I would rate it 4 stars because the food is pretty good, a bit stingy on the meat however. Over all still like going there. The Thai Basil beef is my favorite. Wish they would add in more meat though. Over all I would still recommend it to anyone in the area. The Staff is incredibly friendly, so the service is very excellent! Don't read into the "express" part of the name. It is nothing like fast food Chinese although it is quick. The food is as good as any sit down joint. Everything is always very flavorful and all the meat including chicken, pork, and beef is of higher quality without the chewy factor that a lot of Chinese food restaurants seem to struggle with. I highly recommend the specialty lo mien, Kung Pao Chicken, and the sweet chili sauce is incredible. read more
