    I went yo Madison Honda this week just inquiring about a Used Honda Pilot EXL. I met the salesman named Chad. He was very friendly and and understanding. He worked every angle to make a deal that i can afford. After we agreed on a payment plan he introduced me to Ron who is in financing. Ron went the extra mile to help make this deal possible. I never had such a rewarding experience buying a car. They make you feel like part of their family. I highly recommend this dealer if you ever want to buy a car. You wont be disappointed!!!     Just bought a pre owned Acura RDX from Madison Honda. Chad Sanders was our salesperson. Chad is awesome on every level. I'd highly recommend working with him. With all car dealerships, I strongly suggest doing your homework on all of the fees above and beyond the mandatory sales tax and doc fees BEFORE the test drive.

    Our experience with Chad Sanders at Madison Honda had to have been the most easy, less stressful, process I have ever experienced. This was our first time getting a car like this. We were used to the craigslist life and getting old cars from strangers on the streets. Chad was aware of our stresses and urgency of a car, especially since my husband was hurt from a car accident. I don't feel like he took advantage of our urgency by pushing cars on us. He knew we had a specific budget and was very straight forward if it would work or not. With my husband at home resting and me at work, he was nice enough to help us through this process by text. Very personal indeed but it helped us so much and helped make carefully thought out decisions since we were not under so much pressure in person. As we were submitting our info on the website, someone did call us and tried to take over and push push push a car on us. We were confused and instantly overwhelmed, not happy about this at all. We mentioned this to Chad, who was unaware of the situation and handled it. Moving forward we did not qualify for a lease but he didn't give up on us and found something, I feel was a better car and option down the line, which was to finance. It was a tiny bit over our budget but we could make it work, just like anything. The process was seamless and easy, and next thing you know the car was on our insurance already. We went there tested the car and signed papers and that was it! Literally drove off like, "wait, that's it? We have a car?" Hahaha. Chad you are the best! Very honest straight forward person that cared about us and I appreciate that so much. Thank you!!!

This is some upgrade that improves the car community immensely. I am in the market for a special vehicle for summer use and possibly as a daily driver. Sadly, a Hyundai won't do it for me. Once one reaches a certain age and has drooled over high school/college posters of dream cars, there are only a few cars that might do...Porsche 911 ( a 959 wouldn't be bad :) ) or a roster of Italian vehicles. I'm enamored with German vehicles and was smitten the first time I drove a BMW years ago followed by a Porsche 944 Turbo and a 928. I can freely say, there is nothing like the Porsche or BMW experience. I am currently all BMW, car and motorcycle owner, and want to diversify my portfolio. I stopped by High Marques with some family members, including my 10 year old nephew. We thought that as browsing folks, we might be unwelcome. Nothing could be further from the truth. We were allowed to roam freely and ogle every beautiful car on display. Very gracious owner/employees.

Now…read morethat I have had several 911s, I made a huge mistake not raising the top when I took delivery from High Marques. The top had holes on each side from the two top pins, dents on the doors and fenders and some scratches on the leather seats. I was so excited to buy the car that I did not go through my regular process or ask about the damages. My error.... but delivering the car with the top down concealed the damage, so while it was a used car, I did feel some deception, but years later.....good to see majority of their current reviews are excellent, so really good to see that..........

When he made the sale, Ashfaq assured my wife and I that if there was a delay in getting the title through the DMV he would refund our money. He also stated that the process takes four to sox weeks. Now he claims that he never said that and he does not give refunds, I have a vehicle sitting in my driveway that I cannot use and the police are threatening to issue summonses and tow the car away. He claimed the car could be made "certifiable" for $5,000. It wasn't my first time buying a car, so I walked out right away. We stopped by Route 22 Honda without an appointment and were greeted by Juan David. We asked if they had any 2023 CPO CR-V EX-Ls available. He let us know they only had one on the lot and offered to show it to us. Unfortunately, we didn't like the color combination. He then checked their database and other lots for inventory that matched our preferences. Juan brought over a senior sales manager, Gio, who confirmed they didn't have the year and spec we were looking for anywhere in their system. He suggested considering a new CR-V instead. While we weren't planning to buy new, we appreciated the suggestion and were open to the conversation. What stood out was that neither Gio nor Juan pressured us or tried to push a sale. They were transparent about the out-the-door pricing and gave us a clear breakdown of the costs; no games or endless "let me check with my manager" delays. In the end, we purchased a brand-new 2026 CR-V from them. The price was fair, but more importantly, we were well taken care of. One thing I didn't like, though it's more about the dealership than Juan or Gio, is that they charge a fee for using a credit card. Covering credit card processing fees is part of running a business, and they shouldn't be passing that cost on to customers

    BUYER BEWARE ‼…read more Please see my review on Google and look at these reviews you can find on Cars.com BUYER BEWARE‼ Photos attached‼ I purchased a vehicle from this dealership while living in Colorado and was told it had been fully inspected and only needed tires. That was completely untrue. By the time the car was shipped to me and arrived the day after Christmas, the battery was dead. That seemed minor at first, until I learned they had already installed a new battery before shipping it. I replaced it again, and within a week, a Chrysler dealer had to install yet another one. The issue? A faulty hands-free device causing a constant power drain. The replacement part is unavailable, and now nearly April (!) the car just sits in my garage on a charger. As for "only needing tires"? That's far from reality. The vehicle has severely rusted brakes, control arms, rotors, and more ( PLEASE see photos). To make matters worse, I paid cash and still have not received a signed bill of sale, IT'S ALMOST APRIL. I've requested it at least four times, AND TWICE IN THE PAST TWO DAYS SO I CAN GET IT WHO REGISTERED. I was told by MERO, in December that the paperwork was only for internal use. Now he won't respond and I feel bad that Karly, who is super sweet, has to take my calls THIS is unacceptable, I need a signed copy for my records and the DMV. To date, I've spent nearly $8,000 on what has turned into a non-drivable vehicle, AKA PAPER WEIGHT with missing documentation and undisclosed mechanical issues. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. I've attached one in my photo documentation as well.

    I worked with a salesperson with Elite Motors and she was okay. She initially said the car had…read moreminor scratches and offered to send photos, but she didn't and said it had been repaired. I asked and she provided a link to the CARFAX. It showed an accident with "minor" damage. While CARFAX classified it as minor, it was located in the left front-end area, which can affect suspension, steering, alignment, and sensors. I pushed for an independent PPI at my cost. They tried to dissuade me, but I was steadfast and they conceded. I asked for the out-the-door pricing, and they used credit score and financing as a reason why they couldn't provide it. I reminded them that I was a cash buyer. The salesperson passed the phone to the manager named Mero. This man asked me, "How can I help you?" I was thrown off. I told him I did not understand his greeting, and he repeated himself. I asked if the salesperson had told him of my interest in the car and if he was open to negotiation based on the mid- to high mileage and risk from the accident. He said no to negotiation and stated that the out-the-door cost was about $21,000 (car price listed at $15,800 and change). I asked why, and he said "taxes and things." He did not break it down and sounded angry. I told him I could not deal with his energy, wished them well, and hung up. I have never spoken to a salesperson that despicable. I wondered how someone like that had this or any job -- could nepotism be involved? If this is the reception at point of sale, imagine what would happen if you encounter any problem post-sale. Word to the wise: RUN.
