Solid Greek food !!! We ordered two a combo plates. The rice is phenomenal whatever the pink sauce that they serve with it is extremely addicting and I wish I could buy it. I can honestly say this place did not disappoint. The portions are big. I was able to have another meal next day.

Their falafel plate is so good! Best Greek I've had in a long time! Tastes all homemade with lots of flavor. Great vegetarian option!

I love supporting local and had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, it fell a little flat in most areas. The good: great location, easy parking, cute atmosphere, free refills on drinks, kind service, the baklava looked excellent. The things I didn't love: the food was middle of the road. Large serving but I paid just about $20 for a plate and drink and most of the meal was bland. I was excited for Mediterranean flavors and it was just.. bland. The salad dressing was the most flavorful part of the meal.

I'm torn on this place. I really enjoyed some of my meal and some of it was just OK. I got the mixed Shawarma plate with a soda for lunch. First off the soda machine seemed off. It was very light on carbonation. Also the chicken shawarma was a bit dry and didn't have much flavor. I enjoyed the beef shawarma a bit more. What I really did like was the Greek salad which tasted very fresh. Also the pita was amazing and tasted great with the hummus. If I ever am in the area again I would probably try the Greek salad and add gyro meat to it.

Great Gyros! The restaurant is cute and food came out pretty quickly. Will definitely come back. Spartan gyro fries 8/10 ( i was expecting to have a pita with the meal but I got one for an extra dollar) Beef Shawarma 6/10 ( hummus was really good was expecting for the food items to be in the pita that comes with it)

Get your BAKLAVA ON!!! This authentic gem is open and making many overjoyed with the fantastic Mediterranean Cuisine. I heard others commenting on how much they loved it as well & the portions are not skimpy. If you are in the mood for some dolmas to savor or you have a sweet tooth for some amazing baklava, this should be on your list. Grab a gyro or chow down on a protein packed shawarma. This clean, well kept establishment is drawing a crowd from all over. Get some at Niro's House in Mesa!

Niros House has amazing food and great service. Hasan is fantastic and always takes care of his customers. He and the staff really knows how to make everyone feel welcomed. Not to mention the food is excellent, it does not matter what you order it is all great!

Today I tried the mix grill plate. The chicken kabobs were flavorful and moist. The rice was enjoyable and so was the salad. The kafta kabob needed some more seasoning and while I enjoyed the hummus, my wife did not. The naan was ok. The restaurant was nicely laid out and clean. I will return

    Actual salad

Having lived in the Middle East and southeastern Europe for five years, I am pretty familiar with it's vendors. That is, expected to be deceived. In this respect, Niros did a great job on its "Greek Salad". You may notice that the menu shows a salad covered with meat, and with a side of pita and pickled vegetables. In reality, you get lettuce, feta, and a few olives with dressing. So much for relying on pictures of the item. Full disclosure: the written description does describe the all-veggie salad. I.e., the picture lies, but the description is accurate. Also disclosed: I won't go back (and I have been going there for years).

    Gyro Plate

All I can say is this place is BOMB af. If you're craving a gyro or just Mediterranean food this is the place to go. Do yourself a favor and order an extra pita bread on the side because it only comes with one!

Food was great. People are even better! Support local restaurants! Everything is made fresh. The taziki was so fresh and delicious. The portions are very generous. We will be back!

Excellent customer service Everything but the chicken shawarma was very good. Well prices for the freshness of the food. The pink sauce was delicious! Very clean. The reason that i am giving it a 3 is because of the chicken shawarma. It needed more flavor. I am planning on returning and trying something else. I like to support small - family owned businesses.

My first time here. Their menu items were different compared to other Mediterranean restaurants. Their platter doesn't include rice (need to buy separately). Quantity, ambiance and service was decent enough. Their Falafel tasted good. They don't have garlic sauce, instead they have sesame sauce which tasted okay.

Not a lot of food for the price, meat is very dry. There are def better places out there, most likely won't be back.

The tzatziki sauce was our favorite with the tahini sauce coming in a close second. The garlic sauce was amazing but SUPER strong. We started our meal with the hummus and tahini, which was perfectly smooth and creamy with just the right hint of garlic. It was beautifully garnished with tangy pickles and served with fresh, warm pita bread that was perfect for scooping. For our mains, my wife opted for a double order of their crisp, refreshing Greek side salad paired with a side of golden, perfectly spiced falafel. I went with the chicken shawarma sandwich, and it was incredible. The chicken was slow-roasted to perfection, infused with a fragrant, savory spice blend, and elevated by a generous drizzle of their rich, zesty garlic sauce. I'd been here several times years ago, and after coming back, I'm honestly wondering why I don't eat here more often. I ordered the chicken shawarma, a stuffed grape leaves platter, and hot tea. Everything was exactly what I hoped it would be. The chicken was well-seasoned, tender, and wrapped with the classic toppings, and the portion was fair for the price. Speaking of price, the value here is honestly hard to beat. The stuffed grape leaves platter came with hummus, tabbouleh, pita, and hot stuffed grape leaves. I had completely forgotten they serve them warm, and my brain needed a minute to recalibrate because I'm so used to cold dolmas everywhere else. Once I took a bite, though... yep. That's how they're supposed to taste. Soft, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. I ended up adding some of the hummus and tabbouleh to my shawarma, which made an already great sandwich even better. The service was just as impressive as the food. My server was genuinely kind, gave me a few extra minutes when I couldn't decide, checked in without hovering, and even offered to package my hot tea to go when he noticed I was still working on it. (For the record, ordering an entire pot of tea for one person was an ambitious life choice on my part.) The dining room isn't huge, and there's also a small market attached, which adds to the charm. This place reminds me that consistency is underrated. Years later, I came back, and it was just as good as I remembered. Great food, great service, great value. I'll try not to wait so long before my next visit.
