    Cheeseburger Sliders (3)
    Drew S.

Five stars. If there was an option for six, I'd give it six. Bartenders were awesome and attentive. I asked for something a bit off menu and my guy sprinted around to get it. I got sliders that were great and the beer list was extensive and reasonably priced. I loved everything about The Bird.

I was in the mood for wings and the wings had frost bite and dry. It took an hour for a 10piece with no many customers.

I went in for a 10 piece Parmesan wings and it was dry and it had frostbite. It took an hour to receive my order with only seven customers in the establishment.

So if you're looking for a neighborhood borrower or a slightly dive type bar then this is your place. But, don't let the fact that it has little dye bar action going on fool you and thinking and it's not a good bar. It's a sports bar so you have plenty of TVs. Okay. If you wanted to watch a game, you could definitely do that here with a group of people. It's an a shopping plaza, so you have free parking. There's a few of the things here but not a whole lot to walk around to do, so. If you're coming here, this will probably be the desire destination for you. They're open late, considering is done with each, they're open till 2:30 so that is a perk or a bonus. I tend to get off of job later if I work my night job so having something open past 11:00 is pretty clutch. There's no outdoor seating but they do have plenty of indoor seating. The bar is pretty large, and they have plenty of seating there, and they have another little room with a billiard set up so you can play pool if you wanted to as well. They have a few games there as well. I mean like slot machine type games. You would think that that wouldn't be a thing but people do sit at them and play them for a while. They have a golf game that seems to be really popular too. The last time I was aired people on the golf game they got really competitive! Cheese curds - these were the best cheese curds ever...these was them ones! They got like a garlic crust on them...it's addicting and you will want more. Mushroom Swiss burger - this was a good burger. Came out hot and got a little messy on me, but that's okay. Solid burger ...cooked very well. Baked potato - pretty standard baked potato, decent size and everything. Lemon pepper wings - now here is where I have to kinda slow down ..these had more salt on them than a salt mine. I couldn't finish them. Sodium levels were over 9000! Club sandwich - The club sandwich was good. Now I'm not a fan of the marble bread, not at all, but there was so much going on on the sandwich that I didn't even need mind. You can get it with ham and turkey or you can get it with chicken, the one I got most recently had chicken on it. Cut it a four pieces and it was very thick and stacked. Would I do it again, absolutely. Classic - The classic was a pretty basic burger. Came with the basic fix-ins, and a pickle spear on the side. Like the Swiss and mushroom Burger. Burger. It was very Hardy and had a really good size story. I wore all of my burgers medium so it came at the right temperature with just I'm on a peek in the center that I like. Pretty filling, I didn't need a whole lot after that. I guess the allure of this spot is the fact that it's open late. So if you've had a late night or get off work late like me, this may be useful for a quick bite. I think they're open till 2:00 in the morning so just keep that in mind because at the end of the day, it's Dunwoody and a lot of stuff, no majority of the stuff doesn't stay open that long.

Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wrap, 16oz. Tenderloin Steak Tips

This place hit every spot! Skyler was super attentive and kept coming back to check on us and take some plates away. I'm so glad we finally gave this place a try! EVERYTHING BROUGHT TO OUR TABLE WAS SO FRESH. We were so hungry I barely got a pic but here's what we ordered: Fried Pickles 10/10 Potato Skins 8/10 Jumbo Wings 7/10 Buffalo Caesar Wrap with Fries 10/10 16 Oz Steak Tips with Mac and Loaded Baked Potatoes 10/10 Potato skins could've been a little crispier but were good nonetheless. Wings were too big and not seasoned before tossed in sauce, the sauce was like franks red hot. Fried pickles were perfectly crispy! Buffalo wrap was super fresh and they didn't skimp on the chicken like most places do, fries were seasoned to perfection. Steak tips were fire, the mac could've been a little cheesier but the loaded baked potato was just that.. LOADED! We came with our little one and didn't feel out of place our daughter was vibing to the music and enjoyed her food thoroughly as we all did! Did I mention everything was super fresh and hot when it came to the table? Def coming back to try more! They know what they're doing here and we loved it!

Pizza (the works) chips and dip

Stopped in from out of town to have dinner and watch PAC 12 Championship game. Big screen tV was tuned to the game for us and 2 other tables. (No sound) we ordered drinks, pizza and Queso /chips to share. Pizza was not hot. Crust was barely cooked and really bland. I didn't think you could mess up pizza. The Queso was watery. Food was a 1star. Service was good. Drinks were ok. Yelp check in showed a 10% discount. They would not honor it. Would not come back.

The Bird is an excellent reflection of Atlanta's diversity and multifaceted people (FILA). Everyone comes to the Bird. People that work in the hospitality industry, businessmen hiding from their wives, frat boys that are gluttons for punishment, it truly is a melting pot. They definitely have above average bar food, I really like their pizza! I'm told their bison burger is pretty good, *if you're into that type of thing.* Their liquor options are a bit limited, I do wish they had a wider variety of everything, but particularly tequila. I always sit at the bar, whoever takes care of me always does a great job. One of my go-to places when I'm on that side of town.

I had the cheesesteak while my friends had the wings and everyone's food came out quickly and everyone enjoyed their meal. I think Clay's should definitely be considered as a great place to catch a game with some friends!

4.5 Having had more…read morethan my fair share of dusty food and forced conversation, I texted my friend to beg him to rescue me from my work function and to find a place where we could get a drink. 'I'll do you one better,' he said. 'Say less,' I thought. Being that my buddy knows his way around food, drink and Atlanta (ITP and OTP), I knew I was in good hands. Turns out, we didn't have far to travel. As I was discovering, when in the Atlanta metro, it behooves you to eat as many wings as humanly possible. I'd already had my yearly physical so I was all in. Turns out that Clay's was a well-know, well-trod wings destination so I was psyched for the eating ahead of me. We set up shop on the patio and had a wonderfully delightful server wait on us. I didn't know what I was doing but my buddy did. I let him order and sat back and waited for the bounty. We caught up, laughed and did all the things and the food just kept coming. I knew I was in the right place. We got a basket of fries but made those bad boys Cajun. Do this. I used to live in New Orleans. The Cajun name is warranted. Fries should always be seasoned and/or have stuff on them. Always. Wanting to drink local, I helped myself to a Ginger Treehorn Cider. Served in a can, it had depth, generous bite and enough of a kick to know that the ginger was real and not just marketing. But the star of the show was the wings. A mix of drums and flats, these were not your grocery store chicken wings. These were meaty, larger than the average wing and as good as advertised. We ordered 20 for the two of us. Because he knows me, we maximized our sauces to get the best experience. We went to town on garlic parm, honey bbq, lemon pepper, and hot teriyaki. We.Tore.Them.Up! I had sauce on my fingers, face, hair, shirt, and other places and I.Did.Not.Care! Oh man. I don't usually indulge in wings because I'm afraid to be let down (I've been hurt too many times before). Not here. The night started mid (previous offsite) but ended in a food coma. How he drove me home, I do not know. Very happy to have experienced Clay's.

I had an idea of what this place, but wasn't exactly sure what it all entailed. We walked in and were greeted by a large shelf or should I say shelves of a bunch of different board and card games. We walked to the register and told them we wanted to play some board/card games. I believe it was $7 per hour and then $35 for everything else. Everything else means all the video/electronic games. Think PS5, Switch, PC, Xbox. It was sooooo cool seeing everyone play all the different games. There were bigger groups, couples, people by themselves. It's truly a place where anyone can go and have a good time! We got some drinks (they have a really cool cocktail menu). They do have a food menu too, but we just came from dinner, so we only got drinks. Our service wasn't the best though. It took forever for someone to come and check on us, and no one came to fill our water the entire time we were there. Service could definitely be a lot better! Battle & Brew is in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking. It's also pretty big too, so there is plenty of seating inside. I would definitely come back here in the future and play some of the video games, as I love to play some Nintendo Switch!

3.5 Despite having…read morenerdy tendencies, this wasn't the place for me. I'm thinking that I experienced it in its weaker era. I came here on a work trip so there was a LOT going on: food buffets, bar mania, games of all sorts. Had I come here with a group of friends to play games and sip on a drink I think I would have had a different (read: better) experience. That said, I appreciate that B&B exists and what it's trying to do. Despite being here as part of a big group, the staff was perfectly lovely and patient. That's not always the case when it comes to dealing with large groups. The food menu is confusingly large and caters to about every taste.* I got a little grossed out at the thought of eating around so much dust. Board games and consoles are dirty/dusty. They show both easily. Eating around/in that didn't appeal to me. What *did* appeal to me, though, was the thought of drinking a potion. From the glass (straight up D&D) to the color (blue), I was all in. The Mana Potion had a lot of the right elements (gin, blue curacao, elderflower liqueur, lemon, and Sprite) but the extra zhuzh for our party was team too much. The edible glitter made the drink a bit thick and didn't do wonders for my stomach. It's a tough criticism because I was here for an extra sparkly drink/potion. Definitely on brand. For me, Battle & Brew is an odd space that could benefit from some editing. But, it looks like I am in the minority. I can agree with not being the target audience. So, gamers, have at it! *I didn't experience much in the way of GF/DF/VG options but, again, target audience.
