My wife ordered the Salt & Pepper Shrimp and I had the Dragon Bite Chicken. Two different type of dishes, but both were delicious. Everything is super fresh and flavorful!! Every Christmas we pick up Chinese food. This year we decided to pick up food for New Year's Day instead. We usually order from another spot up the street but my dad saw Dragon Bite on Yelp and wanted to try. What a cute place! It's clean and has seating for a few people. It's not cramped at all. My son and I decided to go to the restaurant to place our order instead of calling it in as we would normally do. They have the nicest people running this place. The tiny, cute woman who seems to do a lot of the cooking (I think she's the owner?) has such a bright and gracious way about her. For that alone, it's worth checking this place out. The food...YUMMM. We ordered the orange chicken, sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, pork egg foo young, cha shu fried rice, and cha shu chow mein. All the food was hot and fresh, made to order. I haven't had cha shu fried rice this good since the Gardena Bowl Coffee Shop days lol. (IYKYK) The rice was tasty as was the cha shu. As a matter of fact, ALL the food was very tasty. One thing about the egg foo young...we ordered pork but there was no pork in the egg. The pork is actually in the sauce that goes over the egg! Haha we had to figure that out. Oh and the sauce actually looks like soup in the container. We were a bit perplexed at first as usually egg foo young that we've ordered comes with a gravy-type of sauce. It's not bad at all. Just different! My dad loved it! Our family loved the food as well. This is our new go-to for Chinese. Thank you for opening your restaurant in our community. First time here. We ate in and were seated immediately by a young lady. I had the Beef with Oyster Sauce Combo. My wife had the Mongolian Beef Combo. All combos include a choice of soup, Hot & Sour or Egg Drop, a spring roll, fried rice, and a wanton. We chose the Hot & Sour, a very good choice as it was one of the best I've had in quite some time. The soup was served quickly and piping hot. The combo plates arrived after finishing our soup. The portions are VERY generous. The Mongolian was excellent, tender and prepared with sautéed fresh green onions. My Beef with Oyster Sauce was delicious. Not only is it the best chinese food I've had in Clark County. The service is amazing, such a friendly staff. It's definitely a hole in the wall location, but like most hole in the wall location it's underrated. Have ordered there food 3 times now and never disappointed.
