I've had to contact them a few times to ask questions and I get a response the same day. They go over and above to make your yard look good (even though we don't have much to work with), and will even help with an odd job here and there; we recently had a porch lightbulb that needed to be changed and someone came out that same day to do it, we were thrilled! After years of not so good or reliable people doing our yard, we are so happy to have found Chris and his team, and will definitely be running a few ideas past them in the future about how to make our little yard look better.

I originally noticed their advertisement on my door, and when I called, a representative arrived within about 90 minutes. Joe was very knowledgeable and provided a fair, reasonable quote. Shortly after, a three-person crew got right to work on my trees and handled everything efficiently. They were also very thorough with the cleanup and left the area looking better than they found it. I would definitely recommend this company for their fair pricing, skilled team, and the care they put into their work.

I recently received an email from them, offering a 15% discount on tree service. I scheduled a quote for lat Friday, the 28th. Joe arrived, assessed the required work, and presented a quote that was almost $200 more than the previous work performed 10 months ago for virtually the same thing! I asked about a 1st responder discount and he said he'll waive the tax. There was no mention or consideration of the 15% discount. He also stated that they should've charged more for the previous work. In my opinion, this is nothing more than the old bait and switch con. They don't stand behind their word. I cannot continue to recommend Green Pine Tree Service.

Because there is not much space between homes, they had to use a crane to pick up the pieces of the tree and the crane to take these parts safely over our home.
