Jason from DropStars Plumbing is the absolute best! These days it's hard to find someone who knows what they're doing and tells you how it is up front before any surprises! Can't recommend Jason & DropStars enough. read more

The service started looking very professional. I received text notifications about the technician dispatch, a foreman came out first, reviewed the cleanout location, and confirmed the service and price. Unfortunately, everything changed once the work started. They hydro-jetted the line for about 10 minutes and then told me everything was fully cleaned and the job was complete. They had not inspected the line with a camera first, and when I asked them to verify the result afterward, their camera suddenly "wasn't working." They also tried to convince me that Burbank does not have a sewer-cleaning rebate program, even though I had personally used that program before and received a rebate. I then hired another plumber who inspected the line first and showed me a large root obstruction that DropStars had not removed. He properly cleaned the line and provided before-and-after video showing the line was clear. DropStars also dragged equipment through my yard, knocked over garden lights/stakes, and left without fixing them. What bothered me most was the complete lack of follow-up. They told me someone from the office would contact me, but nobody called back. No explanation, no return visit, no attempt to finish or verify the work. They simply abandoned the job. I also checked the Burbank address they advertise on Victory Blvd. I personally drove there and could not find a DropStars Plumbing office. The location appeared to contain only auto/body shops, which raised another red flag for me. Stay away from this company. read more

Write a Review - Ohhh Yeah! Dropstars Plumbing - A minus 10 stars.. - They abandoned my project - with multiple open agreements still not completed. They stopped returning calls - stopped sending workers - Absolutely NO explanation... Before this happened we did notice them having some employee issues. Other Issues - Substandard Work - Incomplete Work - Office address are bogus appear to have no offices. licensed person and company officers do not return inquiries - Basically a Ghost company when it comes to verification. My advice - just stay away from Dropstars - because they do not care about you! ZERO professional integrity... I am filing a complaint against them at the Contractors State License Board - That's how shady these guys are! License # is 1113528 - Los Angeles at its Worst! When the principles of a company hide from the public - YOU KNOW YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. read more

DropStars Plumbing is an exceptional company, and truly a great find. They arrived in their clean, purple shirts, ready to work. Their team found a terrible leak in our secondary drain. While they were here, the leaking pipes were replaced and we also had preventative work done to help avoid future plumbing issues. They cleaned the work areas up afterwards, taking good care of our property. Very professional. Plus, this company has excellent customer service and let me know when the plumber was on his way, as well as providing typed estimates on-site. 6 stars out of 5! read more

Another great experience with DropStars! Jason is their hydrojetting expert and has been out a few times to clean out various lines - could not recommend him more!! He's experienced, fair and always pleasant to work with. Listens to the problem and troubleshoots with you instead of just trying to sell things you don't need. He's become my go-to and makes me dread plumbing issues a little less! read more

We were having a new line installed to our refrigerator. Bryan showed up within my schedule. Friendly, professional, and even my cat, who doesn't like most people, liked him--which might be the strongest recommendation of all. We will definitely be calling them again if needed. read more

Had a leak december last year, dropsstars came and fixed the issue. Due to unforseen circumstances, the renovation on my bathroom took much longer than initially planed ( 6 months). Once the reno was done, my neighbor calls me saying there's a leak in his bathroom. Called Dropstars and man, they came and solved the issue like heroes, kudos to Hulices for his good eye, it was a small gap between the faucet and knobs. Highly recommend. read more

I was happy with the experience and communication from start to finish. Diane was able to help schedule to get someone out asap and even does a follow up on the experience. Quickly determined cheapest way to fix problem. Finished job properly. Courteous tech.

I had a great experience working with Jason, Hulices, and Mano. From start to finish, they were extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took the time to explain what was actually going on, didn't try to upsell unnecessary work, and were very straightforward about what needed to be done and why. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently. You can tell they really know their craft and take pride in doing things the right way. Beyond the technical work, they were just good people to deal with. They are very respectful, professional, and easy to trust. It's rare to find people who are this competent and pleasant to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, high-quality plumbing work. read more

We had a 50-gallon gas heater that started leaking, and we needed to get it replaced urgently. I submitted an online request, and they literally called me within 10 seconds! They arranged for a visit for an estimate within one hour. The on-site project manager was Jason V. He assessed the situation and gave us a very clear, on-the-spot estimate. After that, he went to the supplier to acquire the new water heater and other parts. They came back within an hour to start the job. Jason and his co-worker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable having them at our home, and their work was outstanding. We were particularly impressed with how fast the project came together and that is was fully completed the same day. We also had guests arriving soon, and there were going to be 6 people in the house that weekend, so we couldn't risk having a damaged water heater. So, they really saved us!! We would recommend DropStars highly! And we will definitely use them again in the future! read more

We got a couple of quotes for a small-ish job in our apartment that involved moving a pipe and some other work. Joe came out and did a thorough inspection of the job, worked out and explained exactly what needed doing and why, and he gave us a very competitive quote so we gave him the job. We were extremely impressed with every aspect of the service we received and Joe was great - he was a big reason why we picked Repipe Express. He's a real asset to the company - honest, professional, considerate and he was a delight to work with and have around plus he went above and beyond. I can't praise him highly enough. We have since recommended Repipe to neighbors in and out of our building and we won't hesitate to call Repipe in the future. I hope the company appreciates what a real asset they have in Joe. He is the best. read more

Drop star pluming highly recommended plumber By Yelp. Very disappointing unprofessional. Will not recommend to no one did not want to give a price over phone. Agreed to send someone and give estimate between 10:30 to 11:30. I had to empty and make space in the garage so they can have access to heater. Waited till 12:00 no one showed or called. I called them they said they will check and they will call me back another half hour later no one called they did not care that I told them my situation sitting outside waiting for them. They did not have the caurage to call back and apologize. I had to call and cancel the appointment. read more

Awesome work from Miguel, who came by (on a very rainy holiday no less) to help install a new toilet, fix a gas line issue to our laundry unit, and fix a sink/dishwasher overflow issue that we didn't even give the heads up about - since it happened right before he arrived. He fixed everything quickly and effectively and didn't even charge extra for the sink fix. Easy working with him and DropStars! read more

This is our second time using Repipe Express and again they did not disappoint. We had actually called other plumbers, thinking they would not come out for what we considered a small job. But, they did, again they gave us a great price, way under the estimate of the others, and did an excellent job. The plumber even caulked our sink for us. This place is great!! They always clean up their messes and make sure everything is good before they leave. read more

So grateful for this crew. We had an urgent sewage backup situation at our warehouse that needed prompt attention. The crew that showed up was knowledgable, sensitive to the specialized product in our warehouse and the urgent timeframe. Edwin and Luis stuck with us through the entire process of eventually learning we needed to reline the pipes and made sure we were apprised of each step being taken. We felt the cost was fair, the work performed was excellent and the crews respectful. Looking forward to using them for hopefully less urgent matters! read more

service was great and on time Hulics and Jason did excellent job fixed leaks and cleaned up.

During the purchasing process of our home we did an inspection and the plumbing pipes were really old and corroded. Once the purchase was finalized we contacted a couple companies to give us a quote on repiping the entire water line. Repipe Express stood out as the clear choice from the moment we booked the initial free estimate, with lot of questions we asked and they so thoughtfully responded too, all the way until the end of the repipe job. Really professional, courteous, fairly priced, and very clean process from start to end. Very happy with the results, will recommend it to anyone. Thanks for the outstanding work. read more

About three months ago, we had a plumbing emergency. We were on a time crunch and needed the issue fixed immediately. But we also wanted to make sure that we weren't getting a horrible deal in the process because of the urgency. We were worried it would be inevitable. We got as many quotes as we could, as quickly as we could. And let me tell you that no one offered as expert of a solution for as great of a deal as Repipe Express. The incredible value made a huge impression. Even more than that, their solution was going to get the job done the quickest. Genuinely, we just couldn't believe how much they took care of us during our time of need. Specifically, we've been working with Edwin and he's really just changed the game for us and has convinced us to stick with Repipe Express permanently. Since that day, we have actually called Edwin several other times to address other plumbing related needs around the house. It's amazing how much you can get done when you are working with someone who you feel is a talented professional, always kind and considerate, who offers you a great deal, and who can get work done quickly. I know that I rely on other folks leaving reviews to help find good service options. I would have been remiss not to do the same so that other folks could find Repipe Express, also. read more

I wanted to thank Edwin again for making our repiping project such a great success. This was our first renovation in our new home so there was a lot work to get done and you and your team made it a real pleasure. You and your team handled each challenge extremely well, from the tight schedule, to our demands on how to handle the construction schedule. The most impressive thing to me was when your team came across a challenge; they always came to me with a viable solution. From the start of the process to the finish, it went very smoothly. I was also impressed with the professionalism of you and your team. Having worked with construction crews before, I think you have the best hands down. I look forward to working with you and your team again in the future. read more
