He is friendly and helpful, takes time to understand what you want and gives suggestions. He gets the job done so fast (compared to what I can do) and cleans up very well. I am mostly ignorant about trees and shrubs but you can tell he knows what he is talking about. Just today he gave me some solid recommendations, and glad he cut off a plan that I had for transplanting a tree that would not have work out well. I suggested Victor to my father and he has hired Victor several times in the past couple years as well. Highly recommended.

I would like to highly recommend Arborwise Tree Care. We had contacted Arborwise Tree Care right…read moreaway when the HOA in McKinney sent out a letter in August saying we had to trim our 18 year old Live Oak. Brandon from Arborwise came out and quickly let me know that a major trimming on a tree this size would kill it in the heat. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their caring approach to doing what is in the tree's best interest, not the HOA's. He recommended waiting until the tree's dormant season which begins in November. This week Gregory and Brandon and their crew did a beautiful job taking care of our one and only tree. Ok, I've been accused of and freely admit to it; I'm a "tree-hugger", born and raised, with a deep respect for trees. Arborwise Tree Care shares that respect and will take great care of yours, too. I had the unfortunate experience of trying to work with these guys and would recommend you look…read moreelsewhere if you want to work with someone that communicates well and honors their word. The facts are as follows: 1. After a week or so of collecting quotes from contractors I went with Tyler and Highline. I was told on 8/26/19 by Tyler via text that they were booked out for 3 weeks. I agreed to wait and asked if someone would contact me to schedule. There was no response. 2. After a week I reached out to Tyler again and asked where we stood on the scheduling since he never responded to my question. Tyler apologized for the delayed response and said they were 2 weeks out and I asked him then if I was on his schedule which he confirmed. 3. After almost 3 weeks passed with no contact from Tyler or his company. I texted Tyler on 9/24/19 asking what day and time they were going to be coming to do the much needed repairs to our fence. He responded that they could come out on Wednesday of next week 10/3/19 but if I couldn't wait that long he understood if I called someone else. I explained to him how he had apparently strung me along for a month and I didn't appreciates lying to me or the lack of communication. Tyler responded that he's trying hard to run a business and feels he does a good job but isn't perfect but that he makes it right if he does make a mistake, then he asked if I wanted to call someone else again. I explained to him that i really needed the repairs ASAP as our fence is leaning badly and we have dogs that I'm afraid will get out. I told him I expected him to come out the following Wednesday and I hoped he could make it right. Tyler responded that he would confirm the schedule with me next week. 4. The next morning I received another text from Tyler telling me he wasn't coming now after thinking about it. These facts are indisputable. From my perspective Tyler seems like a nice person but he is sorely lacking in integrity and character. He promised he would be out in a couple of weeks and didn't show up or call. He then promised he would make the problem right and now has declined to even honor his word at all, leaving me now having to start from scratch. At this point, in a way I think Tyler is doing me a favor in declining to come because I have no reason to believe he will honor his word in any way, including the price he quoted. Therefore in return for the favor, my advice to Tyler is to find another occupation where honoring your word to your customers isn't important
