The impressive part was the quick response from Vlad who is the owner and a technician. He was able to send someone the next day. The person figured it out and got it fixed. However, something was off on the repair which I noticed and Vlad again quickly came out to correct it. These days it's hard to get the type of attention and response from most businesses. Also things inevitably go wrong and you want to make sure you can trust a business to correct any issues. They do both very well!

He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. No other HVAC technician I've ever worked with before has done that. A/C maintenance went great too. First company I've ever hired that didn't try to sell me an entirely new unit just due to a faulty capacitor. Even gave me the model number of the capacitor to replace if I want to save money and do it myself (I'm reasonably handy so it's something I'd probably do). I'll be using them for as long as they give great service!
