In need of some dinner, and still on the look out for our "go to" Chinese take out, the hubby and I opted to try out Dragon Bite. There was definitely a big hit, but there were also a few misses. 3 stars: Hot and Sour Soup: It was okay, not the worst I've ever had, but definitely not my favorite. I kind of wished it would have had a bit more of the sour notes I associate with this soup, I think it would have really elevated that flavor, otherwise for me it was just little bland (but not salt bland). 1 star: Ma Po Tofu: This was the worst of everything we got. There was more sauce than tofu, and the sauce was really runny (and way too sweet). 3 stars: Crispy Beef: I liked this, not sure if the hubby did. I liked that the beef was not hammered and I thought flavor was good. 5 stars: Singapore Noodles: Never had them before, this will not be the last though! The curry sauce was very flavorful, but it was not overpowering as some curries can be. The shrimp were cooked very well (not rubbery), as was the pork. I think we might give them another try - especially for the noodles. read more

Located in the block where sunridge animal hospital is. Typically for Chinese takeout but dining area is decent! Waitress was friendly and was apologetic but service was very fast! We just made our second trip to this restaurant and we were thoroughly disappointed...let me explain. My wife and I grew up in NE cities where good Asian restaurants were a dime a dozen. It seems the further west we traveled, the worse they became, especially in two areas...chicken wings and egg foo young. Wings aside (...no Chinese restaurants in LV cooks them well) it's the egg foo young that's disturbing in this restaurant. I cook and can make a respectable shrimp EFY, it's not hard. Egg, bean sprouts, chicken or shrimp filling, deep fried with brown gravy added. Not rocket science. Dragon Bite has decided that this time honored recipe should be altered so the chicken or shrimp filling should be in the gravy and not in the patty. In addition, THE PATTY HAS NO BEANSPROUTS!!! In fact the patty looks like a pre formed vegetable patty cooked on a grill. I tried to talk with the lead cook to express my disappointment and see if there was a compromise we could work out but she, (...with the help of an interpreter) assured me this was their way and would not change. It was a must have and a need. I succumbed to the cravings. Upon entering was quickly greeted and was told to sit wherever I chose. Menus were given and drink order was taken. Of course opted for Mongolian Beef, Shrimp Tempura, Appetizer,Wonton Soup, Beef Chow Mein, and Pork Fried Rice. Now everything was very well put together. However my highlight was that Mongolian Beef. It was perfectly prepared. Interior is a good size. It can accommodate small to larger parties. Music was playing in the background. This place is just like most nice priced Chinese spots in town, they offer family dinners with a good selection to pick from as well as the ala cart dishes. So as you can tell I wasn't expecting much, but boy was I happy when the food came. It was better than most spots I've tried, it feels like they want their food to have flavor and not be just some universal sauced up food. I was very surprised at the portions that fed my wife, me and our 4 kids in that family dinner A. We had the BBq pork fried rice with orange chicken and beef broccoli, just the classics that some places can't even get done right. This place does these right. A nice amount of the bbq pork (chasu) in the fried rice and the rice was well flavored and not oily, a nice helping of beef to broccoli ration with a tasty brown sauce and the orange chicken just as if they zested the orange and did a homemade sauce for it while it still being crispy. Best Chinese food in Vegas I've ever had, bar none! I had the Crispy Beef and it is absolutely spectacular and 100% authentic Chinese flavors that are so hard to find. Super flavorful, huge portion and fresh as you can get. Wi Wi provides exceptional service, is very friendly and checks in periodically to make sure that everything is perfect. You can really tell that she cares that you are enjoying your meal. Honestly could have not have had a better experience and can't recommend Dragon Bite highly enough. Amazing! read more

Found this new place near by my friend's house. We ordered the house fried rice and the walnut shrimp . The food is good, especially the walnut shrimp, crispy, and it has pineapple with it (I love pineapple ). The fried rice is definitely good for two people and it tastes very good I will definitely come back and try out more food next time read more

Gravy to accompany it was oddly thin and lacked flavor, even though it was labeled "spicy". Shrimp was not mixed into the pancake and instead a couple shrimp thrown in the gravy. Wonton soup was defintely not fresh. Dumplings falling apart and noodle dough slimy and soft. Broth was flavorless. Cashew shrimp was full of celery and hardly any cashews. Shrimp was tasty in this dish and plentiful but it didn't make up for the lack of cashews and numerous large chunks of celery. Honeydew milk boba tea was brown and not usual light green (no biggie) but it also had no taste. Ordered delivery and extra paid toppings were left out of order. Ordered online through Postmates fulfilled by Uber Eats. There were several buy one get one free offers so took advantage of them. Got Buy 1 Get 1 on crab Rangoon and "Event" fried rice which was pictured with meat and cost $15.95 which is $6.50 more then egg fried rice. Unfortunately, what I got was egg fried rice....2 large styrofoam containers. Soooo disappointing! We ate in the restaurant when they first opened and it was very good. The atmosphere was weird because staff/owners/family were arguing loudly. I don't remember the crab Rangoon being sweet, but it was this time. Homemade mustard was good. I called the restaurant and I'm waiting for a manager to call back. It's not that a mistake was made, it's about the response. I hope I hear from Dragon Bite! Soooo...it's now 9:45 pm. We ordered out for delivery which took 45 minutes as promised; Wor Wonton, Beef Chow Fon, Shrimp and Vegetable and Pork Fried Rice. The food was delicious but Every Protein including the shrimp was completely covered with cornstarch. Cornstarch is added to the wok to make meat texture softer which is a good thing. But too much of a good thing is actually pretty gross. On shrimp it is downright ridiculous. The food tastes really good. We were gonna order food here because we wanted to try someplace new. However, we didn't get to try the food because the man taking the phone order was beyond rude. He seemed irritated that we were ordering a lot of items, which is strange since people usually buy a ton of food from Chinese places. I'm sick of hit and miss chinese restaurants you have to drive all over the county for. We all have our likes and dislikes. Our group is from the NE. We are used to that regional taste. The Chinese out here is ok but doesn't have the zing we like. Dragon bite is outstanding food and tasty. Priced right, good size portions and Wi and the other gal are very pleasant. I see a lot of food complaints on here ref take-out. I've found most takeout here in clark county is lousy. Picked up takeout from here today. Got the combo plate which comes with a soup, entree, egg roll, and rangoon. Food was ready to go (and hot) when I arrived and packaged nicely. Everything was delicious and portions were generous. My only complaint is that my boba was definitely raw still and inedible which was a bummer but no big deal at $1 charge. I ordered the sweet and sour with extra large sauce. This is the way it needs to be done, so others, take note. Wiwi was a delight and the food was exquisite, and was by far some of the absolute best Chinese food in Southern Nevada I've had.

I am so happy we decided to give this place a try!!! The man on the phone who took my prder was so pleasant, when we arrived to pick up we were greeted with a smile and the food was AMAZING!!! It's been hard to find good Chinese food since we moved here... we even strayed away from places, not waning to waste the money on bad food.
