Chicken & Fried Rice Hibachi Bowl and egg rolls.

We were in town for a swim meet and this place was close by. The food and service here were so great!! We had the chicken bowl, steak bowl, egg rolls and cheesecake egg rolls with strawberry dipping sauce. Everything was delicious!! The rice is amazing and I loved the jalapeño popper egg rolls! Plus the owner was extremely thoughtful and generous when I left my purse at the restaurant and didn't realize it until we had already left town. He offered to take it to my daughter's swim team's hotel after restaurant hours. I am forever grateful and highly recommend this place for food and service. Also, the Christmas pillow decorations in the windows in October were a definite bonus!!

    Great food. Reasonably priced

Great food. From the time we walked in until the time finished eating the service was amazing! Walking in the door and smelling the good food made me even hungrier. The egg rolls were fantastic! Veteran and Law Enforcement discounts. I will definitely visit this location again... soon.

Well, this place is fast casual, the clever name drew us in. The decor is kind of industrial modern. The menu is, as the name suggest, half fajitas and half rice bowls. Portions were generous. Presentation was attractive. Produce seemed fresh. Vegetables were cooked properly, not overdone. Proteins were tender and tasty. My fajita salad had a dusting of Cotija cheese that gave it a little extra pop. We were greeted by a quickwitted and charming host who took our order, but all the staff were friendly and helpful!

We were passing through and staying at a nearby Airbnb for the evening and popped in to Senor Changs just before check in time so it was early afternoon and we were the only customers there. I saw the great reviews and thought we should give this a try. Upon entering, the clean smell was so nice and the lady that greeted us was very kind and explained the menu so well since it was our first visit. I chose the the steak and shrimp hibachi bowl and my husband chose the chicken hibachi bowl. I loved that they stir fried fresh seasonal veggies for the bowls and it all tasted so fresh. The star of the show is the meat. It is all very well seasoned and the fried rice had corn in it, which I enjoyed. We order the jalepeno popper eggrolls as a side and those were so delicious. The texture was very creamy in the middle as it looks like they take all of the popper ingredients like cream cheese, bacon, jalepeno, etc. and blend it all together for the middle of the eggroll. They were piping hot and very good. I wish I did not live so far away; because I would definitely order from them regularly. I would be interested in trying everything on the menu because the food we received was so hot and fresh. Their sauces are very nice too. I highly recommend!

Great place, friendly staff, clean area to eat. Chang's would do GREAT in Houston,TX! It has a good truck feel in terms of hustle in the kitchen but really great flavored food like from a fancy Hibachi grill. I would definitely come back when in San Angelo! I hope they are going to expand to several different locations. This food is too good not to share it in other parts of town. Thank you Señor Chang's!

The staff was excellent and the food was very good. The flavors were a nice change of pace from the usual Tex-Mex or fast food offerings.

I say cars & trucks because this is West Texas, and just about everyone has a truck, except us. We did, and we still should, but that's another story, and I want to keep this review short like my others. Went inside and were told to sit anywhere you want. I guess they really didn't mean that because I sat in the Kitchen, and they kind of frowned. (hehe) That's when we grabbed a booth. Our Server, Norma, came over and took our drink order. Coffee with creamer for me and a glass of water with lemon for Nancy. We looked over the menu as if we didn't know what we wanted, but we did. When Norma returned with our drinks, we placed our order. My Wife is going with her standard, "Two-Egg Cheese Omelet, with Hash Browns and Wheat Bread. I am going with the same thing but having their Biscuits instead. While we waited for our food, I enjoyed some goooood Coffee with French Vanilla Creamer. Kozy Kitchen makes good coffee, not the weak kind you get at some other restaurants. Soon our Cheese Omelets arrived, and they looked delicious. The Hash Browns are prepared just the way we like'em, golden brown on the outer and potato-eee on the inner. The Two Cheese Omelet is also prepared perfectly with lots of Cheese. My Wife's Wheat Bread is toasted with a nice amount of melty butter on it. My Biscuits look different than what they served before. My Wife said they look more like Muffins. I spread lots of butter on one and took my first bite. They are, in fact, "Biscuits", nice-n-flaky inside with a golden-brown outer edge. The top, one could say, looks like a Muffin, but it does taste like a Biscuit. Also added some Strawberry Jam to the Biscuits. I drizzled some Cholula Hot Sauce on top of my Cheese Omelet, which brings out the flavor of tasty heat. That's some mighty good stuff. We both enjoyed our Cheese Omelets, and I ate all of mine and finished up my Wife's Hash Browns, with some added Cholula Hot Sauce. Our Server, Norma, earned the "Dollar-Bow-Tie" Award and loved it. She showed us the other one she has that I gave her before. Kozy Kitchen is one of the Best Breakfast places in San Angelo, and we Love coming here. They have more than just breakfast, and it's all good. (maybe next time they will let me sit in the kitchen) On the way home, we enjoyed another Beautiful (but getting hot) day in San Angelo, TX. Little ninja.....? More like THE MAGIC PALACE…read more There is nothing little about this ninja. Went to this top tier establishment with my boiz JOE & WILL.... And let me tell ya, this place will knock your scocks off. We were greeted by the goat of little twinks, Miguel. He led us to our table via cartwheels and a smile. He immediately recommended the dragon roll and boba tea; the house specialty, aka, the house specialty. After splattering soy sauce around like a pig in shit, Miguel cartwheeled over with a desert menu. We politely declined, giving we had already smoked the rock he gave us upon arrival, after our meal. Top tier service, elite twink, will be back tomorrow.

Small portion size with big chunky fried pieces. Miso soup was okay, but wasn't packaged well ended up spilling on the ride home. Genuinely didn't enjoy the four rolls we ordered this time. Got the TNT Roll and California Roll we typically order, but didn't live up to the memory. We arrived at the time our order was supposed to be ready, but had to wait over 30 minutes for the pick up order. Floor was pretty dirty inside, but the tables were wiped down well. There are better options for sushi in Abilene. I do think Little Ninja's is comparable to running to the grocery store at this point. On a silly side note, several of the previous reviews highlight the lore and appeal of meeting Miguel at Little Ninja... I think that might be the most noteworthy aspect of this restaurant.

I don't do 5 stars or 1 star reviews based on friendships, free items or any other reasons. Being I'm a good sport, I am here on a second visit against my choice. I ordered steak quesadillas with a mango margarita. Our waitresses were friendly and checked on us regularly. The restaurant was clean, ample seating with a fun music vibe.
