So my hairstylist mention this place, and they accepted me at 5:55 they said before 6pm because they close at 7pm which I appreciate. But I got my toes done here and they guy took some pieces of skin off my toes and now they've been sore since Wednesday and they are swollen. I've been putting cream on it and hopefully it's not infected. I got the $45 pedicure and they charge 12 extra for gel. And I got manicure $25 with gel as well. I left a $10 tip. Ended up spending $105 with charge for debit included. I hope it doesn't get infected, this has never happen before. Also they charge a lot for card so bring cash if you do decide to go there. Update: so luckily it didn't get infected it just hurt for about 3 or 4 days and I put cortisone on it. The gel nail polished lasted a week on my nails and toes they are still good. read more

Overall this place good, but not great. I'll keep this one real short. They take walk-ins which is great, staff is super friendly and there accents are super heavy so it's great for those who are hard or hearing or deaf like myself (in one ear). I got the extra deluxe pedicure but please don't be fooled. The hot stones are not hot, the massage isn't a massage, and the hot towels were not hot. The only hot towel I experienced was when he got a scorching hot towel to wipe off the wax from my feet after the parrafin wax. It literally burned the bottom of my foot. After everything though, he sent me on my way pretty quickly. Like literally right after he applied my clear coat... it didn't get time to dry. So I just took it off when I got home because it was all scratched up already and I just put my own on. Also the water wasn't hot but cold, and when he was using the drill to take off my previous clear coat because I don't do color, he got my skin and that pretty much ruins the rest of the pedicure because the alcohol burned, the jet in the water made it raw, and it started bleeding and he just kept pushing in it to make it "stop." However, with these bad things everything else was good. Price wasn't bad, staff is super friendly, their chairs and equipment and super modern and new. The location is pretty convenient for everyone who lives around there. Overall I'd go again, maybe it was just an off day. read more

Not very satisfied with the outcome of my nails. I went it with my sister and she got a manicure and I got a pedicure. It started off well but as the pedicure went on it went downhill. The water was too hot and I told the lady (didn't get a name) but she didn't change the temperature. I asked for the basic pedicure which included the basics of a pedicure but I didn't receive a foot scrub nor the massage which sucks because I'm paying for it lol. She cut me multiple times and got the wrong color and laid the right color on top. The paint job was sloppy and the whole thing just felt rushed. I couldn't enjoy my pedicure. I've given this shop a few chances and they always disappoint. First time I was pleased but after that either my nails were never even or they would chip right away. My last straw was back in October when I went in to get a full set and pedi and I was told that a client would be coming in to fix a nail. I was ok with that Sharron started on my nails and after she cut my nails the client came in and it wasn't for a nail fix it was a whole manicure and I waited for a bit then I asked if she would be long because I was told it was for a quick fix not a whole manicure. This was extremely rude of her as I'm a paying customer just like the lady that came in to get a manicure when she over booked. read more

I could give the place -0 stars for a review I would, but to be able to post a review I guess you must at least put a star. PLEASE avoid this place at all costs! Never had I ever experienced or had any issues with my nails until I came here ... I came in for a gel mani and pedi... As my toes were being worked on by Anne , she cut my toe and made me bleed pretty bad... she said this was "normal" and it "happens all the time.." she said I had an ingrown when in reality she cut into my skin and caused a cuticle injury...She then proceeded to put glue on the nail and continued to paint my nails and put it under the UV light machine to dry. a couple of days later my toe became swollen and I had to go to the dr.. the dr told me I had developed an infection!! She like I mentioned above, cut deep into my skin and caused a cuticle injury. The Dr had to make an incision on my toe and drain it, he also told me that there tools must of been very dirty. Never have I ever experienced soo much pain in my life.. Please take ur money and business elsewhere $92 for a gel mani and pedi to only come out with an infection not worth it!!!! This place is not sanitary. read more

Well i just need to start off by saying I came here because of the great reviews, and now that I have been there.. I had to review. The reviews are about acrylic nails and that if they do good, good for them, but for a regular pedicure and manicure no acrylics. Do not come here. So first, my pedicure... She asked if I wanted my nails cut, I should have said no. She basically chopped them off! Way too short. It's even passed the natural skin indent I have. They are unevenly filed. And just not pretty. My manicure was ok, nothing special. No special manicure pedicure you can choose from, they didn't really even ask me, all I said was Gel mani pedi. And that's about it. My second complain, this place looks like it can fall apart at any moment, they have old old furniture and not clean. Painted over tables and chairs. This ties in to my third complaint. Cleanness!!! eww. I did not see any peel packs from sanitized tools they used on my feet. No different drawers from clean and dirty differences. The "sanitation bucket" was on top of the sink where you wash your hands. That had dust bunnies on it. Not to mention the dirty towels you are to use to dry your hands. Not paper towels. Probably too expensive for this place.. the chairs were gross, the LED light had beyond different colors on there. Just clean it. This had nothing to do with covid until I was at the register to pay, and she tried to tell me why it was going to be $10 more than it said on their flyer they hand you. When asked why? She said for all the supplies that they use to clean and product. I'm sorry but now this is covid related if you want it to be, you did not clean my seat before I sat in it after I watched the other person before me leave. You did not clean the clear wall you have up to protect me. You don't have disposable items that "you purchased" extra to make me feel safe. You didn't buy NEW products!! Same nail polishes you had before covid, same tools and NO cleaning method of the tools, chairs, box of polish you made me grab and take to the table from the pedi chair, so why the heck would I pay $10 more dollars?!? On top of that which I thought was hilarious, after I argued about that, she didn't mention the $1 I was paying for using my card!!! I'm sorry but I know laws, and I know that pushing on the fee you have to pay per swipe is against the law. That is your system and your choice to not upgrade (also worked for a bank) and know of other machines or systems. They really need to up their cleaning and overall look of the place if they want to charge you an extra $10 but even before that.. I mean just look at my toes. Not pretty. Won't come here again. And probably need to make another appointment in a week because this is not ok. read more
