Amazing Thai food! Basil chicken fried rice and red curry shrimp and vegetable soup both at spice level 3. Perfect! Also shrimp bento box was delicious. Highly recommend and we will be back often.

Really liked this place Had some unique items that I liked place is small decorated clean and they always have some weird music going on (not bad just weird). Convenient and fair price not a 5 star place but definitely would recommend for lunch.

My family and I have been to Chang Thai several times and have always experienced exceptional service and cuisine. The restaurant is family owned and operated and we love that music is always playing in the background. The waiting staff is always so friendly and quick to serve. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious! On our most recent visit the owner came out to the dining area and gave my son chopsticks at his request. She began speaking to us and shared how impressed she was that my 9 year old uses chopsticks so well. She made a funny joke and we all laughed. She gave compliments to me and my children. The reason for my 5th Star is that the owner asked where my husband was (he did not join us this particular evening). I explained that he had just gotten into town from work and was feeling under the weather with an upper respiratory infection. Without skipping a beat she said, "Well wait right there...let me go get him some soup!" She came back shortly with a large container of clear soup. She had added some fresh ginger as well and she told me she hopes he feels better soon. Their clear soup-my family calls it "Liquid Gold". It's the perfect remedy when you're feeling I'll! This kind gesture made my day and meant so much to me. We will definitely be back to support this beautiful family and their restaurant!

YUM YUM IN MY TOM YUMs! was not expecting to be transported to Thailand from this lovely little spot! i ordered the Yum Nua, beef was tender, limes, onion cilantrO all Ahhhhhhh FRESH! sticky rice was a lovely pairing! and spice levels were not burn a hole in you seat spicy but im sure if you wanted it you could ask! my friend unfortunately did not have a one way ticket to Thailand with his order of Padthai, instead he described it as too soupy and soy suacy, i cannot speak for this but visually, his padthai was very soupy. OVERALL! I would recommend this place based off of my YUMNUA!!! staff are all kind and atmosphere is small but honest.

WOW, the flavors left us speechless. Top notch service and they have the best Pad Thai I've EVER had! Drive over to East side and prepare to be blown away!

Everything was delicious. Service was great. Establishment is small, but worth trying it. Definitely recommend.

Pad Thai was a bit watery and heavy soy sauce. Did not taste like traditional pad Thai.

Very good! Great flavor, good size portions, and awesome customer service. The Tom Kha Kai soup was just what I needed to help with my cold.

So I came here for some ramen....tonkatsu ramen in particular…read more The server is friendly and I got to witness the chef hand pulling the noodles. So I order my tonkatsu ramen. I got my bowl and the broth looked a little bit like it was weak and not concentrated enough...I figured maybe it's a little bit weaker flavor. I dip my little ladle spoon and take a sip....that looked like weak tonkatsu, but the flavor was something other than tonkatsu. I don't know what it was. The noodles were cooked appropriately, but the ajitama was not seasoned and it was not soft boiled, it was hard boiled. Okay, try out the meat. The meat was a little bit on the tough side and it did not have the flavor of chashu pork. I have had tonkatsu ramen at many different places through California. Even Missouri has a stellar tonkatsu ramen shop. Unfortunately this place does not leave me satisfied. I am afraid I can not give it a 3 star rating due to the fact that tonkatsu is unrecognizable as tonkatsu in relation to flavor. Was the flavor good? Not really. My recommendation would be to remove tonkatsu as an option on the menu altogether because although it looks like tonkatsu, it does not have anything in it that tastes like a tonkatsu ramen. The 2 stars is for decent noodles and I didn't get sick off the food.

It's practically a family…read moretradition at this point--equal parts dinner and performance art, with fire, knives, and just enough risk to keep it exciting. Let's start with the service: consistently friendly, prompt, and eerily efficient. You sit down, and suddenly everything you didn't know you wanted appears like magic. I don't know how they do it--probably a pact with the shrimp-flipping spirits. Either way, I'm not complaining. The teppanyaki? Always on point. Tender, flavorful, and hot enough to cauterize your regrets. And the show? Somehow, no matter how many times I see it, it never feels phoned in. Every beat is hit, every egg is cracked midair with the flair of a culinary ninja, and nobody sets the building on fire--so really, it's a win for everyone. Also, shout-out to the sushi: fresh, well-rolled, and surprisingly not sad (which is saying something for inland Texas). Fairly priced too, which I deeply appreciate in this, our late capitalist hellscape. Bottom line: Shogun is reliably great. Bring your family, your appetite, and maybe your slightly unhinged cousin--it's fun for everyone.
