    Beef and broccoli

I ordered two separate dinners tonight, one sweet and sour chicken, the other beef and broccoli. The chicken was fine. The beef and broccoli horribl. The beef was tuff with a lot of gristle. Maybe two bites were ok, the remmainder not palatable and had to be spit out. I called and ask what they could do for me. The evening shift supervisor apologized but said they had no control over their meat. I then ask if I could bring the plate back and shoe him what I was talking about or could they refund my money as I definitely did not want another dish from them. He kept me on hold and then came back on the line and said his general manager said they could not refund my money. I then ask him for his name and he said they were not allowed to give their names. They made no attempt to correct the situation or offer a solution. TOTALLY ILLRESPONSIBLE suggest you go to a cheaper drive through at Panda, at least you know what you get for your money and they make it right if you have a problem!

Food is decent, I had the curry chicken. It had maybe 6-8 pieces of small chicken and 200 peppers and onions. The rice is not very good. Then when I paid they ask for an additional tip on top of tip I already gave. That's redic.

    Orange chicken dinner plate

They are my favorite in town. Although I eat the same dish (orange chicken with fried white meat), they are always spot on with taste. They are very clean and polite. If you haven't tried, consider it.

The food was good, they give you a lot of food. Noticed they do deliver and will most likely order food. The price is good to. Nice parking lot. The bathroom is something that could be worked on...nasty....

    The menu and store hours!

Definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants that are offered in San Angelo! Quick service and a nice environment to eat in as well. The employees are super friendly and the food is good. I ordered pork lo mein and egg drop soup. So far this place is going to be a regular for me. I would totally recommend anyone to come here. By the way, prices are extremely cheap!

So I came here for some ramen....tonkatsu ramen in particular…read more The server is friendly and I got to witness the chef hand pulling the noodles. So I order my tonkatsu ramen. I got my bowl and the broth looked a little bit like it was weak and not concentrated enough...I figured maybe it's a little bit weaker flavor. I dip my little ladle spoon and take a sip....that looked like weak tonkatsu, but the flavor was something other than tonkatsu. I don't know what it was. The noodles were cooked appropriately, but the ajitama was not seasoned and it was not soft boiled, it was hard boiled. Okay, try out the meat. The meat was a little bit on the tough side and it did not have the flavor of chashu pork. I have had tonkatsu ramen at many different places through California. Even Missouri has a stellar tonkatsu ramen shop. Unfortunately this place does not leave me satisfied. I am afraid I can not give it a 3 star rating due to the fact that tonkatsu is unrecognizable as tonkatsu in relation to flavor. Was the flavor good? Not really. My recommendation would be to remove tonkatsu as an option on the menu altogether because although it looks like tonkatsu, it does not have anything in it that tastes like a tonkatsu ramen. The 2 stars is for decent noodles and I didn't get sick off the food.

We were greeted and seated within a minute of walking in at 5pm. I'm not that familiar with this type of dining so I'm not knocking the restaurant for me not liking my dinner, it's just not my thing I guess. I'm giving 4 stars because they did not have Thai Iced Tea on hand for this evenings dinner guest, apparently the lady who makes it wasn't in today. My opinion, a Thai restaurant not having Thai Iced Tea is like a Mexican restaurant not having margaritas, a bit disappointing. We were the first dinner guest in the restaurant and our dinners were a bit of a wait (longer than usual) from order to service and that was ok as it gave us time to visit. Our drinks and appetizers were served fairly quick. Our waitress was very friendly and tried to help me decide on dinner by explaining a few options. The place was clean and inviting with ample seating and filled up quickly within the hour. I'm only picturing my dinner and I can't remember what it was. It had a strong after taste so I tried each individual piece to pinpoint what had that flavor. One of our friends said perhaps it's lemon grass but whatever it was caused me not to finish my dinner.

We have enjoyed dining at the Mathis Field Cafe for several years now and have enjoyed each and…read moreevery dish we have tried. The Egg Rolls are excellent, (I prefer to eat these with 'sticks, they keep the sauce off your fingers.) the selections numerous and the portion sizes are more than plenty to split and save for later if you like, and you can always request a half-order if you're not that hungry. Just don't expect koi in fancy fountains, jade green walls, and waitresses in black silk dresses -- the focus here is great, inexpensive food served up in plentiful portions that will leave you feeling wonderfully and pleasantly overfed. However, if you are into aviation, don't be surprised at what you might see parked outside the windows, I've seen just about everything from a Pitts to a Galaxy, an F-117, F-14,15,16, P-51s, T-38s, Tweets, Warthogs, Herky Birds, and Drones. I have read where other guests were expecting the dishes to be fast-food style Americanized Asian food, and were disappointed by the casual home-style Asian comfort food they received. The secret here, and I suspect the reason why so many people fly in for lunch and dinner, has to do with how accommodating the staff is, and how well they take care of their patrons. Iff you are friendly and courteous, and let them know about any special dietary restrictions, tastes or preferences when you order, they've always been taken care of. Always, if you need your dish served over a specific style of rice, or if you want extra peanuts in your Kung Bao Chicken, instead of occasionally on the side (because of potential peanut allergies), or if you really do like munching those red chili peppers and want your dish Szechuan Spicy Hot -- tell your waitress how you want your favorite dish prepared! And, about the generous portions of sauce, clear/white or sweet/hot brown reduction, slowly stir in your choice of rice, (I prefer the white rice for this, especially if it's sticky rice.) problem solved! Remember, "You Have not, because you Ask not." Unless of course, you're eating prepackaged and franchised fast-food, in that case you are on your own. Happy Dining!
