When I came back to try on, they were much better but still not great, as shown in the image. When I went to check out, I noticed a splotch on the shoulder of the dress on the sleeve. VERY small. When I asked her about it, she said it wasn't there before (which tells me that it happened in the shop, which it did). However she did not offer to dry clean it or try to get the stain out. After multiple attempts at communicating with those preferred vendors, there was 1 viable choice, but it was overpriced for what I needed and she ended up leaving me hanging on appointment availability anyway. Once that happened I took it upon myself to go on Yelp and find alternative solutions. Out of the next 2-3 choices I ventured out to, Nadia was the one I opted for because she was straight forward and was the only one who offered me 2 different bustle options - American (over) bustle or ballroom (under bustle). As a bonus, she was also 1/3 of the price of the wedding dress boutique's preferred vendor! Communications were all through Yelp messaging - clear cut for scheduling. Make sure for your fittings you always bring the shoes you'll be wearing for an accurate hem, etc. I opted for the ballroom bustle and Nadia numbered the attachments. During a subsequent fitting I had the MOB and MOH accompany me so they knew what to expect for doing the bustle on the day of the wedding. After picking them up, I was getting ready to wear the khaki coat on Saturday and noticed it still smelled like body odor. I also noticed two stains--one on the upper right chest and another on the lower left chest--so I wore the dark gray coat instead. The next morning, I brought the khaki coat back and explained the problem to the employee working there (guy with beard). I asked him to smell it, but he said it smelled fine. When I pointed out the two stains, he started arguing with me about why I didn't disclose the stains when I originally dropped the coat off. I have a 3-year-old son and, like most people, I don't carefully inspect every piece of clothing before taking it to the dry cleaner. I'm bringing it there to be professionally cleaned, so I would expect stains to be noticed and properly treated. I asked him to clean it again, and his response was, "OK, I'm gonna let this one time." That really bothered me because I've been a customer since 2019 and had never brought anything back or complained before. I picked up the coat again on Friday and wore it to an event on Saturday. During the event, I kept smelling something like dirty feet. Eventually, I realized the smell was coming directly from the same two stained areas on the coat. I tried wiping them off, but the odor would not go away. My wife even sprayed scented hand sanitizer on the coat just to make the smell more bearable. I'm very disappointed, not only because the coat still had stains and a terrible odor after being cleaned twice, but also because of how my concern was handled. A longtime customer should not be argued with or made to feel like they are asking for a favor when bringing back an item that was not cleaned properly. Unfortunately, I will not be returning if this is how customer concerns are handled.

I have had collar stays in my shirts, and they still ironed over them, which left an imprint :( 2. I had a shirt with the buttons melted. I would have asked for compensation for that, but i saw this long after i had it dry cleaned. maybe someone can tell me, is $5 for a dress shirt too much? $10 for pants? help me if you can. but since they are close i stick to it. Update 2018: now that they have new management, and I feel a lot more customer service appreciation unlike before. My gown was heavily stained from juice and they were able to get every stain out. The dress came back with some loose threads but I didn't mind that too much. The men's sport coat came back fine. It was almost $100 for both items, I'm not sure if this is normal considering the formal gown was heavily stained. They only accept cash so I had to go back a different day with cash. I took a total of 2 weeks to pick up the items, there was some sort of mix up when I went to pick up my items and they said my items were not ready. I explained I had been there the week prior but didn't have cash. It took some time but they found my items after a few minutes. It made me a bit nervous but I'm glad they found my stuff. I'd probably come back if I'm in a pinch but not too sure this is my first choice for a cleaner.
