was ready the moment we arrived. Service was excellent; our server checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh, light, and delicious, with generous portions--more than enough to satisfy. Tea lovers will appreciate the wide selection, but our favorite was the milk oolong, beautifully served in a teapot. It was smooth, fragrant, and a joy to sip. We also enjoyed browsing the charming gift and tea shop area after our meal. Tea Sprout is a wonderful spot for anyone seeking healthy food, great tea, and a relaxing environment. We'll definitely be back!

Where have I been!!!! Clearly under a rock as three times in a week and a half I was asked to meet up there with friends. For whatever reason it didn't work out until finally today I got to go and see what the buzz is all about. I LOVED IT!!!! In fairness, I don't usually drive that direction where I would pass it on airport road, however, now I will be going that direction all the time! I love tea! I've grown up drinking herbal tea with honey and lemon! To look at a menu, pages full of different teas, (and a hot chocolate page in the back), there is no shortage of options to suit everyone's tastes. Coffees, Matcha, Black Tea are also available along with a tea flight!!!! In addition to a plethora of every kind of tea you could imagine they have a breakfast and lunch menu. There are not a lot of items but definitely enough to choose from. I had a yogurt/fruit parfait, there were 2 options. My friend ordered an egg sandwich with gluten-free bread. They also had an avocado toast and a Belgian waffle option amongst other things as well. They have a honey station, where you can also find a variety of sweeteners. Our teas were served in small teapots with the tea leaves in the strainer. You can take it out if it's getting too strong. They even give you warm glasses to pour your tea!!! The whole area is quite large, but it is decorated in such a lovely way that it just feels really cozy. I can imagine a light snow fall outside and sitting in there and just taking in all the lovely fresh smells and the surroundings. They have a section where you can purchase items and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Everything about this place was right! If there were one thing I would love to see more of, an assortment of different flavored honey. I love honey and there are so many different flavors out there. I think it would be fun addition. Overall, fantastic and I cannot wait to go back!

Everyone here is so friendly. The environment is very inviting and open. It's very refreshing to find a place in the Midwest that has such an organic take on food. The food is very good and very high-quality. You can tell that this place did not skimp on any aspect of the experience that they want their customers to have. Even the utensils, the plates, and the mugs are of high-quality. We do not have kids, but there is a kid corner for people's children to play in. They truly thought of everything. I highly recommend this place. We almost didn't see it because it was not popping up on our maps, but luckily we were going next-door and saw this. This is a spot you will not regret picking over Starbucks or scooters that is down the street!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They even have the curious elixir's, which are the non-alcoholic beverages. They have a little something for everyone!

What a gorgeous, spacious cafe. Friendly staff and great variety of tea. This place is perfect to catch up with a friend, read a book, get some work done, or sip and shop their boutique. I got the basil green tea and it was exactly what I was looking for at a fair price.

If you love tea, run don't walk to the Tea Spout! They have the best selection of teas to choose from, both hot and cold. They freshly brew their teas, so all teas are made to order. I chose an iced jasmine green tea and it was so refreshing. There is an adorable small sitting area to relax and enjoy your tea or you can take it to go. They also have a boutique with a large array of tea and wellness products. Amber the owner is super friendly and helpful. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

    Relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing service. The natural ingredients are refreshing. The avocado toast is the best I've had. Ever.

What a beautiful hidden gem! Stopped by to get some work done and I was pleasantly surprised by this lovely cafe. They sell loose leaf teas and also in-store beverages/pastry items. Very cute and well-decorated space that is cozy and great place to relax! Amber is so kind and attentive and even blended a custom tea for me (I chose the peach oolong). I will definitely be returning. What a lovely addition to Chesterfield!

    Bottomless tea over warmer.

Great atmosphere with friendly staff. My husband and I got a bottomless pot of tea for $10 and sat and drank it -- very relaxing. They have lots of eco-friendly, natural and low-waste items for sale as well.

We walked inside and saw there was a line of 2-3 people ahead of us. We saw a man to the side who injected himself since he was waiting on a drink and we saw that he was forgotten and no one had made his drink. He was nice about it but I could tell he was upset. There were two cashiers and when it was finally our turn based off our receipt Kenzie D took our order. We ordered peanut butter smoothie, an americano, a cinnamon scone and pumpkin bread. Any sort of customer service went out the window. There was no greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgment of him finishing inputting an item down to get the next one. I say this because I asked for pumpkin bread and it was forgotten. I didn't even want it after seeing how long it took others to get their order. You would think that you would get your order right after the person in front of you orders but no, two people from groups that ordered after us received their order and we were left there standing waiting for 10-15 minutes. We thought that was the worst of it... We went outside to sit with the in-laws and friends and they were like "that took awhile..." and I told them there was only 3 people ahead of us and that's when they told us what happened to them. My mother in law ordered a drink and so did my father in law. My father in law received his drink and was waiting for a really long time for my mother in laws. So long that he spoke to one of the women passing out orders to check to see if it was done yet. She told him he would need to get in line and order it since they didn't receive it. There was a line and he already waited and didn't want to get back in line so he spoke to the manager and the manager said he heard the exchange and didn't say anything to make it right. So my father in law was like forget it and it just went outside to sit with the rest of the group. The manager came out and gave a disgusted look and gave my mother in law a drink. Then friends also confirmed that he was not nice at all when he came out and probably did it out of spite. I saw she had finished it and gasped because knowing the food industry he probably spit in that drink. Needless to say none of us will be going back to this place. There is no such thing as hospitality here or making things right. And I found out that the cashier that rang us out was the manager? Smh... As much as food or drinks can taste good, not having taste in your service can affect the experience so much so it can't rectify what's been done. Couldn't eat the scone after two bites and the peanut butter smoothie was melty with chunks of banana. I'll stick to supporting pj's and smoothie king.

There were also tons of board games! I got the strawberry fruit tea- it was wonderful. Not too sweet, had real strawberries in it with lemon slices, as well. Strong green tea flavor if you're a fan of that. Prices were great! Very affordable. I got the crab rangoons which were very good and crispy. The dumplings were alright. The pork and shrimp ones didn't really stick out to me. The beef ones were good! My favorite of the three I tried was the chicken with shiitake and bok choy. I got them pan fried, but I felt like the sides of the dumplings were a bit doughy and undercooked. Overall a very nice place for lunch and a treat! Will definitely return.

I wish our drink orders had come out all at the same time though. drinks: Red Bean Uji Matcha - ordered with less sugar, my MIL liked the flavor Pineapple Fruit Tea - ordered with all the sugar, my husband did not get a lot of pineapple flavor Jasmine Tea - ordered with less sugar, I liked the flavor and that the jasmine was strong Food: Cucumber Salad - it was drenched in the sauce, but it was still good. I wish it was smashed cucumber instead of sliced though Pan Fried Dumplings - it was missing a lot of crisp, but the filling was good. We got beef. Boiled Dumplings - Pork was the filling, the wrapper was good and chewy, but it nothing was stand out. Shrimp Shumai - Compared to most shumai, this was big and you could see chunks of the shrimp at the top! Chicken Teriyaki Udon - the noodle was great! I think this had the most flavor, and was the best option for the table. Considering the area, it's probably the best option y'all have, but I think having the udon will be the way to go!

I also didn't expect to spend $10 on the croissant and personally wouldn't spend that again. Coffee syrups were 1883 brand, and my preferred is house made syrup (especially for a $7 latte). I was meeting up with a friend and her daughter and unfortunately did not realize they had the typical café hours (closed at 2pm) so my visit was very quick (30 minutes) and I had to rush my conversation. I ordered an iced Monstera Mint latte and chocolate coffee cake slice. When the barista called up my order, I repeated my order asking if it's mine (they don't use a name system) and apparently *I* mispronounced MONSTERA because she turned her back and said within earshot to her coworker how I did not pronounce it correctly and why do people say it incorrectly. I am not a big plant person so excuse me for not knowing how every single plant name is pronounced. I know people vent at work, but it made me feel uncomfortable the rest of my visit, so I was glad it was almost time to leave before they closed. Vent after customers leave if you have to.... Anyways, my MONSTER-AH mint latte was good, but the chocolate coffee cake was a bit too dry for me. And service could have been a bit more professional in my opinion.
