Douglas Infiniti rocks! I just leased a newM37X and wanted to transfer my old Florida plates onto the new vehicle, as I summer here in NJ but live and register my cars in FL. No problem! Sales manager Jamie Fishbane and sales associate Carey Jackson handled all of the forms and paperwork quickly and efficiently. Then, I had a logistics problem for picking up the car and Carey actually drove the car down to the Jersey shore for me! Unbelievable! Jamie and Carey are all about service. This was the easiest transaction, plus I was also very satisfied with the deal. Jamie made the numbers work, got us out of our old lease 3 months early, forgiving the last 3 lease payments, and Carey delivered (literally) and patiently programmed everything in the car for us, downloaded my phonebook, took care of updating my insurance...I never even had to call my own agent! I signed the paperwork in my own home...doesn't get easier than that!. I've always had this level of service from Douglas. I've always been able to get a loaner whenever I needed one. If I needed to keep the loaner for an extra day or so, never a problem. This is my 5th car with Jamie and my 2nd car with Carey. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I badly scratched the strip that wraps around the wheel well on my Infiniti QX80, so I called Douglas Infinity to see if they had the part in stock. They had to order it, but it came in the next day. I brought the car in for them to replace it and in an hour they told me it was done. When they charged me, I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was hundreds of dollars less than I thought it would be. Well, it turns out that they accidentally replaced the wheel well liner, and I still had the scratched piece on my car. That explained the price difference. They promptly took the car back in and corrected the mistake. I was expecting to have to pay the difference, but they told me it was their mistake and they would not be charging me the extra money. Now that is service! I saved $300, and I feel like I won something. They are closer to my house than the dealership where I bought my car, and with service like this, I will definitely be using them again for all my service needs. read more

i recently purchased my infiniti from douglas infiniti. the salesperson, aaron goodwin, exceeded all of my expectations. i was expecting to meet a pushy, relatively unknowledgeable salesperson but aaron was the total opposite. when we met he expressed to me that he wouldn't push me to buy but he would do everything he could to earn the right to my business and he did just that. he showed me a number of different vehicles which helped me decide which vehicle fit me best. i decided on the EX35. after discussing the price, he validated it by comparing it to various online pricing sites, which really made me feel like he was being fair. once i decided to purchase the vehicle he assured me that he would explain everything about the navigation system and stuff...he really took his time with me until i felt comfortable enough to drive away. he even offered to come to my home to answer answer any questions that i may have later on. top notch, professional service from a very nice person. read more

Just leased my third Infiniti G37 from Douglas Infiniti. I guess you can call me a very satisfied customer. This dealership is located 35 miles from my home, but the positive experiences I've had with the sales representative (Gil Coronado) encourage me to travel that distance. Their sales personnel and their finance personnel are very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding and they work very closely with their clients to give them the best deal possible. The service department at Douglas Infiniti is also top-notch. Again, I will travel 70 miles round trip to have my car serviced. The service managers and service techs are very capable of making certain one's car is maintained or fixed correctly. During the service period, I am always given a loaner car free of charge. When I had an Audi, I had to rent the loaner car from the dealership. I am excited to be driving my third Infiniti and look forward to a long relationship with Douglas Infiniti. read more

I purchased my QX50 from Douglas Infiniti and I had the best car buying experience EVER! Over the years, I've bought numerous cars for myself and my kids and never was it as enjoyable an experience as this. First, I looked on-line and found they had the largest selection of pre-owned QX50's compared to other dealerships that were even closer in proximity to me. So I called Douglas Infiniti and made an appointment to look at cars, went in and found several low mileage pre-owned cars in great condition. The sales person (Joe) was so easy to work with. He gave me the keys and told me to take my time with the test drive. No pressure whatsoever! No haggling over the price at all because they offered it at such a wonderful price, I would have been foolish to shop any further. Bought it on the spot! Douglas Infniti don't know were to start with them. First of all I have a infiniti fx35 and they have taken care of me but like any other car dealership it's going to cost you and make your wallet feel light. The dealership does not like repairing part like rotors , etc thery rather replace it totally in order to get the must coin's out of your pocket. For example, I brought in my fx because the connetor pipe to the muffler was loose they sold me on replacing the whole muffler. Like most dealership would do these days so please keep that in consideration, this is not your local mechanic shop around he corner you going to paid but they do exceptional work. They really know infiniti's cars like the back of their hands. They really have great managament people in charge and they repair mechanic are top notch. Four star because great work need credit.. By far, one of the most customer-focused dealerships I've ever dealt with. My experience at Douglas Infiniti has been nothing but superb! Yes, I said superb. I purchased a CPO vehicle from another dealership and come only to Douglas to have it services. It's not because it's close to my home (which they're not), nor is it because of the free Wi-Fi and great snacks in the waiting area. It's because of the people who work in the service department that go the extra mile for their customer. While shopping for a G37x I priced out every dealer in New Jersey. I don't live local to Douglas Infiniti but I sent in a price request anyway. I recieved an email and a phone call right after my price inquiry. The representative on the phone asked me questions about the car and how I would like it configured. He told me he would build the vehicle and check the availability of it. Less then an hour later I got a call back with a price. I couldn't get to the dealership for several days but the told me it wouldn't be a problem. When I got there (almost a week later) my G37x was waiting for me. I met my salesmen Gill. He was helpfull and very patient with me as he went over the vehicle from top to bottom. I worked with Carey Jackson and he was great. I really can't complain or find one thing that was negative. Friendly, precise, thorough, and fair. Service could not be any better. Went in at 7 without an appointment and was happily greeted by the team and we went through various options of service and they could not have been more pleasant. Once they found some issues with my car, they stopped working on the car, came in and discussed the options with me. If I did not opt for a service, there was no pressure at all to do it. The waiting area is like a first class lounge, well maybe business class. Wifi, free food and drinks, tv, desks to do work and more than enough leather chairs. Even received two pieces of Godiva chocolate and an offer of water upon my departure. Prices were consistent with my local garage. Great service and very prompt - they also cleaned the inside and outside of my car. read more

I have owned/leased 10 Infiniti vehicles over the last 20 years, as follows 1 J-30 1 I-30T 3 Q-45s 1 M-35X 1 M-37X 3 QX-56s I have serviced all 10 at Douglas. I have dealt with the service manager, Gary Darling since the beginning. He has been the most accomodating, friendly, over-the-top kind of guy. Several times, I have driven in and Gary will fix "something" himself. He is one of the main reasons that I keep coming back to Douglas. I have also had very friendly and competitive deals with the Financial Executive, Jamie Fishbane. I have used over the last 10 years the same salesman, Gil Coronado who is friendly and knowledgable about every car. Overall, I give Douglas a rating of 10. We showed up on Memorial Day, 5 minutes before closing. I just wanted to look at the lot, but the salesman Gil Coronado was more than helpful, inviting us in to get a packet of the cars that were available plus showing us on his own time what was in the lot. We returned the next day to speak to Gil and, he went above and beyond what I expected. He sloshed through puddles and mud getting his dress pants dirty, with a smile on his face just to show us vehicles in the extra lot down the road. I leased a car that night, no haggle no frustration. Gil was possiby the best salesman I have ever dealt with, I recommend this dealership and Gil anytime to anyone looking for an Infiniti. My family has been doing business with Douglas and Jaime for over 25 years. I currently am leasing a JX35. My husband said he wanted to trade his older BMW in for a newer sedan. We shopped around but something told me that we have to go to Douglas because Jaime would make sure to give us the best deal. Sure enough, he didn't let us down, my husband leased a Q50 just the way he wanted with all of the features and options for much less than he wanted to pay. Definitely a great experience. Hitchhike to Summit if you have to... Speak with Sales Consultant Mike Carchia (I would spell it Car-chia if I were him) and Sales Manager Jamie Fishbane.
