I have three young children and recently relocated from the UAE during the war, so it was not easy to come back immediately for another two-hour appointment. When I explained my concerns to the manager, he responded that he "can't just throw out a line because of a few customers," despite admitting their OPI gels "sometimes do this." When I returned about a month later, I was told I should have come back sooner, even though no one warned me this was a known issue with the product. Had I known, I would have chosen a different brand instead of spending $95 and my time on something defective. Overall, the experience felt frustrating and untrustworthy. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT! Will never go back!

They have an awesome selection of colors (everything you can get in regular polish you can also get for gels or acrylics) and a wide selection of dip polishes, too. I live very near here and, though I have a longtime manicurist to whom i've been loyal for years, I…read moredon't have the same situation when it comes to pedicures which I get kind of infrequently and randomly as I feel the need. I normally go to a place in Bethel that I feel does a very good job, but with this place so close to home, I thought I'd give them a try. You can make your appointment online which is by far my favorite approach and on the winter day I wanted to go they had same-day availability. I was immediately greeted, they had my appointment on the books and told me to pick a color and go back to one of the pedicure chairs, which are new and very comfortable. The entire salon is new, immaculately clean and welcoming. My technician was super friendly, did a terrific job and worked hard to remove all of my dead skin and calluses which I know were in bad shape on this visit. There was no trying to upsell me on additional treatments which I appreciated, and the price was reasonable ($35 for a classic pedicure, $50 for the Aloha one I chose which included callus removal). He provided tips like using a plain, low-tech pumice stone at home as opposed to something like the popular pedi egg, which I absolutely have and am guilty of using. Really nice shop and I will definitely be back here!
