    Horrible experience just trying to talk to sales people. Wasted my entire morning. They are AKA…read more Eastchester Auto Mall. My reason for 1 star is because I sent them all my info for a credit check then got a text saying they 'cannot provide an update for an approval without the proper POI. We do have your approval as far as the specifications in detail once you arrive our Financial analyst can provide you with the proper conditions of the approval...' My response was why take my info electronically if you can't give me an answer electronically? It's at least an hour drive each way. Delete my info. Crickets... Get a call this evening from a guy who says he's the sales manager who rather than make a sale with me he just argued with me while I'm trying to eat dinner. Personally I'm not interested in any of his cars, but I need one and I need to know where I can get financed. I understand in the world of car buying they always want a car then an approval but I was told they already have my approval. (Not pre-approval not soft approval but approval) I would have gladly given him my biz today and he could have made a solid sale no haggle sale from me immediately. I literally need a car this weekend, had he not cut me off and argue with me about why was I looking for a car if I didn't want his cars blah blah blah. Clearly I'm interested in financing first and foremost that's been explained from the beginning. Listening is important when you ask questions if you want the answer. All the SUVs that would work for me in my low end price range are Mercedes oddly. Personally I do not want a Mercedes. I just want a Toyota something I can get a little dirty and off-road a little with the dogs. I need a car badly but I'm not going to trust these guys when after multiple people contacting me and none of them are nice only fake nice. What could have been an almost instant sale Instead of saying sorry maybe the guy sending me the text made a mistake and should have said pre-approval but I am here to help you.....he rudely cuts me off every time I tried to speak to remind me he's the sales manager and argue with me. Yea, not gonna trust these guys with a bunch of 1 star reviews and a bad attitude towards customers. Glad they showed me their true colors sooner rather than later.

I purchased a $34,000 car, with $5000 down payment. So I would have been financing $30K, they made me sign the contract on the computer monitor, while some lady came in to sell me alcohol in the middle of the signing. They told me I have to pick the car up the following day with the hard copy of the contract. I had previously seen the car in excellent condition. Came back the next day, and they said the car was stuck behind a bulldozer, and I had to wait on the operator to come back. After a few hours they brought the vehicle with the spear tire missing out the trunk, and a small burn hole in the leather passenger seat. That was just the beginning, never received the hard copy of my contract, but after making payments of $890 a month, found out from the bank who I believe is complicit, Chase Bank, they changed the original purchase price from $34,500 to the contract price of $47,000. Now I've paid over $40,000 plus for the car already, Chase Auto Finance is claiming I still owe them another $30,000 and would not take any accountability for partnering and doing business with this disgusting fraudulent dealership which has been sue by NYC and permanently banned from doing business. This must stop, and the banks and finance companies should also be responsible knowing that some of those numbers are super inflated and certain cars don't have the value they claim on the bullshit agreement! Shame on Chase Auto, and that manager and finance crook responsible should pay the price for their crimes. After reading these comments and reviews, I am happy I recorded the conversation with the head of Chase Auto Fraud Department and came to the realization he is part of the scammers. He told me I was the only one who ever had issues with this company. He is involved is some sort of shady dealing and want to try to repossess the vehicle for his own benefit. I will hire a private investigator to look into this, I wonder how many vehicles this guy Justin has acquired from working together with these thieves. Chase needs to do an in house investigation on him.

Needless to say, from Osei in sales to Mike in finance and the AMAZING Service Crew, Anthony and Emily--to name a few--this dealership made having to purchase a vehicle PAINLESS!! More recently, they were able to help (in yet another desperate situation) get my 'first time buyer' son into an affordable and reliable Honda!! I cannot thank Osei, Mike, Hayden and all the others enough for their expeditious and accommodating service!! Even still, when I go in for scheduled maintenance, Anthony, Emily and the whole crew get me in and out quickly and always try to find any discounts that apply to my service. I have two more sons coming up the ranks, they already KNOW where they intend on making their milestone purchase--and I couldn't be happier!!     I've never experienced a business try to make me out to be a fool so much in my life. This Honda…read moredealership I'm sure is trying to run a scam on folks who may not be as aware of vehicular matters as others. I brought my 2018 Honda CR-V to them in February for a recall involving the fuel pump and seat belt latches, but they didn't have the seat belt latches at the time. While it was there, they called to tell me there was also a warranty on the AC compressor shaft seal. Fine, they took care of that as well. When I went to pick up my car the next day, all was fine until I looked at the breakdown of what needs to be replaced according to the dealership. They said my tires tread were under 3/32nds of an inch, and needed to be replaced. I had just replaced the tires in January, and I told them this. Not much of a response from them about that. The breakdown also said I needed almost all of my oils changed (trans, rear diff, etc) of course at quite the premium. Jump to April, they call to tell me they have the seat belt latches, so I brought my car in for that. This is when it goes downhill. I told them my AC wasn't working, and it was working before I had the car in their shop in February. Turns out there was a wire broken on the pressure switch sensor. I asked them to send a picture. When they did, it looked in the picture like the wire had been cut, not "broken". They told me they would'nt need any parts to fix it, but it was going to cost about $580 to fix it. I fixed it myself in about 15 mins at home, after waiting for the new pressure switch connector in the mail. Costed me $15 and 15 mins of work. I don't understand how 15 mins of work amounts to $580. I also found a bracket that connects the AC Compressor to the engine missing the single bolt to the engine. When they gave me the breakdown of what my car needed this time, a lot of things they said I needed in February were not needed this time in April, despite not having been done. They also said my tires tread were all at 7/32nds of an inch. I've never heard of rubber "growing" back. They did replace the seatbelt latches, but when I got in my car I found that the plastic pieces that cover the mounting hardware for the latches were on the floor at my feet. This isn't the biggest deal, but very unprofessional, as is the bracket bolt missing. Overall, I figure they could try to pull a fast one on me, possibly cutting my wire for an expensive quick fix, as well as the tires that were brand new. A job that would've been in the range of 1500 for maybe an hour of work. Sounds convenient to make a fast buck for a little work. I wouldn't recommend this Honda dealership to my enemy. If I could give it zero stars I would. This may not happen to everyone, but I'm sure it's not just me they tried to scam.
