Excellent service, very friendly and accommodating and they are willing to negotiate with you to help you get the car you want.

I just bought my 2016 mazda 3 there and I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy the purchase was. I got a fair price and everything was executed in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. read more

Thank you Dublin Mazda for your courteous and efficient customer service! Don't be fooled when you head here and you're not met, all at once by 5 salesmen running your way (thank goodness for that!) We comfortably walk in and were pleasantly and promptly greeted by Kieth M.; he was phenomenal!! Down to Earth, poised, informative, genuine and gracious are terms that come to mind when I think back to our experience with him. Kieth helped meet our needs and the process felt comfortable; we weren't rushed; we received commendable customer service from start to finish. Shout out to Kieth for helping me find the car of my dreams! The "Zoom Zoom" family at Mazda Dublin exceeded my expectations. Thanks again for everything! read more

If you are thinking about driving a Mazda, please go to Dublin Mazda and ask for Troy Dunlap. I walked in a few months ago, leisurely, to check out the CX-3 and a newer version of my 3 hatchback. Troy didn't mind that I stopped in unannounced for the next several months just to browse. I test drove a few cars and then last Saturday, once again, showed up just to look around. I found "my CX-3" sitting there with a manager's "deal" sales tag. I drove it, got a fair price and fair trade in, and was driving my new car in about 3 hours or so. Troy has followed up with me a few times as well to be sure I am happy with my car. Rosie in finance was professional ane very fast with all the paperwork. BTW..... I've used the service dept for the last 2 years and will continue to do so. read more

My girlfriend and I came to this location today 5/26/2017 just to look around. She has a 2014 Mazda 6 and new it would take a lot to get a decent buy back for another car. An older "guy" came out to help. Seemed pleasant, but had the they aren't buying attitude. Thats fine as we said we were just looking. Took a look at a Mazda 5 and he said he would run the numbers for us. Not a problem, we already knew what would be said but you never know. We sat inside casually talking among ourselves as he went into the room with their adjusters. Pleasant place and my gf got her car services there before. We saw a few salemen and they waved or said hi. As I said pleasant. The older "guy" comes out and he's talking about the numbers and depreciation. My gf replies, but we notice every time she speaks he cuts her off. I'm not saying anything and she's being chill. She keeps trying to speak and again, he cuts her off. She looks at me, I look at her and said this isn't it we can leave. At this time the "guy" puts his hand on the back of my gf's shoulder gives her a shove as in helping her out the store. She tells him don't touch her and says you keep interrupting me and that drives me nuts. At this point he whispers something under his breath. Then keeps talking and says you're driving me F'ing nuts. At this point I ask what he was saying. He turns around and rapidly walks toward me. I said go and get the manager, he replies for what. I said get the manager now, as another gentleman comes and pushes the guy back. At this point I'm shocked and pissed so I tell him get his old ass in the back and call a manager. The gentleman that pushed the "guy" back couldn't believe it by the look on his face and he saw and heard everything. He couldn't stop apologizing. He tells us to hold on and he would get the manager. He comes out and tells us he's sorry and he will look into the incident. While we are talking I feel someone staring, its the "guy". He's still talking ish as he's staring me down. At this point I start laughing because I'm not going to fight in a dealership and darn sure not with an old guy. So the manager is talking but going in circles. I tell my gf its time to go because I'm not trying to hear the gibberish anymore. all he kept saying is the guys reputation and how he's older and has never had issues. in say his past has nothing to do with me and if I did that at my job, i would be asked to collect my belongings and to leave asap. I don't leave many reviews but this was needed. from a good dealership to dealing with that "guy" has killed any chances of ever going back or doing business with this dealership. For the manager to just be chill about his worker just isn't okay. read more

My wife and I were interested in a CX-5 so I picked up the phone and called Dublin Mazda to setup an appointment. I talked to Keith Morita in sales and setup a time to meet with him the next day. To be honest, I really do not enjoy purchasing new vehicles, especially the negotiation back-and-forth. However, I have to say this was probably the best experience I've ever had working through a purchase with any dealership and/or sales person. I do a lot of research before any vehicle purchase and typically know a lot about the car I'm interested in purchasing. I have to say Keith was the most knowledgeable sales person I've every encountered. He really knows EVERYTHING about Mazda vehicles. Keith took his time to ensure we knew how to use all the primary features along with very some useful tips. I will most definitely recommend Dublin Mazda and Keith to my friends and family. read more

Just purchased a 2016 CX5 from Michael B, who provided outstanding service. We typically buy new cars, but needed to replace my 2016 CX5 after an accident (loved this car!). Michael B provided guidance about selecting and evaluating a used car, and was genuinely interested in getting me a quality car. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience, Michael! read more

After viewing the new 2017 Mazda CX-5 on line I wanted to see the car in person. I headed to Dublin Mazda where we had purchased our current 2014 CX-5. Expecting the worst as most visits to car dealers can be I was met by Keith Morita and he was different but in a good way. I explained to Keith that the new CX-5 had quite a few new features that our current car didn't have and I wanted to check them out. He was incredibly helpful in showing me a car, explaining in detail the new features and did not push for "The lets sit Down in my office speech to discuss the price" as most salespeople do. He offered a test drive with no pressure and it was a real low key time spent with Keith. We parted with the understanding that I would call him back after talking to my wife. A few days later I phoned and told him to sell me a car. The exterior color and interior color with the option I wanted didn't exist at Dublin but he said he would find one. A few day later he called with a car that had just arrived. Long story short we purchased the car from Keith and he worked tirelessly to get us the best price, a good trade in value, and most important lesioned with the F and I department to keep the add-ons to a minimum. It was a great choice to be a return customer at Dublin Mazda and have Keith Morita as our guide thru the jungle of car buying. read more

Keith M at Dublin Mazda is amazing! We bought our new 2018 Mazda CX-5 from him last week and he provided incredible customer experience during our buying process. He was very transparent and acts as a customer advocate when he talks to his manager for finalizing sales price. He goes above and beyond to make sure buying process is as comfortable and smooth as possible. He is very quick in responding back to any follow up questions regarding your new car. If you are looking to buy a new Mazda in Dublin area, there is no better person than Keith M! read more

Came in on Sunday 1/1/17 and was greeted outside by Aaron. We spent a good portion of the day talking about what i was looking for in a car, test driving and negotiating. Aaron went above and beyond the customer service and care i received at Fremont Mazda the day before. WOW (they were horrible). I am 27 and was by myself buying my first new car and Aaron made sure i got exactly what I wanted. Fremont really turned me off from going to a dealership but i am so glad i came here. He was smiling and excited for me the entire time. I cant say enough about him, it left me with such a positive experience i will recommend him to anyone and everyone. He even came in the next day (on his day off) to finish up the paperwork with me. Rosie was awesome too, love the young staff!!!! Two big thumbs up to everyone who helped me get my 2017 mazda3 GT sedan! read more

This is my first Yelp review so I give apologies in advance for its length and level of detail. If you find yourself getting bored while reading, feel free to look up (at the 5 stars) and move on... My wife and I were expecting our first child and we realized it was time to upgrade from her small commuter car to something more appropriate for our growing family. With our careers in full swing, but student loans and other obligations still in play, we weren't quite ready for the luxury SUV of our dreams. With that in mind, we began researching the latest crossovers, hoping to find something with that elusive combination of affordability, drivability, style, utility, fuel economy, and a dose of luxury/technology that would tide us over for the next few years. We researched (rather, I researched... I am and have always been the family car guru) and test drove three of the main players: Honda CRV, Toyota RAV4, and Mazda CX-5. I've owned Toyotas in the past and that gave the RAV4 a leg up prior to our comparisons, however, while we found it to be strong in utility and perceived future reliability, it lacked in excitement. The CRV was also strong in utility (cargo and rear seat space), but the drivetrain was carryover and we found the styling mediocre. We found both the CRV and RAV4 to be somewhat firm and jarring on our rough bay area roads. That said, this may be a common trend amongst this level and size of vehicle. They're not Lexus sedans, after all. Ultimately, we found the CRV and RAV4 to be good vehicles overall, just lacking in excitement and refinement. For some, this may not matter. After discovering that the Walnut Creek Subaru/Mazda dealer no longer carried Mazdas, we made a trip to Dublin Mazda and were met by salesman Jim Anthony. A relatively new addition to the Dublin Mazda sales team, Jim was friendly and low-key right from the start. With past experiences of pushy, pressure-inducing salespeople in my mind, meeting Jim was a relief. I usually go into a car dealership with my guard up and ready for a fight. In this case, it wasn't necessary. We looked over the CX-5, took it for a test drive, and were invited to discuss pricing, if interested, without any expectation or pressure to buy that day. I was surprised to hear that my goal price could be accommodated, and they even printed out the prospective deal, allowing me to take it home and consider it without a demand or deadline to follow through. (Note: I won't mention my agreed-upon price in this forum, however it was at or below the best prices I saw in forums and pricing data from Edmunds, TrueCar, etc.). Needless to say, the price competitiveness offered by Mazda helped tip the scales away from Honda and Toyota, who already left me with a bland taste in my mouth. Back to the CX-5... the vehicle has a firm ride, but in contrast to the thud-inducing bumps in the competitor vehicles, it was compliant and well-damped. The cargo space was comparable, if not a little smaller, but definitely bigger inside than the outer dimensions might suggest. We opted for the Grand Touring trim with AWD and the tech package. Although expensive compared to the lower trims, it includes options offered on much higher priced vehicles, including leather, heated seats, Navigation, bluetooth (audio streaming + hands-free calling), HD radio, Sirius, adaptive HID headlamps, blind spot monitoring, tire pressure monitoring, back-up camera, 19" wheels... you get the jist. This was for a 2014 model with the 2.5 liter Skyactiv engine/6 speed transmission which gives you 25/30 mpg with AWD. The 2013 model had a 2.0 liter with less horsepower, which was one of its only complaints by reviewers. The 2.5 liter bumped the power up and makes for a better package. We found it more than adequate and actually fun to drive. After a final comparison and discussion, we opted for the CX-5 and communicated with Jim via email. We made an appointment, returned, and completed the transaction hassle-free. Yes, the finance director offered all the typical warranty, pre-paid service, and paint protection add-ons, but once declined, he was just as friendly as the rest of the team. Throughout our two visits to the dealership, in addition to our dealings with Jim, we were greeted and checked on several times by members of the management. All in all, everyone was friendly and low-pressure. It was truly appreciated and one of the better car purchasing experiences I've ever had. read more

I went to Dublin Mazda for an oil change for my 2012 Mazda 3 5-door, and came home with a brand new 2014 CX-5!!! The CX-5 model came out about six months after I bought my 3, and I have really, really wanted a CX-5 ever since. Gregory and Reyes (and John in finance) worked with me to get me into the car I really wanted. Gregory was patient and reassuring throughout the process (and he helped me run an errand while waiting for paperwork - talk about over the top customer service!). Gregory knew I wanted a stormy blue CX-5 (the navy one) with a moon roof and all the bells and whistles my 3 had, and he found the exact car in their surplus lot for me. Reyes helped me get a way better deal for my trade in than I thought possible. And I was the last customer on the day before Thanksgiving! I never got the impression that they were hurrying me out the door - even though everyone else was already celebrating. These guys made my holiday AMAZING!!! Thank you, Gregory, Reyes, and all the people at Dublin Mazda for everything! p.s. The service department is great too, and Jesse is super helpful! read more

I had a really good experience at Dublin Mazda. I went in one day just to test drive and I worked with Jim Anthony. He was nice, sweet to my little daughter, and never put any pressure on me. We negotiated a little over the internet, and hammered it out in a short amount of time at the dealership the next weekend. Jim sent me one nice email during the week, but he wasn't the type of salesman who starts calling you every day hounding you. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life (I often do it for friends) and I found Jim and his manager to be very up front and honest. We compared my options at other dealerships, and came to an agreement we could both be happy with. On another note, I would like to say that the staff here also does little things to make it better. Both times I came in I had my young daughter with me. The first time, I tried to get my daughter some hot cocoa, but the Starbucks cocoa machine was empty. Another salesman (who I never got the name of), spent a great deal of time finding the extra cocoa to get the machine working. It was late on a Saturday, so we were trying to figure it out on our own. After a few minutes of both of us trying to figure out how to get the machine working, I told him not to worry about it. At that point, I went out on a test drive for about 10 minutes. When I returned, the other salesman had a hot cocoa waiting for my daughter. I know this sounds small, but it meant a lot to me. I went to 5 different dealerships on my first weekend, and I have to say that other dealerships weren't as nice to my child. One dealership acted like I was out of bounds to have a young child with me. Jim and his staff were the only ones who were universally nice to my daughter, talked to her like a regular person, and found ways to make it easier for her during the process (including a surprise roll of fruit tape while I was finishing the sale). read more

I came in a week or so ago and had a fantastic experience with Michael Barilleaux. I had done my homework ahead of time so I knew more or less what I was looking for, but Michael was still very helpful and easy to work with. He and the rest of the team made me feel very welcomed and valued. I bought a 2013 Mazda 3 and I absolutely love my new car. Michael was also able to save me money because I had a Mazda previously; something I was not aware of until he brought it to my attention. Overall, a great experience there, and I'll be returning to do my maintenance there as well. Thanks guys!! read more

I went to Dublin Mazda on a Friday afternoon with my dad looking for a hatchback. Sean and his crew were very friendly and professional. My dealership experience was excellent. I highly recommend KHDM. Jim, who is a salesman at KHDM, had already set up hatchback for my arrival based on an earlier call to the dealership. The interior was black on this car but I was interested in the lighter interior. We located the car on the lot and we went for a test drive. I enjoy the car and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Jim was of great assistance during the whole process, from the very beginning to me driving the vehicle off of the lot. Thanks Jim! Driving from San Jose to Dublin was worth it. The day after I purchased my car was when I realized the back passenger window was not rolling down (I hadn't tried the back windows during the test drive the previous day). My dad called the dealership and 5 minutes later Sean called me back to reset the programming on that window, which was very simple and intuitive, and it has been working perfectly now. Great service - in fact, I was at the dealership for several hours and got really tired and hungry. John, the finance guy, was so kind to buy me a snickers from the vending machine! read more

I just purchased a new 2014 Mazda 3 from Dublin Mazda. I wanted a basic model with manual transmission and they had it in stock. Bruce Bode helped me with the whole transaction and everything went very smooth. Very straight forward, responsive, professional and helpful. I spend the previous 2 weeks with 2-3 Honda dealerships, and did not have a good experience. You would think that dealerships would be all over you trying to make a sale, but I couldn't get these guys to call me back. None of these issues happened with Bruce: he answered all my calls & emails, called me back, and answered all my questions promptly before and after the sale. He went over everything clearly regarding the car and the test drive, and was clear on terms and details. Bruce and staff were very professional during the whole process and even stayed after hours to help me set up the electronics and show me some basics. Overall, they did a great job, and we felt like we got the best deal and best overall service. Thanks Bruce & Dublin Mazda! read more

5 Stars earned again by the Marvelous Mazda Dublin staff with their commitment to excellence! The two receptionist I dealt with were Anita and Courtney. Both were welcoming, thorough and expeditious. Just bought a lovely, Certified Pre-Owned 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring from Savaun Davis at Dublin Mazda. If you are looking for a chill and stress-free sales experience, then you will love Savaun's youthful and warm sales style. I'm a counselor by profession and relationships mean everything to me. I wouldn't have felt comfortable making one of my biggest life purchases if I hadn't had such a warm an honest experience with Savaun. I have never bought from a new car dealership before, so I was nervous, but I felt that Savaun was honest, respectful and genuine. He picked us up from BART in a new 2017 CX-5 and let me test drive right away and I later tested the 2014 model. During the negotiating process, because of the high-end trim of the pre-owned car (Grand Touring) and the low mileage (less than 25K for a 3 year old car), I will admit that the original price didn't come down much after the traditional "let me talk to my manager" speech, but I had done my homework and knew that the price was a really good deal for the type of car I bought (I was researching for three months). Other highlights: a beautifully designed showroom, with a comfortable lounge area with soft chairs and a large flat screen while you wait; coffee/cocoa maker; Rosie the financing diva, who, despite having to start the process after the dealership closed (we were at the end of the line), got me a lower interest rate which enabled me to get a great warranty that has me worry free for servicing til 2021. Let me note that this 5-star rating is for Savaun. The one thing I didn't like is that, seriously, other than Savaun and Rosie, no one else there made eye contact with us or smiled at us. Maybe it's a car-salesperson-don't-mess-with-my-customer thing, but it's cool by me because I'm a bay girl and Savaun had the right vibe for me! And I LOVE my new (to me) car!! read more

I contacted these guys about a recall I received in the mail and mind you this was sometime last year. They told me that they had to order the part for my car and would contact me ones it comes in so I patiently waited. A couple months later I had not received a call so I call them to see if the part has come in and they said yes BUT it was the wrong part and that they would have to order the right one and again they said they would call me ones it arrives. I waited a couple more months and have yet to receive a call so I call them AGAIN to see if the part has come in and they said they had my part in. Who ever I spoke to I told them about the situation that happened with the wrong part being delivered so they check to see if it was that same one and lo and behold it was that same wrong part and that they were still waiting for the correct one to come in.. I continue to receive mails regarding my recall and almost a year later have yet to receive a call from these guys about the part I need for my car. Thanks Mazda for this poor experience. read more

Purchased our beautiful f150 a few weeks ago, dublin mazda was great. Our sales man Troy was the best. Super friendly, knowledgable about the truck, worked with us and got us a great deal. We personally had a lot going on that day and were not expecting to nor were we prepared with our down payment, but the deal was to perfect to pass. Troy made everything go so smooth, got us into financing as fast as he could since he knew we had places to be at that moment. My son turned ill during the sale and Troy was totally understanding and made things roll faster, he even stepped in to help when an unexpected mess happened from my son being ill. I had a great experience at Dublin Mazda this past Easter weekend. From the moment Bruce emailed me back about my quote on a new 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactiv I knew he stood out as an honest salesman that would work to earn my business over the other dealerships. He was able to give me a great price as well as all the options/choices I wanted without any of the ones I didn't. When I went into the dealership Bruce wasn't there that day, but he had his manager Mike take care of me. Mike is also an honest guy and didn't keep me waiting around for extended periods of time. Even when I had to wait for another customer to finish up with the finance guy, MIke tried to keep me occupied and kept a friendly conversation going. He was quick about getting all of the paperwork worked out and made sure all the details were correct. Finally, John the finance guy made things a lot less troublesome than I've had at other dealerships. Of course he had to do his obligatory spiel about extra services, but didn't keep badgering me when I refused. I was in and out of his office within half an hour. Overall, I had an excellent new car buying experience at Dublin Mazda and would highly recommend them to potential buyers. They gave me a great deal and made the whole process very smooth and friendly. read more

On 5/26/12, went "window shopping" for a potential car for my soon-to-be drivers, 16 year old sons. Found a brand used 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade we liked, test drove and drove home with. Our sales guy, Reyes Garcia, made our experience the least painful ever. He was genuine, NOT pushy, very knowledgable, and worked with us and the finance/mgmt team with various proposals on more than one vehicle. He never displayed frustration or annoyance and made it a point to say, "Whatever you're comfortable with, is what I'll present." Would recommend Reyes and this dealership in a heartbeat. I walked in, was greeted, shown the car I inquired about and within an hour we negotiated a fair price and off I went in my new car. Big Mike in finance was easy to deal with and not pushy at all. He even got me a extended warranty. Tony Roberts in finance was also great to work with, he got me a lower interest rate too. All were very knowledgeable. They are a customer service focused dealership that truly put cares about their customer's experience. I'd definitely refer people here!! Thanks guys. 5 stars all the way!! read more

Mike Davis was awesome. Bought a CX-9 from Dublin Mazda after my local dealer in Santa Rosa could not come close to matching the deal Mike sent me via email. He also made sure that I test drove the car itself even though i said I had already test drove the one in Santa Rosa. He wanted to make sure I knew EXACTLY what I was getting. No real haggling. Great experience. The one point removed was for the finance guy trying to push me into their extended warranty and "magic" interior protection plan. He was very jolly to begin with, but then definitely turned dour when we rebuffed his protestations of "you NEED THIS" read more

I ordered an extra remote for my daughter's car today and this is my first experience with the Parts and Service Departments. Carlos - Parts manager. Spoke to him on the phone the day before and specifically asked if I needed an appointment with Service to program the remote. He said no and that they could do it on the spot. Turned out not to be true. Also did not inform me that if I got the remote only w/o the key it would only be LITERALLY a partial assembly. All in all, he did not set the right expectation with a first-time customer and that is NOT what I'd expect from a manager. Tony - Parts employee. Helped me at the counter when I showed up and gave me the accurate details that Carlos missed and gave me a realistic picture. Took ownership of the problem and found out what it would take and cost to get the job done. Volunteered to be the middle man to make things right. Paul - Service Adviser. In my view he is the star performer who took the right corrective actions. He had a full day's appointment but gave my job the proper priority because of the situation. Got it done in much less time time and cost than I anticipated. Demonstrated great attitude and professionalism. Because of Paul, this transaction gets a 4 Star. read more
