The waist needed to be taken in and lifted, the tank style lace shoulder straps shortening, and I didn't want to lose the pockets, which made it more complicated. I was only partially happy with the alteration job I received. The ruffles on the chest of the…read moredress were wavy, so I brought the dress in to have the shoulders lifted because it pulled the ruffles more taught and I am quite short. When I came back to try on, they were much better but still not great, as shown in the image. When I went to check out, I noticed a splotch on the shoulder of the dress on the sleeve. VERY small. When I asked her about it, she said it wasn't there before (which tells me that it happened in the shop, which it did). However she did not offer to dry clean it or try to get the stain out. Reasonably priced. I would only come back if I needed a simpler alteration, but not for another bridesmaid's dress. *update* due to my interaction with Alice, who reached out to see how she could make my experience better, I am updating my review from a 3-star to a 4-star.
