This restaurant is located in a shopping center on Eastern and Sunridge Heights near CRAFTkitchen. The restaurant is very clean and has plenty of seating. The lady who works is so sweet and provides excellent service. She makes sure that you're enjoying your meal and checks up regularly. They menu is pretty big and the prices are very reasonable. They even have family meals and individual meals that are very budget friendly. I recommend Dragon Bite for both take out and dine in!

Finally found another Chinese takeout that rivals good old NY Chinese Restaurant! Not quite as good as NYCR but the quality is there and the distinct variety will have me coming back. Can't wait to work my way through their Honey Walnut Shrimp, General Tso's Chicken, Dragon Bite Chicken, and Pepper Steak. Like many other Chinese restaurant menus in the area, theirs includes Family Dinner options complete with appetizers, fried/steamed rice, soup, and choice of 2 entrees; however, the customizability is limited. Really wish they allowed more options to upgrade to premium entrees and wonton soup for both Dinners A and B. And maybe threw in some free almond cookies for good measure! Easy, Dragon, no need to bite. Just a suggestion!

Finally a nice Chinese restaurant on the east side of town. Dragon Bite is a nice place to visit for dine in or take out. Inside is very clean and nicer than other Chinese restaurants in China town. Food is good for a family friendly restaurant where you can feed four adults for less than $50. Take out orders are prepared to order and are very large servings. A serving will easily feed 3-4 adults. It's not gourmet food but almost everything on menu is between $16-$19. Been there twice and quality is consistently good. Check it out for yourself.

Love my food pipping hot and Dragon Bite answered well!! There's sooo many restaurants around here but missing good Chinese food. We're happy to say finally found a better American-Chinese food! First time yesterday and we know we'll frequent from then on. We got the family meal A which includes our choice of: Hot and sour soup- pretty good Crab Rangoon egg rolls fried shrimps- my little one said: deep fried to perfection! Szechuan beef & kung pao chicken- we liked! BBQ fried rice- TY for using jasmine rice! For ppl love rice like me you'll know what I'm talking about! Great portion on all, order was filled super fast. Happy with our order out experience. Btw they have salt and pepper pork chop that we've been missing in our area. We'll be trying that on our next order. I think dragon bite will help us skipping the drive to Chinatown.

Stopped in for dinner. The food was very good, fresh, hot and flavorful. The service was good. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. They were pretty busy with takeout orders, but our food came out quick.

We decided to get take out this time on our second visit since I'm working from home. Dragon Bite chicken was good but not as good dine-in. Mapo Tofu was good but I wish it was more savory and spicier. Salt and pepper Pork Chop was excellent. House Special Fried was good. The Black pepper beef was good but the sauce was a bit weak for me. The beef was good and it did not have a too much of coating from the velveting like we had on our first visit. The Dragon Bite Chicken and the Salt and Pepper Pork Chop was the highlight of our meal. We'll dine-in next time. Good prices and good portions.

Mushy flavorless, chicken and vegetables with overcooked rice. Do not go here. Cheap ingredients.

Wiwi was a delight and the food was exquisite, and was by far some of the absolute best Chinese food in Southern Nevada I've had.

Let me just say that I love how chill this place is. Not only that, but before I moved to Vegas, I…read morewas dreaming about the minced pork they have at Ohjah. I had some favorite ramen shops in Philly that I still think are stellar, but the one thing they were missing was this minced pork. I will add that **** to EVERY kind of ramen bowl! I like it even more than the char siu! I ordered the takoyaki appetizer and was not disappointed. I must have been a cat in a past life because I am obsessed with bonito fish flakes and you can never put too many of those on top. The only thing I struggle with is the fact that I feel guilty eating octopus, so I don't order takoyaki as often as I used to. The service is friendly and the beer is cold. The ambience is relatively low lighting, cozy izakaya vibe, with modern touches in the decor. The icing on the cake is the face that they have melon cream soda. Ramen. Minced Pork. Beer. Melon soda. Cozy, clean atmosphere. You don't have to twist my arm to get me to tell you I'm a regular now. My mom tried tonkatsu for the first time and I'm happy to report that she really liked it. (I knew she would.) Also, if you are a sometimes solo diner like me, this is a nice little hideaway for that too.

Restaurant is clean and lots of tables to sit and dine.

I think it might even be up there as one of my new favorite ramen spots in town, alongside Hashi in Chinatown and Kyuramen in Anthem! The best part is, with how close this restaurant is to my place, I don't have to make nearly as long of a drive if I want ramen. Umai Ramen is located in the Target shopping complex on Sunset and Stephanie, tucked away in the line of shops between Hobby Lobby and Ross. I first spotted this place when I went to the nearby H&R Block to get my taxes done earlier in the year, but I never really had an excuse to come out here until I had the ramen craving strike, and hard -- hence why I decided to bite the bullet and check the place out. One of the things that struck me immediately was their offerings -- of course, they have ramen of all types as you might guess from the name. But they also have different styles of ramen that you don't typically find anywhere, like the more elusive mazemen no-broth ramen, udon noodles, and even tsukemen-style ramen! To say nothing of some of the appetizers -- again, while they have the typical offerings of other noodle houses in town, they also have a selection of items that you really can't find anywhere else. They have multiple types of ramen with unusual toppings, such as their truffle ramen with mushrooms and steak (I need to try that next time I'm here), but I went pretty safe with their black garlic ramen, considered a signature item on their menu, and added an extra egg to it. If I were honest, I didn't need it because the ramen was so full of delicious toppings that I couldn't put my chopsticks or spoon down! Their appetizers are also a must -- I ordered their orange salmon and mango scallops, and I would highly recommend both of those as well. Between bites, the servers would check in on me, refill my water, and provide additional napkins as needed, as well. Needless to say, I'm hooked -- and already I'm thinking of the next time I go here! What will I try next? If you're in the area, give Umai Ramen a try. You just might come back for more.

Broth flavor 1.5/5 Umai means "good" in Japanese. What Umai…read morewas lacking in flavor was umami (savory taste). This leads me to believe the broth was made in minutes, not hours like the preparation of the best ramen broths are made in. Temperature 4/5 The temperature of the broth was almost perfect. Noodles 2/5 The noodles tasted like it was packaged or dried, similar to instant noodles. Presentation 2.5/5 Average Sliced Pork (chacshu) 4.5/5 Extremely tender and flavorful. It could have been a 5, if it weren't for the abnormally thinly sliced pork. Condiments lacking: 2/5 (no shoga-red ginger, seaweed, or shichimi togarashi) Service: Friendly and minimal 3/5 Overall: Are there better ramen restaurants to choose from? Most definitely! Should you avoid this ramen restaurant? Not necessarily. It wasn't terrible, and the sliced pork couldn't have been much better. Will I be returning customer? Probably not.
