My boyfriend and I leased our 2013 Skyactiv Mazda 3 here. We both have building credit but Dave, Sean and their team worked really hard to get us the best rate possible. We shopped around for a bit and Dublin Mazda had the best deals and service out of all the dealerships we went to. Will definitely recommend and return here for my future cars!! Also their service department rocks! read more

Went into Dublin Mazda after my son was rear-ended which caused our old Honda Civic to be totaled. We wanted a newer, safer vehicle for our kids to drive and for our peace of mind. I worked with Garth Wall (and store manager Ray Garcia) in in Used Cars--the experience was top notch, professional, no pressure, easy and ethical. We did our research, knew what we would/could pay and they worked with us, they really worked with us to get the car that was absolutely perfect for our kids, a Honda CRV with low miles and in fantastic condition, looked like you could eat off the engine. I loved buying from a trusted dealer because we get a warranty and we know they're reputable. Thank you Garth and Ray! read more

Got my very first mazda here and I love my CX-5. I live in SF and drove all the way here since they had the best deals on all kinds of Mazda models. Garth Wall helped me out and the process was nice and smooth. I've already recommended Dublin Mazda to my relatives and friends. read more

I went to this dealer to look for cars after my old one was totaled out. Bruce helped me throughout my entire car buying experience. He was open, honest, and didn't push anything on me throughout the entire morning that I was there. Staff here including finance staff were extremely professional and they made my first new car buying experience an paralleled success. Oh, and they gave me a sweet deal too! I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a Mazda! read more

Very very happy with the customer service and professionalism I received at Dublin Mazda! I'm a 24 year old girl and buying a car can be an intimidating experience for someone like myself and Garth made everything so easy and pressure free. I sent an inquiry in online about the vehicle I was interested in. I was almost immediately contacted by Garth and was able to set up an appointment with him. When I went in to look at the vehicle he was very thorough, extremely helpful and friendly! Car shopping alone is nerve racking for me, so it was comforting to not feel pressured into anything. Two days later I decided to purchase my CX-5 and contacted Garth again. I came in and he had most of my paperwork already completed which made the dreaded dealership purchase experience fast and painless. I drug my mom along with me this time and even she commented on how helpful and personable Garth was during this process. She is now looking to purchase a Mazda after seeing the great experience I had here. Top notch service! read more

These guys were amazing right from the beginning. It was refreshing to go into a service center that wasn't chaos, rushed, and haphazard! Not only were they able to take me the 10 mins early that I arrived, but they finished early, too. Paul Hannigan was my service consultant and so friendly, so chill...I'm telling you, it was such an unexpected surprise. I found myself wanting to buy another Mazda so I didn't have to go back to Toyota! After my car was ready, Michael Barrilleaux spent about 20mins w me going over the navigation (all the components, actually) system again. Fabulous. Despite not purchasing the car from them, they treated me as if I had and therefore have my business going forward. GREAT service experience. Really amazing. Thank you, Paul, Michael, and the guys in garage who did the work, you made my day so much better than I ever anticipated a service experience could be! read more

I just bought my 2014 CX-5 from Dublin Mazda and had a very positive experience. I worked with internet salesperson Michael Barrilleaux, and he was really easy to work with throughout the process. He owns/drives a CX-5 and is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of the technology. Dublin Mazda was extremely competitive on price, and I appreciated that Michael was very low pressure and straightforward-- no games. I am a happy customer. Ask for Michael-- he'll treat you well. read more

Had to give 4 stars because there was the usual car salesman tactics going, but other than that I am very happy with the car I wasn't planning on purchasing! I enjoyed the low-key vibe from Kyle, and I was happy with the effort that the very experienced Mr. Sutfin put into financing the car. I would absolutely go back here should I need to purchase another car. read more

I purchased a Mazda6 i touring - soul red(color) from Dublin Mazda. I do not like the process of buying cars at all, but they guys here made it a real easy and smooth process. Garth, the sales rep that helped us, was awesome and very helpful. He made this whole process enjoyable. They have by far the best customer service I have ever dealt with in a car dealership. We will definitely look at coming back here to purchase again in the future. read more

I purchased a 2015 Mazda 3 Hatchback on November 20th and the experience was wonderful. I was able to trade in my car (which was in rough condition) and able to take advantage of a factory rebate. Rebekah was wonderful and explained the differences between the different models and Mike (Big Mike) in finance was a dream to work with. I also met Mike Davis, who was very welcoming. I know that the entire dealer experience can be horrific....I've been on both sides as a salesperson and a customer. I was treated with respect and consideration for my needs. I also was able to get the car I wanted in Soul Red. It doesn't get much better than that! I highly recommend this dealership. read more

Found the mazda 3 listing online and got in contact Garth who immediately booked us for a test drive. Garth was professional and didn't push overly hard towards purchasing the vehicle or on buying maintenance packages. Minor cosmetic problems with the vehicle that required repair were written into our contract without issue. If you want friendly service without overly pushy sales tactics, go see Garth at Dublin Mazda. Thanks for making buying a vehicle as painless as possible. read more

Dublin Mazda went above and beyond to make my car buying experience the best I have ever had. This is my third Mazda that I have bought and I will continue to buy cars from the Dublin location. It started with Mike Barrilleaux and it great knowledge of the products and offers that made the decision to buy a certified used CX-9 Grand Touring. I also appreciated the great customer service that Reyes Garcia offered. He runs a great team of salesman. Finally I want to thank John Sutfin for making the financial piece of the visit a smooth transition. The best part of this whole trip however was the fact my wife could not make the trip and they needed some signatures from her. Instead of making her drive out from Brentwood, Michael Barrilleaux followed me home and took a 35 minute car ride one way to get the signatures from my wife. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from this team. You won't regret it. read more

This is my first time visiting this dealership and I am so glad i did. Unlike other dealerships I didn't feel rushed into purchasing a car. Everyone here were very welcoming and professional. Garth Wall and Johnathan Higgins really took care of me. Garth was extremely helpful by taking his time answering all my questions and found me a great deal. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking into buying a car. read more

If you want a great car buying experience, talk to Michael Barrilleaux. I told him exactly what car I wanted and he found it for me. Other than the extensive knowledge you expect from a product specialist, Michael has the traits of a genuine person. He gave some life to the boring paperwork stage of buying a car by sparking conversation of road trips. Don't leave this establishment without asking Michael for weekend road trip suggestions! read more

My mum and I were looking to buy a used Mazda 3 and we had a pretty strict budget. We test drove a few that we liked, but our sales guy, George Lodato, could tell that I didn't exactly love any of them. He asked me what I would like to change about the cars we were interested in and he found the absolutely perfect car that was just a little over our budget, and offered it to us just as an option. My mum and I both are so happy that George was our sales guy because he really took that extra effort to find us the best possible option - even though he knew we probably would've settled for the cars we were initially looking at. We bought the car a while ago and I've been absolutely loving my Mazda. It drives really well, I've had no problems with it and I'm really glad I went to this dealership to find my car! read more

We purchased a Mazda 3 from Dublin Mazda, just love the car. We also had a wonderful experience at the dealership. We worked directly with Roger Thurman, he was just super, a great pleasant person to work with. We feel we purchased the car for a very good price. This dealership is lovely and feels very upscale. The staff are very professional and I think they went above and beyond in a number of way with my used car purchase. However, the car that I bought was obviously in an accident and had been repainted along the whole right side. A window was even etched, apparently from this accident. No one made any mention of it and the CarFax did not show it. Granted, I should have more thoroughly inspected the car, but it felt very sheisty that this was never mentioned to me. As a private individual, if I sold something that had previously damaged so extensively, ethics and decency would dictate that I disclose such damage. Apparently, if it isn't in CarFax, then it doesn't exist. However, this was a used car purchase and such sales have a reputation for deceit for a reason. The real kicker is that I paid the Blue Book price for a car that had not been in such a bad accident. That is, I should have been given a better deal, but I wasn't. Buyer beware. read more

Came in for an oil change and to get a recall taken care of. The shuttle service dropped me off at home as it would have been a half a day process. I called to see if my car was done and then tried to contact the shuttle service many times and I got no answer. I had to pay for an Uber to take me to Mazda! Not reliable!! read more

We are repeat customers of Ken Harvey Mazda. We've bought two new cars but this time decided to brave a chilly Friday night and check out the used car selection for our son. Once again we received top notch service. There was no hassle and no pressure and they were willing to give us a great deal. After we bought the car a mechanic friend checked it out and he found to be in great shape, confirming everything Dublin Mazda had told us about the car.
