    Two Tiguan household!

    just now I had a lease with another company, and my circumstances changed and I was going way over on my lease. I called Simon and told him the situation ( he happened to also previously get my wife into Tiguan 6 months ago which she loves ). Simon took the time to understand my situation and over delivered. He got me out of my lease and into a Purchased brand new Tiguan. No games no gimmicks he is a true pro. Everyone including The finance manager was also very professional. I went with the extended warranty and gap insurance which I think is a great deal. I will be a customer at Douglas VW for life. Give Simon a call!

But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe.     WARNING TO ANYONE SHOPPING HERE: Please pay close attention to financing paperwork before signing…read moreanything. My grandmother was put into a nearly 19% interest loan on a used Corolla, with total payments exceeding $41,000 over the term of the loan. The dealership repeatedly minimized the true cost of the loan by focusing only on the "amount financed" while avoiding the actual total repayment amount shown directly on the contract. After over a month, we were informed the bank STILL had not approved the financing, yet the dealership had already delivered the vehicle and allowed the temporary registration to expire. When we questioned the situation and asked about returning the vehicle, the finance department told us they would keep the entire $5,000 down payment. The entire experience felt extremely predatory, especially toward an elderly woman who trusted the dealership to guide her honestly. We left feeling completely disrespected and discriminated against instead of helped. Buyers beware.

He also told me not to make the upcoming payment on my old car. Then I got a notice that I had a missed payment. This could have ruined my credit score. When I called the manager to complain, he wouldn't let me talk- kept talking over me and hung up on me. Just a terrible experience. Actually deserved zero stars.
