Whatever the case, they were really friendly (the owner gave me a discount on my 2-piece suit, regular price $12). The suit came out great so I feel good for a big event this weekend. The owner's daughter (I'm guessing) was very sweet when I came to pick up my stuff. I'd like to start bringing shirts here (I usually do them myself). The posted price was $2 for wash/press, I think, which is as good as it gets in the area. If only it were a tad closer!
