My friends and I had a great time and loved our quirky and knowledgeable server. It's clear that the beer list is expertly crafted, and the cocktails are balanced without being too sweet. I had the grapefruit rosemary margarita while one of my friends tried the special open cask offering. Now, lets get into the food...specifically the FRIES. The apps and entrees we ordered were so good, yet nothing holds a candle to those super crispy fries and the Belgian aioli that comes alongside. Literally, everything was good (shoutout to the beef tartare, goat cheese fritters, tuna melt, smash burger, and crispy chicken sandwich) but I doubled back to get an extra order of fries to go. They are that good. Great experience!

When we received our food, we nearly gasped at the size of the cornbread because we weren't fully expecting a generous amount. The cornbread was perfectly cooked and was so delicious. We didn't taste any honey though (it tasted like salted butter), which was a shame since we love honey butter, but it still paired well with the cornbread. The gnocchi was insanely good! The gnocchi was cooked well, the rabbit was super tender and seasoned well, and I was surprised by how well the aged balsamic pulled the dish together. I highly recommend this dish. I saw other dishes that were served to other tables that had me salivating too, so I can't wait to go back and try more dishes. We sat at the bar to eat, and the bartenders were all super sweet and funny. This is a must-try spot!

Food which is definitely elevated in both taste and variety from traditional pub food. We arrived at opening on Saturday and were glad we did because the place quickly filled up. We shared a flight of truly special beers (Brick Store has a casque mark certification). It was hard to choose a favorite. There was a 2016 La Trappe Quadrupel- strong and dark but smooth. Next was a 2018 barrel aged barleywine, then a 2021 mixed culture saison- sour and tart but flavorful, last was a 2020 raspberry lambic : acidic and sour but a wonderful sweet taste. It was fermented with wild yeast. The inside has a very quintessential old pub vibe. For lunch we ordered sage pierogis as an appetizer and the arugula salad with a balsamic vinaigrette and a scoop of flavorful chicken salad. Both were yummy. The only drawback was that our server seemed aloof and somewhat distant, which put a slight damper on an otherwise lovely experience.

We were able to sit outside on the patio with our dogs. We started with a Giant Pretzel and Bangers in a Blanket. The pretzel was the typical pub pretzel with house mustard and beer cheese. I was most excited for the beer cheese, but it was not great and seemed like it had been sitting out or under a heat lamp for a while. The bangers in a blanket were not my favorite, but if you like Brat and Puff Pastry, you would enjoy this app - my boyfriend sure did. I ordered my entree off the starters menu and got 10 plain wings extra crispy, with ranch. They indeed were extra crispy, but still juicy. They do have other flavors of wings listed on the menu (Buffalo, Hot Honey Sriracha, Nashville Hot, BBQ, Teriyaki, Lemon-Yaki, Mango Habanero, Lemon Pepper or HOT HOT Sauce). The ranch was the perfect restaurant housemade ranch! My boyfriend ordered the Bangers and Mash and said it was one of the best meals he's had at a pub. I highly recommend checking this spot out. The menu online offers pictures with all the food items, and a deep description of the food. Our server Gabriella was so amazing and efficient. She served us, and our pups, with a smile! Overall, we ordered a fountain drink, 2 alcoholic beverages, 3 appetizers, and 1 entree, and the total price came out to $88 not including tip. We can't wait to go back!
