To start my friend and I waited near the host stand for a quite a while before being greeted, the restaurant was not very busy but they did appear to be understaffed on servers. The service was not great we waited an extended amount of time to order, on refills and to get our check. I believe it's called and they have organic sugar. I generally use raw sugar, but the organic white sugar is good. I can fit a test everything taste fresh a face farm to table actually have a excellent source of food wherever they're getting the food from with an excellent source because I can taste the fresh and everything just absolutely delicious and like that again, the best salmon I've had in quite some time and I eat a lot of salmon so yeah, I would definitely come here just for the salmon. Pita Jungle is a regular place for us. We can get healthy, delicious food and we always know that it will be consistently good. This location is a little older and doesn't have the same cool style as some of the others, like Mill Ave. But it's fine, and I like the patio for cooler days. The girl who sat us was not friendly, but our server was great. Our food came out fast and was, as usual, delicious. Let me start off by saying, the food here is AMAZING! If you're looking for authentic Mediterranean or Greek cuisine, you will not find it here, but regardless, it is still amazing. The service was amazing! The food came out in less than 5 minutes. The girls in the front recommended something for me as I was unsure of what I wanted, and I ended up loving it. I had the chicken and hummus, with the cilantro hummus and it comes with two pitas. It was a very large serving size for hummus and chicken! The flavors in every part of the meal are outstanding. Pita jungle definitely does not lack flavor. I did order this to go, but the atmosphere inside is wonderful. There are candles on the tables, it's clean, a beautiful layout, and a great eat-in restaurant. The prices aren't bad for the amount of food and the quality of food you're getting. I tried the Kafta Burger at Pita Jungle and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had--super flavorful and cooked perfectly. I'm very reluctant these days with ordering food to be delivered. A lot has changed over the last 6 years or even longer with restaurants. I was very disappointed with this location after the driver delivered my food yesterday. Talk about laziness and what a sloppy rush they did. Not only was my salmon UNDERCOOKED , homemade pita chips were OILY, even the container had the oil inside, my Mediterranean ceviche did not look like the advertisement. We've been going to this pita jungle for many years. One of our favorite items to order is the caramelized cauliflower with tahini. On 5/29/26 I ordered the caramelized cauliflower tahini, and it was terrible. The cauliflower was not roasted, in fact it was barely cooked with no browning or roasting color. There were zero caramelized onions on the cauliflower. Instead, the Cook had substituted crispy fried onions like you would find on the top of a green bean casserole. Yuk! And there was maybe just 2 tablespoons of that. So basically you lost all caramelized onion flavoring that normally really enhanced the dish. The tahini sauce was diluted with either cream or mayonnaise and was terrible. The dish normally came with a good amount of roasted pine nuts and this dish came with maybe 6 pine nuts. I left a note on the receipt to let the Restaurant know that the quality of this dish was subpar. In fact it was below subpar. The service there was really good as usual. The other dishes we ordered were up to standard and we enjoyed those. read more

So far, this is my favorite location! We're Pita Jungle fans, have been for many years. We started looking for a new location when the Val Vista Mesa location right near us started to lose its flavor and always get my order wrong. We've dined at this Southern location a few times and they did not disappoint! The chicken has a nice char, they use proper amounts of spice, and their hummus is not over blended like the Val Vista location. Overall everything tastes better at this location. I think it safe to say I have never been disappointed. To make matters BETTER the kids meals are similar to something I would serve at home and encompass a grain, protein, fruit and vegetable and all for $6.99. If you have a picky kid that does not like their food to touch this is the way to go as they serve the kids meals on divided trays.
