    2026 Tesla Model Y

    Me and my dad had an appointment at this location and immediately we're made to feel like we did not belong or have any business talking to them about a Tesla. Overall the vehicle (model y) is beautiful and performs amazingly. I will not ever buy a car from this racist establishment Due to the horrible service provided by Philip and Chris on 11/29 10:00am. The gentleman were so frustrated with dealing with us they never checked our insurance or told us any information about the car regarding charging, fsd, or anything we may needed to know driving our first electric vehicle. We were given the demo vehicle and told "your good" then they walked away. Terrible pick up, terrible customer service, great car

    I have a love hate relationship with Tesla. Nearly all interaction is via the Tesla app. Literally the only thing I received assistance with from a live person was the test drive. I completed my app for purchasing the car and submitted all docs via the app. It took nearly a week to process and there was no live person to inquire about status. Even when I came to pick my car up it was via the app. I kinda wish someone would have helped me navigate the app a bit. On the flip side, it sure beats being hassled by 5 salesmen when walking on the lot and waiting for hours to get financing approval.

    Received notification on email that the tow hitch we wanted was finally available. Got at appointments through the Tesla app as it's made easy. Arrived and of course, there's a line but went by fast. Dominic helped us and received a loaner for the few hours while they fixed our car. Really great customer service for our Tesla Y Performance. Transaction was easy set up for the loaner on the app. The show room was nice. Some new cars available for purchase on the lot available instead of by order. Of course, I wish for the Model S Plaid! Love that car! Received notification our car was ready via app and got the car right away. Easy service with them. Purchase or service of a Tesla is easy and no hassle.     We picked up our Tesla 3 today! Thomas helped us and he was amazing! We had so many questions and he patiently answered them all. He made sure we knew how to operate the car a got our phones linked.

    My husband got our model Y serviced at the Dublin CA location for a windshield replacement. When the panel was removed we assume somehow a kitten got in and the service team then trapped it when they put back the panel. My husband kept hearing something meow after picking it up from servicing. He stopped multiple times to see where it was coming from. Finally late at night we heard the meowing again from the living room with the car parked in the garage. We went back and looked at the car and there it was struck in the frunk compartment. We tried calling all Tesla numbers but no pick up. We tried road side service and they weren't surprised one bit! They simply advised us to go back to to the service team tomorrow. We stayed up all night to make sure the kitten did not die and drove immediately to the service team. As they removed all components that kitten jumped out right into another Tesla. The guys said this is the second time this has happened as there's a cat family in the creek nearby! What in the world! They briefly looked at the wiring and said nothing wrong, you can leave now. ‍‍ This is completely unacceptable and a waste of time. No manager on-site to help us with this horrible situation and no compensation or anything for the waste of our time and turmoil we went through for 14 hours.

On the way out, I saw a G Wagon and even though it was not the car I came for, he answered all my questions and was very friendly. I took the car, that I came for, on a test drive. Beautiful car and no pressure about buying the whole time I was driving it. When we came back, the owner had just arrived and gave me all the information about the car - a list of all the features, the CarFax report etc. and was very efficient about it. Again, no pressure to buy. I told him that I was looking at other cars and that I will get back to him. I don't know if I will buy the car but the experience was fantastic! I love cars and they had a whole garage full of exotic cars. Even if I don't buy a car from them, the experience was worth it!

I'm happy to wait 10 minutes for someone who can. I am not terribly upset the car I want to test drive is unavailable. It would have been nice to drive it. Or even see it. But no one bothered to show me the car. Or any car. What I am upset is that you saw I was wearing a wedding ring and asked me if all my decision makers are here. Like I need my husband's permission to buy a car (I managed to buy the last 2 without help). I doubt you would have asked my husband that if he was at the dealership. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! It's 2026. Please do better.
