They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.

To make matters worse, I've sent numerous emails to the emails provided and their number is out of service. This is the opposite of the responsive customer service others describe. I have no idea what's going on or if this is just a giant scam.

Please consider buying these items here to support a local business! My previous review of the laundry facilities is still pretty much how I feel. Cheap, quick, and CLEAN! There is an ATM and a change machine, and they also sell detergents, fabric softeners, dryer sheets, etc. As such, it is a very forgiving environment if you forget to bring something. Sometimes, when I'm feeling lazy, or the laundry has piled up into a mountain, I'll bring it in for a full-service laundering. They always do an A+ job, and I am so grateful to them for taking the time to fold my clothes, pair my socks, and do whatever they do with those darn fitted sheets. Keep up the great work!

Prospect is also reliable about pickup and delivery times and has a fast turnaround time, usually 24 hours. Anthony is always friendly, willing and able. You can't go wrong here.

This location does a good job if nothing is dirty, and you just need a clean, real stains will not come out. I had to insist on not paying for the cleaning, and while they refunded me, there was still no apology. Big sigh only. I understand that dry cleaning can sometimes damage clothing. I've had garments damaged by other cleaners before. However, what makes the difference is how the situation is handled afterward. In this case, the complete lack of responsibility and basic respect as a customer is what I find most upsetting. If you care about your clothing, especially delicate or vintage items, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. You should be aware that if an item is damaged here, responsibility may be denied rather than properly addressed.

Inability to do a good job on the first clean, e.g., I bring a shirt, point out the stains, and come back to see the stains still there. I then point out the stain again, and they take note of it and clean it again. After the second clean, the stain is gone. Why not take note of the stain the first time? 2. They're incompetent tailors. They take shortcuts and do not take ownership of their work. I have taken a pair of pants to get a basic hem (not origin hem) and they came back with poor stitching. I even provided a sample that had been worn for six months, albeit by Alteration Specialists, and its stitching looks better. The adage, you get what your pay for is true. Want poor quality go to Brothers! 3. They are flat-out rude and dismissive. For instance, they demand payment and don't respond to "thank yous" or basic questions in regards to garment care. If Fort Greene wasn't a dry cleaning desert I'd go elsewhere. Come to think about it, I'll do a dry cleaner test and report back on the best one in the neighborhood. If you're OK with poor service and quality, then Brothers Cleaners should be your go-to.
