David, the owner is very nice and tried his best to rectify the horrible customer service that we received from Miriam and Emely. If it were completely based off the initial situation and the horrible service from Miriam and Emely I would give ZERO stars but the fact that you can tell the owner actually cares about the customers and appreciates them speaks volumes. My entire family used to frequent this place very often but after the interaction I had with the 2 employees we will no longer go back. I am highly disappointed with their lack of service and willingness to fix the mistake they caused which includes giving my daughter an item with ingredients that could actually kill her (an item we did NOT order) David, I thank you for speaking with me about the situation and I hope you can correct the behavior of these employees. I found and bit into a thin metal wire (similar to that's used to closed bread or pastries) on my quesadillas. We ordered a kid's meal chicken with fries, but the chicken was so tough we didn't eat it at all. We've been ordering from them for almost a year now since we moved into the area, but something must have changed. The last time we ordered with them was the last straw for me, so I don't think I will order from them again. She read the menu to me and recommended me stuff. After debating between the nachos and tacos, I decided to go for three regular steak tacos. This cost me about six dollars. They give you a number after ordering. I made my way to a seat and waited. Two minutes in: number 38. Four minutes in: number 39. Five minutes in: number 40. Six minutes in: number 42. WAIT where's mine? Seven minutes in: number 41. Yay! I went home, opened up my hot package, peered inside to see the styrofoam container with a couple of napkins, two small containers of a dark red salsa and a green salsa. Okay, I didn't like the salsas. They were too sour. I didn't bother with them. I only used one of the three limes they gave me on my three tacos. The tacos had two flour tortillas which was very helpful. I didn't want my taco to break and turn into a different kind of dish! There was steak, onions, and cilantro in the tacos. A wonderful combination! Now these aren't the best tacos I have had. The best I've had were from Mexico, but these were pretty good. Now a days, mangonadas are the new thing. They also sell pinwheel chips that's drizzled with Valentina sauce and lime juice. Are you picturing it?! This place has it all. Everything that I want and need in my life. They have corn on the cob, or in the cup if you prefer a cleaner style of eating. They also serve fruit cups, and their mangonadas is called a chamoyada, which is ten times better than the regular one. This one has tamrind bits in there. I'm in heaven.
