The taco Tuesday is the only time I'm coming back to this restaurant, I wish the can improve their salsas and restroom

Just went here for Taco Tuesday last week. Because of Covid-19 and the meat shortages, some tacos you get will have less meat than others. I wish i took a photo of my Chile Verde tacos, all 3 combined had less meat than 1 Al Pastor taco. They are closing the doors at 8pm now because of Covid-19, so if its close to the 8pm window and you want tacos, call ahead, so you can pick up your order. One of the best places around this area, by far! The food is always fresh, authentic, and delicious!!! My favs are the tostadas, tacos, sopes, quesadillas--ok, just about everything on the menu :p The staff is always friendly, and although some of them do not speak English very well, they do make an attempt to understand, and repeat the order. This place is the best!! Been coming here since they first opened. I love their Crispy Tacos, all their desserts and the salsa bar which includes 4 different salsa's, pinto beans, grilled Jalapenos & Onions and a bunch of other stuff. Today I ordered pick up through Door Dash and didn't realize that the order I placed was for their Walnut Creek location. Me, My husband and in-laws just moved to Pittsburg and were searching around for good authentic Mexican food when we came across Dulces on grubhub ! We ordered the nacho fries, pollo asada torta and a steak burrito and ALL OF IT WAS DELICIOUS !!! to say the least, definitely will be trying again and referring our other family members who recently moved here as well read more

Order through door dash and Never received our order in fact it was canceled. Apparently someone from door Dash was given the wrong food from this restaurant we waited over an hour until someone contacted us from dolce's which sounded as if they really didn't care at all that we didn't have our dinner . The girl who told me said sorry it's door dash his fault not ours and didn't offer any other solutions to provide our family with dinner after spending almost $80 on dinner from the restaurant.not good service at all customer service is horrible they don't care about their customers. read more

Burritos are bomb and there breakfast plates are bomb I decided to try something different so I got the taco plate major disappointment corn tortillas were so soggy it was just falling apart and barely any meat inside and the lettuce and pico or salsa was on top of the taco really that's what made it so soggy read more

Parking is not the best but this place is worth coming. This place is small but it has several tables. Also has a tv that is always playing the sports channels. I like that the have really fresh items on the menu. There is also a lot of options. Their juice bar is amazing. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I highly recommend trying this place over all good food and good prices. read more

I usually don't have a issue ordering food with Dulce, Been a costumer for years! Literally in the top 3% on Uber eats.. Lol I'm embarrassed how much I order from this restaurant, however there's a older Hispanic lady working at the register and she doesn't quite understand English that well, she's very brash and rude. I made a happy mistake Ordering my food with a card I had not activated I didn't understand why it declined, so I just paid for my order on my Apple Pay.. I got an email stating that I had tried to use a card that wasn't activated. I immediately activated the card and then said let me order one taco jut to see if it was properly working now, she immediately said that card declined again however I seen the charge so I said no let me use it again nonetheless I ordered two separate tacos I was billed and didn't receive them. The Lady didn't want to even see the pending transactions and I felt offended after the comment "I'll just give you some food" like I just didn't use my debit on Apple Pay minutes before.. Great tacos and ceviche tostadas. I tried the super burrito with pollo asado and its basically half rice so I will stick to other items such as the carnitas plate which I had today. Not that the rice is bad, its just overwhelming on the burrito. The carnitas were moist but would have been good to be a bit charred, I guess its a balance. They also have a salsa and chip bar which has good four salsa options. You can even pack limes to go. They use FiveStars for loyalty which is a nice perk because we come here a lot and always put in a large order so the points are racking up fast. They work with UberEats, GrubHub and others, I will probably try that out after having my baby (not gonna lie). read more

Bionico is the bomb!!! Their aqua frescas are the best I've ever had. The grilled chicken super burrito is my go to. The pozole is also a favorite in my household. Very welcoming family business. Salsa bar is always stocked and clean. Absolutely a regular eatery for my whole family. read more

We've driven by this place for a long time but finally decided to try it based on the reviews. We ordered a carne asada super burrito and shrimp burrito. Service was great and I didn't have to wait long for them to be ready. The burritos were delicious and they were bigger in size than other places I've been too so that was a big plus. The mango smoothie was also really good. I wasn't crazy about the esquite because it had very little mayo but the girl was rushing to make it since I didn't realize I was leaving without it and they stopped me before I walked out. Overall I had a very good experience and I'm definitely going back and I would really recommend this place. read more

Been waiting for exactly 40 minutes. I don't understand why a super nachos takes over 30 minutes to make. There's people that order way after me and they all got there food 20 minutes ago. I've been here before the covid 19 hits and everything is so good and fast. After the COVID-19 everything seems to ho down hill. Even the workers are different. I didn't recognize any of them,but yet it's still the same owner. I gave them a few tries before posting this negative feedback. This will be the last time I visit this place. read more

Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place because we LOVE IT! I'm pretty sure my parents grab food from here once a week at the least. My mom really loves the juice! Upon arrival the restaurant smelled strongly of cleaning products which is very off putting to me. They have a chip, beans and salsa station. When I walked over to this area to get a better look at the menu, I noticed the refried beans in the heating tray had caked over and became crusty. It didn't look appealing at all and I hoped these weren't the beans that were going to come with my carnitas plate. I ordered to go, and while I waited I noticed an employee come stir the beans...which means all the dry, caked over beans on top were mixed in with the other fresher beans at the bottom. This unsettled me. Anyway, my food cane out in about 10 minutes. The beans in it were not from the heating tray, thank goodness. The beans and rice in my plate were pretty good. The plate came with a little shredded salad of sorts. The carnitas were bland in my opinion. Definitely was needing much more flavor. The tortillas were pretty good and they give you a good amount. Checking in gives you 20% off I think, so I used that. All in all, it was just ok, but I do not see myself returning. read more

I go here often and the food never disappoints. My favorites are the asada nacho fries and the asada super burrito. Both will fill you up and are delicious. The tacos are also okay. Not as good as other places but the Tripa tacos are tasty. They also have all types of juices and smoothies that are really good. If you want a snack they have all types of antojitos. At times it can take long to get your order but it's expected because they are usually very busy. This place is one my favorites and I recommend I to anyone in the area! read more

Ordered a carnitas torta from Doordash. It got here promptly. When i opened it up, it looked CHUNKY. I was excited to jump in but i noticed it had sliced hot dog, bacon, and a slice of carne asada. Took a bite and wasn't a fan of it. I called Dulce and a gentleman answered the phone. i told him the issue. He apologized for the mix up. He asked me if i ordered from there a lot and i told him no (i actually do, but i didn't wanna seem like a fat ass). He said he could make me another one if i wanted to pick it up. I said yes and was on my way. I get there and i think the same gentleman that answered the phone helped me. Had the torta ready to go and even offered a slice of cake of the trouble! I declined and went on my way home. The replacement was delicious! Will continue to order from here! A+ service. read more

I am a man of my word, so having eaten dinner here last night with my hunny, I will now update my review. First, I had rated it four stars. Now it's five. This is officially Mexican fast food. It's not a grimy choke-and-puke, and it's not a sit-down-and-relax restaurant with printed menu and waiter service, but somewhere in between. It's the food of south of the border with the feel of a Carl's Jr., with a juice bar added and either Telemundo or Univision on the TV. And it's kept clean and graffiti-free. Good-sized crowd, and I, my hunny, and a black woman were the only non-Hispanics there. That demographic mix tells me that this should be good, because they wouldn't be here if the food was unauthentic and crummy. Food: I had the taco plate with carnitas, she had super nachos with shredded chicken. Her nachos filled her good-sized plate, and surprisingly, she finished the whole thing. She just couldn't stop eating it. As for my tacos, small but tasty, meaty, the meat was muy bueno. There wasn't a lot on the taco, which is good, because sometimes a taco can be so loaded with extras that you can't taste the meat. Not at Dulce's. Of course, you can add the extras: rice, refried beans, salsa, lime, hot sauce. I did for my second taco, but it can stand on its own without the extras. If this is an example of their food, then I need to eat here more. After all, we're in the area every Wednesday night. And if you live in Bay Point or are driving on 4, come by even if only for a fruit cup, because this is one of the better Mexican joints in the 925. read more

Looks like a Mexican bakery and juice bar from the outside, but don't be fooled! Inside is a brightly lit, clean full service counter with traditional tacos, tortas, and a range of other Mexican cuisine. They have numerous dessert items like shaved ice, smoothies, aqua fresca, and pastries too of course. I had the shredded pork torta to go as a quick lunch. It was made fresh and wrapped in foil. It was huge for $5.00. When I got back and unwrapped it I was blown away. The bread was toasted and had grill marks, and was firm enough to hold the pork, lettuce, cheese, tomatoe, guac, and jalapeño. Extremely tasty and filling and perfectly executed. I've had tortas at other Mexican fast food places and they tend to mess up on the buns, leaving a sad, soggy mess that falls apart with each bite. Not this place! They've really elevated the ingredients and sandwich with pride here! If there was a chance for zero stars, that's what they would get. I went over there last Sunday Feb 26 I was basically the only customer I gave my order to these young girl that was just playing with another coworker, and she end up taking my order wrong. I wanted like a juice and I said I don't see anybody preparing my juice and she's like you didn't order anything and I said OK it's my fault. Please make me a juice and I pay them. All I see them doing it's showing themselves stuff on the phone doing nothing I had to go and tell them "I got to go, Can you please focus on getting my order ready " and disappointment is that they look at you and talk to you and treat you like if you are the problem . They gave me my food and I left and later I realize that they didn't give me any fork or napkins, or any sauce . It's amazing that for some simple order just like tacos. I finally tried the food and things didn't work out well. I have to say that this an issue I run into at a lot of places, but this is the worse due to the disregard of the word vegetarian. If you have vegetarian on your menu you should hold true to that. I order what was to be a vegetarian burrito, but if the beans are cooked in pork oil it is no longer vegetarian.
