sorry but i have to give a 1 star review. i went to take my family because of tiktok review. and to be honest service was horrible server y look mad the whole time like he didn't want to be there, we order, tonkotsu, clear soup, and hand pull flat noodles as well as calamari, rolled beef, dumplings xiao long bao, i have to admit the tonkotsu was okay, and the rolled beef, everything else was just not good at all, hand pull flat noodle is flat noodles with garlic and chilli oil, with noodle has no flavor, xiao long bao have no soup, calamari was burnt, beef and cabbage dumpling was bland, on top of that brown sugar boba was just milk, taro boba taste nothing like taro it tasted like oolong tea which we order just plane taro, at-least matcha boba was good. my family was so disappointed. that my daughter even said that how can they be dumpling master when they cant even master water as the water had a weird taste that its just not drinkable. sorry dumpling master your not it . need a better training on your server. don't worry i still gave 18% tip read more

Service- Came in and got seated pretty quickly wasn't too busy maybe 4 parties. Placed our order with our server and that was the last we saw of her never came back to ask if anything was missing or if we wanted to place more orders which we did but since no one came just paid and left while still hungry. Ambiance- nothing fancy but it's clean. And they have a self serve sauce section. Food- not impressed XLB- so small and hardly any soup, the meat was missing something cause it was pretty bland Pork and shrimp steamed dumplings- decent size and pretty good amount of filling. The staff is nice and attentive, but the food didn't really impress me. The dumplings were really bland, though the lace in the pan fried was crunchy the dumplings itself really disappointed me. The calamari was good, came hot and were chewy, I love the thickness of the breading as well. The fried rice with egg didn't reach my expectations. It was bland as well and needed soy sauce. Came here twice already. Really like their noodles and honestly I feel like they are more of a noodle master than dumpling master. Tomato egg wide noodle - the wide noodles are amazing. Great texture, super chewy and smooth. Goes well with the tomatoes and egg. Portion is also very generous. The sauce they use is some sort of chili oil that adds onto the fragrance of the noodles but isn't spicy. There is a lot of garlic in it though and gives bad garlic breath. Clear broth beef noodle soup- comes with the thin noodles. noodles are great but I prefer the wide noodles instead. The beef slices are very flavorful and tender. The soup is very beefy in flavor and clear in color. Dumplings - got the pork. Dumpling skin isn't too thick and the filling is generous however it wasn't anything too special. Tried this place for the first time. We were in the area and we're starving. It was an early Saturday afternoon and we were seated as soon as we walked in the door. We ordered and a few moments later the food started rolling out. Everything seems to be prepared as soon as you order. Everything was served HOT! The fried shrimp appetizer was crispy, hot and cooked to perfection. The shrimp, inside, were soft and succulent. The pork & cabbage dumplings were delicious. They were soft, juicy, and tasty! We opted to dine in during our visit and were impressed with the cleanliness and overall layout of their dining area. Tables were comfortably spread out without feeling like we were dining with the table next to us. We came in for lunch on a weekday and Dumpling Master seemed to have a steady flow of customers coming in and out for both takeout and dine in. Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. It was definitely the highlight to our meal which made the experience memorable. Our order consisted of: - Shrimp and Pork (boiled) dumplings - Shrimp and Pork potstickers - House Juicy Pork Buns - Fried Rice with egg Though everything we had was great, the standout items were definitely the dumplings, potstickers, and pork buns - rightfully so. No lunch crowd so we're got seated right away. We were given 2 plates, 2 plastic forks, 1 chili oil, 1 soy sauce, and 1 pair of chopsticks. We asked for additional chopstick and soy sauce. The XLB is new so it's temporarily written in on the menu. Everything tasted average. The dumplings skins were a bit thick and chewy for my liking. So-so Chinese restaurant. Dumpling Master might be good for the area but it's definitely not up to par if you're comparing to offerings from SGV or even Chino Hills. The dumplings were only ok, though not very tasty. They weren't bad but they weren't anything to write home to. We also ordered the pork buns and the buns were super dry and hard. It's like they microwaved them rather than steaming. Fried rice was also only ok. Tasted like the rice was old. Beef noodles were bland, which is disappointing because this should usually be packed with flavor. The broth just tasted like somebody mixed chicken stock and water. Honestly the best dish was the cucumbers. Those were actually super delicious. Overall everything just tasted old, "dusty", and a little too non-traditional. The service was pretty good compared to most Asian owned establishments. The staff was attentive and friendly. They even followed up to make sure everything was good. Their noodles are definitely made from scratch. You can tell by the texture of their noodles that it's not premade. The spicy noodle soup was good. But not great. It could have used a little more flavor and depth in the broth. The shrimp chow mein was good but not great. Texture of the noodles was excellent. But the dish needs more flavor. Missing salt in my opinion. The Xiao long Bao was the best dish I had. The pork was tender and juicy. But needs more soup. For the price, it was a bit expensive.
