The tasting room is small but perfect for a few groups and comfy seating. The outdoor area looks nice for picnics, dogs, tasting liquors etc. We purchased the corn whiskey and espresso liqueur. The corn whiskey was smooth and liqeur was subtle in sweetness (which is preferable). The owner was very nice and knew anything you wanted to know about their product. He replied to my inquiry that they have been in business since 2018. He gave us the rundown of all the featured spirits: vodkas, rums, whiskeys, and liqueurs. The Homie selected 3 whiskeys & 3 liqueurs to sample. I selected all five whiskeys and the coffee liqueur. While we sat outside for our tasting, we also saw a deer and osprey. I ended up buying a 375 mL bottle of the Rhubarb Elderberry liqueur to take home. The Homie and a friend also visited today (3/20/25) and purchased some gin for a family member. Approachable and no upsell pressure experienced, one can make a fairly educated choice and purchase.

Bev, one of the owners, arranged a private tasting for us and we were blown away! Her spirits are exquisite and there is something that will appeal to everyone's palate. Don't sleep on the cocktails - the Old Fashioned flight was delicious and so much fun! Bev pairs her distiller's knowledge with a deep appreciation for the history of the region and the distillery's namesake. Ask her for the story of Ewing Young, then sit back and enjoy her telling it.
